Unprofessional and Avoidable!
Horrible place! Avoid going here any way possible and have your car towed elsewhere. Several people I know including a family member and a close friend have had terrible experiences with this company. What should be a simple process to get your car back turns into a stressful and frustrating situation because of the unprofessional staff. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else.
We were traveling with a large van full of family (including children) when we ran into a very stressful situation right as we arrived at our Airbnb. Adam, the owner of Valley Towing, came to our rescue. Not only did he handle everything quickly and kindly, but he absolutely refused to take any money, even after we pleaded with him to accept something for his time and effort.
Adam is a true representation of what community should be—selfless, generous, and compassionate. Thanks to him, our trip was able to continue, and the stress of the moment turned into a reminder of the goodness that still exists in people. We are beyond grateful, and Valley Towing is lucky to have such an outstanding individual at its heart!
We had what could’ve been a complete nightmare — my husband’s driver’s side rear tire literally fell off while driving. Total chaos, right? But then Valley Towing & Sons came to the rescue, and turned a stressful situation into a moment of pure professionalism and calm.
Called through AAA, they arrived lightning fast, and the owner was nothing short of exceptional. Not only did he get my husband and the car safely back home — he expertly maneuvered the vehicle into our extremely narrow driveway, backing it in with centimeter-level precision. Honestly, it was like watching a master at work.
His calm demeanor, professional attitude, and clear confidence made all the difference. We were seriously blown away. This kind of service is rare, and we are so grateful for it.

We recerly used Valley towing and Sons through AAA and they were absolutely amazing. Prompt, Professional, Kind and a true pleasure to work with. They even hooked us up with a professional locksmith to help with a key(less) situation. We couldn't be happier with their service and recommend them highly. Would use them again and again.
Incredible company and service. I called
a few tow companies and many wouldn’t help. Vally had a yes mentality and sent a driver immediately. Altoon Lima was incredible. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable with electric vehicles. He helped get me to a charger and get the 12v battery working to be able to charge. Altoon and Vally Towing wrote the book on great customer service, something that is rare in 2025. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I will use one towing company moving forward!
My axel broke in the middle of the road and these guys go there super fast. Adam was super helpful and even let me know what was wrong with my car, as I had no clue it was the axel. GREAT TOWING COMPANY!
The owner Rude, very combative, he just wants to go hands on with everyone that walks thru his doors, all positive review are AAA customers hahaha they have no choice than to come and be nice to those customers after the insurance pays them thousands of dollars for a simple tire change, they stole all my belonging including my vehicle, and no it wasn’t impounded. My vehicle was parked on the side of the road the owner came and stole my vehicle from where it was parked. Tried to get it back the owners exact words were you better have your pockets ready because I’m charging you three times the amount.so he was charging over 1,000 dollars for me to get my vehicle making it impossible for me to retrieve the vehicle, the owner has something to say under every comment. He is always Right. Would never recommend.the right authorities need to look into his business more closely!
We had two triple A calls for flat tires which were serviced by Valley Towing. The service technician Mike S was fantastic on both occasions. He is courteous, professional and skilled. We are fortunate there are people like Mike S available to help when help is needed,
Got a flat tire on the Taconic and Valley towing came and rescued me. Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable explaining what happened to my tire and efficient and fast. Highly recommend. And the owner Christine is extremely sweet and helpful as well.
I have a 1968 Ford Mustang that over 30 years have put alot of time and money into restoring. My car broke down on a recent drive. I was referred to use Valley towing from a friend. Having so much money invested in the car I requested a flatbed. I could not be happier with the response and care that was taken in loading and delivering my vehicle back home. I literally waited about only 5 minutes for the flatbed to arrive. Extreme care was taken in using towels to wrap around my rear differential to not damage it as well as additional ramps so the front spoiler would not scrape against the road upon winching the vehicle. When we arrived at my house the operator took extra time to unload my car directly into my garage and didn't leave until the car was fully inside and parked. I am very thankful and would highly recommend valley towing for the extreme professionalism and care in towing my vehicle. I will definately use them again in the future.
My battery died outside of my account. Mike S. promptly arrived minutes after my service request was placed. He was extremely informative, thorough and prompt. 30 minutes later I was good to go with a new battery and a new found knowledge of batteries and alternators. Thank you Mike! I strongly recommend!
Had a flat tire(blow out) today. Micheal S. was on the seen in 20 minutes and had me back on the road in a short period of time. I want to thank him and Valley Towing for their great response and service.

Tyler was so kind, sweet , compassionate and so peaceful for my sister and myself that he gave us comfort knowing that everything would be ok! I don’t want anyone to get stuck .. but if it does happen know that Valley Towing in Mahopac with a guy named Tyler will be right there on the scene to help you out! He was the best and we appreciated him so much!
My tire got slashed when I went to the side of a narrow, windy road to let the flashing fire truck pass. I found a safe place to park with the flattest tire I ever saw . I called AAA who said that someone will be there an hour later. 25 minutes later Mike from Valley Towing showed. Changed the tire in no time & told me my rim was fine. He was nice as can be, efficient, knowledgeable & courteous. Thank you so much for helping me out so quickly
Flat tire happened on my way home. Called AAA and they quickly dispatched Valley Towing and Son's. Frank came out and was polite, courteous and an overall great help. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Definitely recommend this company for any towing needs.
Car would not start and Valley was dispatched by AAA to tow. I could not have been more happy, arrived quickly ahead of estimated time. Although I missed their names both drivers were incredibly friendly, fast, and thorough.

Woke up to a dead battery on a Sunday morning. Contacted AAA. Mike from Valley Towing was quick to respond and provided us w a new battery. He was courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for any services they provide.
Managed to get my car bottomed out on some swiss blocks outside my house. Called Trippel A and Mike showed up in 15 minutes. Mike quickly got a tow truck and got my car unstuck and my tire changed within 30 minutes or so. I can't remember the drivers name but it was a great experience! 10/10 would get car stuck again.
AAA dispatched Mike, from Valley Towing, to assist with a battery charge. This is the 3rd or 4th time he has helped my husband and I over the years when we have utilized AAA. My car stalled & refused to start after I filled up at a local BJ's gas station. I called AAA & they dispatched Valley Towing & Sons. Their service tech, Mike, showed up promptly & quickly troubleshoot the problem to a faulty starter. He worked his magic & got the vehicle started.

I got into a car accident on route 6 during rush hour and totaled my vehicle in the middle of traffic after I was cut off driving to work. I called valley towing and sons and they were at the scene in 5minutes. They helped me tow my car take care of the paperwork and all of the belongings that were left in the vehicle afterward. Very responsive and great customer service! I would absolutely recommend them!
I got my car stuck in a tight spot in a steep driveway. The front wheels where lifted off the ground and the middle of the car was caught on a rock. I would have had to pay a few thousand dollars to get my car lifted, but Adam kindly did his very best to help, and thanks to his creative maneuvering and generosity, I was able to drive home less than an hour later. Ladies, it can be tough to make a car mistake and feel embarrassed about it because of stereotypes that label us as bad drivers. Rather than patronizing me, Adam was incredibly patient and sympathetic to my situation. I highly recommend this company as I was treated with respect through the whole situation and Adam truly put in his best effort to help. I have a very steep dirt driveway with a stone ledge on one side. When a friend of mine got her car stuck on the ledge trying to pull out of the driveway, we called triple A and Valley Towing was the ones who came to help us. This service was absolutely not an ordinary tow, we had to lift the car off the ledge, move it backwards, and rotate it. Adam, the owner, stuck with it, trying all options in order to free the car. After 45 minutes and some creative maneuvering he managed to get the car free with absolutely no damage besides a couple shrubs in the door. He worked quickly, was incredibly kind, and refused any kind of tip. This company has a phenomenal work ethic and was an absolute dream to help us out of a tough situation.
We got lucky when we called AAA because they sent Valley and because of that we only use Valley now when we need their help. All the drivers are polite professional and courteous happy to help in your time of automotive need.
Not to mention the office manager is super, she follows up to check on how things went (I mean who does that!?!?!)
