I texted this business, and got a phone call confirming they got the text and were looking for a truck. In less than 10 minutes I got a call from their exemplary Tower Rick, who got to me in 20 minutes from his call as stated. My SUV was stuck in ICE, and needed a tow to my mechanic in Brooklyn, and he got me there carefully and safely. Awesome dude, very professional and respectful and great conversationalist during our 10 mile trip. Costly--but with all that was going on, well worth it! I'm definitely keeping their numbers handy in case I have more trouble in Queens NY ever again!

Called a different tow company prior to this one and they lied multiple time about their ETA and in the end said they were at my location when they weren’t! Called And 1 Towing as a back up and they immediately got me in contact with their operator Ricardo. Ricardo updated us multiple times of his ETA, was so professional and polite while loading my car, and was kind enough to leave the car up a slope driveway. Ricardo was transparent about the price and was overall professional and pleasant to deal with. Will be calling this company for any future tow needs.
The tow truck driver was a real lifesaver. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very down to earth. He ended up saving me a lot of money because he figured out the real issue before we even spoke to the repair shop. I had a “key fob not found” problem, and after testing the car, he discovered it was actually a battery issue. The shop was ready to tell me it was a starter problem and charge me a lot, but thanks to the tow driver, I avoided getting ripped off.
