Said they had parts for a Impala and gave me a price.Drove there to look at it and they said that they had to go out in the yard to see if it was there that they would call me later . Never called so I called them to see if they found it they informed me that they didn't have it any more . It was listed as a new arrival that didn't exist .What a waste of time and gas dealing with this company.
For a month and a half I have been in contact with them for parts on my vehicle. I reached out after days without a response and the phone operator although a nice guy, continued to give me the run around up until today. First, I was told they were super behind. Understandable. Called a second time after a couple weeks had passed and was told the same but I was reassured that they had not forgotten about me and would be putting out the work order soon. Once again, a week passed (at this point I’m fairly upset) and I decided to call again in which I was told “a bunch of our vehicles have been crushed and salvaged.” I’d like to believe that I’m not over reacting because this just seems so unprofessional to me. After all, they were advertising the vehicle I needed parts off of when they posted in the Facebook group!
I’m extremely frustrated because no one ever kept in touch with me. If they planned to scrap the vehicle in the first place, I would’ve been more than happy to venture out and find another business willing to take my money. Let’s be real, no one wants to be without a car for months- especially when they have been saving to have it repaired! Now I’m just left with a sour taste as I feel like my business simply wasn’t wanted.
The whole experience buying here was easy, fast, transparent, and the parts are affordable as well Great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future. Also the drive out there was beautiful.
Jason is the man. Jason cares about his customers and is a fantastic guy! Jason took care of me. I made a 12 hour round trip for a very rare transmission. I can’t thank him enough. Everyone should want an employee like Jason!

went there looking for a door for my van. I was told there not like other junk yards. i dont know what they ment by that statement. I soon found out though. I guess they dont pull parts and call you when there ready to pick up. kinda weird for a junk yard. They wouldnt let me pull the parts either. I guess they just do commercial customers. A&P auto parts is much more friendly and they want to sell parts.
Great staff, ordered parts for my chrysler 300 and they told immediately what I needed and didn't need, everytime I called they knew me by name and had no issues whatsoever. Will certainly do business with them again.
Not the easiest place to find...you'll need your GPS... but well worth the trip..nice people..very helpful..if you can't find something anywhere else remember these guys and check them out before you give up looking..good used parts reasonably priced
