I witnessed a driver from this company severely damage my relative’s vehicle. He insisted he could safely extract the car, but instead made poor judgments and miscalculations that resulted in the entire right side of the vehicle being destroyed. Now the company is refusing to take responsibility or assist with the repairs. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

It wouldn’t be Christmas Eve without a little car trouble, am I right? My car brakes decided to fail to the point of the car becoming unsafe to drive.
I called for a towing service, they said they also do brakes. Gave me a quote, picked up my vehicle and did the work at the agreed upon price and less than 60 minutes later, I received a message that said my car was ready for pick up.
They sent someone to pick me up from my house, drove me to the shop, completed the transaction and I was on my way.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics, the best customer service I have ever received. ANY time my car needs work done, including my friends, and family, we will be going to this business.

The best towing and auto repair spot in the area. They don't try to sell you any extra bs you don't need. They're fairly priced, honest, fast and good. What else could you want in an auto repair shop? I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
A1 Towing was quick to respond and arrive. Brian was very professional and courteous. Pulled our delivery truck out and got us back to work within an hour of incident.

They towed my car after an awful accident…went to clean car out and they were so wonderful…accommodating and engaging…I wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me…he was so assertive, genuine and helpful. The entire staff made the experience good after such an awful accident. I left there with what was left of my belongings but okay because they were so great. Definitely recommend!!
Driver does not follow instructions on where to drop the car and instead drops it wherever he decides despite ample parking closer. Very confrontational when asked why it was dropped so far and can not reach anyone at the location to speak with a representative
Literally THE BEST you will EVER find!!! 20 out of 10 recommend! They have done as big of a job as replacing my motor, to doing my oil changes every single time. I refuse to bring my vehicles ANYWHERE, except A1!!
