I am very happy with the service I have received here. I bring my garbage and recyclables here every other month or so. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they take a lot of other things at an affordable price, that other places won't take. I have recommended WM to others as well.

Do not use them in the Poestenkill area. No one will actually pick up your trash until you swtich providers.

Worst customer experience. Ordered a dumpster and they cancelled on me the day of delivery even though I double checked that they could serve my address. Very incompetent and unprofessional way to do business.

Unhappily, WM has erratic service, commercial and otherwise. It's an unfortunate situation. The company needs a strong leader to clean up the mess. Further, trying to find a live person to fix service issues is always a chore.

We switched trash pick up from Twin Bridges to WM. Seemed like a good thing. NOPE. Everything was set up, payment was made and cashed. Scheduling was set and email were confirming our service. No one came to deliver bins...no one called, nothing.We waited another week and called. Person told us they were behind so we waited patiently another week. Again nothing. We called again, same story. Then I got a servey asking how I liked the service. Seriously. I replied how unhappy we are now into the third week. No response. Now 4 weeks later still nothing, no bibs no service no call no email...nothing. Fifth week...we call and the woman says they surveyed the area we live in and it has too many hills. WTF? Are you kidding me I say. Nope. I tell her Twin Bridges and County waste come in my neighborhood every week without any issue ans used to service us and my neighborhood weekly. She said sorry but thats all I can do. We tell her you charged us and no one even bothered to at the very least call us or tell us this???? We have 5 weeks of trash and recycling in the garage now and waited for you all this time? again...WTF? I know the world is changed now and things are much worse than they were before covid...but honestly...This has to be the worst customer service Ive yet experienced. We called County Waste and they will be here tomorrow. Way better customer service, you dont get a deal with a cheaper company, I found out the hard way

It has been five weeks with no pick up. This was over Christmas and New Years! Garbage was placed in an accessible location but we were told truck could not get to it. That was not true!!!, Truck did not attempt to pick it up. Called office many times with no satisfaction. I am changing companies and would not recommend this company. Finally picked up today.

Appalled at the lack of service lately from @WasteManagement. For the third time in six weeks they have cancelled pickup and today was my breaking point. Six weeks ago, they called after they had already missed our weekly pickup and said "sorry, we will be through next week on our regularly scheduled day for pickup." It was the week that heat was 90 degrees plus. Then, the following week, when they came to pickup, we had a second can full due to missing the prior week and the gentleman, picked the can up and tossed it into our front yard, not setting it back where he had picked it up. Now yesterday, I received a call that regularly scheduled service was rescheduled to today. I returned home from the office and our recycling had been picked up but our garbage had not. I called and spoke to someone in the call center who explained that there were now two trucks out, one picking up recycling and one picking up trash and reassured me that they would be through to pick it up today. Now, just after 6pm, I received a call stating again, "sorry, we will be through next week on our regularly scheduled day for pickup." I quickly returned the call to find out the office had closed at 5pm. Needless to say I am cancelling my service, which I have prepaid for two years. Horrible service, would recommend calling Allied or County Waste, which I have just done to get quotes on service.
