Made a 10:00 AM appointment for my state inspection. Nobody came to the desk until 10:20. I filled out the paperwork and left for the 30 minutes they said it would take to complete inspection.
I come back in, and they tell me that they can't do the inspection because my front windshield is too tinted. I've had this vehicle inspected for the past 3 years in New York State in multiple different places, and nobody has ever denied me on the basis of the window tint, my windshield is a factory windshield and no tint has ever been applied to it. Then the guy hands me the wrong car keys. I got my actual keys and promptly left.
Not punctual, and talking a lot of nonsense. Not going back.
Oil Change and Self-Service. Shout outs to Uri and Chris who are amazing mechanics. My best advice is to ask for help if you need anything. They were very helpful and didn't mind finding a specialty tool or check on my vehicle even though I was doing a self-service job.
Staff are friendly & knowledgeable. They gave me individual block of instruction on several aspects of maintenance and I feel more confident in my ability to service the automobile (tires, oil changes, hydraulic lift, etc.). Also got my state annual inspection done. 10/10 will come here again to work on the car.
They took care of me here. I dropped off my truck and they had it done the same day when I was done with work. If you can get on post they are worth a try.
Great place for your car needs. Mechanics are knowledgeable and willing to assist as needed. Safe environment, plenty of tools and equipment for DIY projects. Thanks
I have used the services in the past. Exceptionally priced to work on your own car when you can. Although being a technician myself I would like the opportunity to conduct my own Alignment. Other than that no complains from me. Sad about the hours.
This place is awesome. The shop to goto if when you want to do the job yourself. Unfortunately with all the cutbacks MWR did the unthinkable and cut the staff down to 2 people. Way to go in thinking about the troops MAR. Give it some time, with the new Administration hitting the Office in January New job openings are on the horizon!!
