The tow truck came on time. The driver calls to let you know they on there way. Came with check in hand and you wait 2 to 3 hours to cash the check. They are very good with the price.they offer me more than any other place to junk my car. I will recommend them to other people.
Dealing with this company on the phone was frustrating and confusing. Paperwork needed to be sent 3 or 4 times. The pickup of the car was very simple. No problems with that part at all.

My experience with Cash For Car-Syracuse was fairly easy. Deepika was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, can't ask for more. As for the gentleman, who picked my car up, today,(I forgot his name) He also was courteous and professional. When he called, he said it would be about an hour, it was almost to the minute. over all with these two, I was very satisfied.
Was initially told that they would be here between eight and 12 in the morning after hearing nothing by 3 PM I was informed that they would be here before the end of the day. No one ever showed waited till the next day called in the morning asked if someone would be arriving was told that drivers don’t come at specific times and that it wasn’t gonna be between eight and Waited till 330 the next day and had to call once again to find out if someone was actually coming. The amount paid let’s not even talk about that I could’ve gotten way more. I just need it out of the driveway and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of selling myself.
i had a good experience they were fast getting a quote to me . the only part i had a problem with was the pick i waited over six hours in two days they said they were on their way to get it and never showed up . the next day i was given a time they would be there and it was two and a half hours later.

I’ve always been skeptical of trusting any company like this that I find online with how this world is. After talking with Esteban I was comfortable with working with them and giving them a shot. They were fast about doing this and the tow service was amazing and nice. I got my check before he loaded up my vehicle and the check cleared in a day. Only thing I would change is how much I got for the vehicle.
My husband called Cash for cars. Eric Core (a representative) asked a few basic questions about my vehicle. I then received a fair purchase offer for my vehicle. Once I agreed to this offer, Eric quickly scheduled a pickup appointment. When the flatbed tow truck driver arrived, the driver got out of his vehicle, came to me in my driveway, and proceeded to write a check for the amount of the offer that had been given to me. I handed him the signed title of the vehicle, along with the keys. I said thank you, and the driver loaded the truck onto the flatbed and left. The process was very easy. (I only wish that they would have given me a smaller window of time that the driver would arrive.) Because of that, I give them 4 stars. I would urge anyone to call Cash for cars. Eric Core was professional and made the process very easy.
I found this service to be extremely organized and smooth, thanks in large part to Arthur, who guided me through the process and got me a fair price for my truck. Everything went quickly and I had a check in the agreed amount when the truck was picked up. Arthur was very responsive when I contacted him with questions. It was a great experience.
They gave me 3 guaranteed offers. The first was $998, then $701, then $519 all online over chat within a couple days of each other . The $519 is what they gave me in the end. I am not pleased with that service. Is something is Guaranteed then that should be the final option. The only part that was seamless was when the tow truck driver picked up the vehicle. He was kind and worked quickly and smoothly. Overall I rate them a 3.

Sujay was a pro, gave me the best offer of several, and patiently kept that offer alive while I waited for lein release paperwork for an old car loan still on the title. Very good at walking me through the process, which was easy. Just needed my title, the lein release, and the keys, no other DMV forms. The third party tow company that we scheduled to come between 8 a.m. and noon didn't show until 4:30 p.m., stuff happens sometimes. Other than that it all went very well. Would use them again.
Quick and easy experience. Worked with Copart in Central Square, NY. The tow driver was on time and very courteous, he wrote me the check in the amount promised before loading on the flatbed. Overall it was a great experience.
