I had an excellent experience with Mark Capablo from Mount Hope Auto Body. He was incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and patient—even while working in cold, wet weather.
What really stood out to me was his dedication and determination. Getting my spare tire down from under the car was not an easy task, but Mark didn’t give up, even though it was a real hassle. He stayed focused and made sure the job was done right.
Most importantly, he clearly made my safety his top priority throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable and caring service.
Cannot say enough about how Mark from Ottisville Auto Body went out of his way to help me. Stranded on the highway after dark and he made sure I was taken care of. Not only did he tow my car to my home - even though the insurance charged extra $ that did not up to him for some reason - he also sent out my damaged rim for repair and put on the new tire when it came back. He runs his business through hard work and pure honesty. I’ve already scheduled to do more business with him.
My friend and I broke down halfway through our road trip and Mark and Dylan were sent through my insurance to tow my car. Turns out we just had something jammed in our shift, and we only knew this because of Mark and Dylan who took a look at the car before they took it away. They totally did not have to, but by doing so they 100% saved me from expensive bullshit charges at a corporate auto shop. And they wouldn’t even take a $10 bill for it. These guys are honest, kind, and go out of their way to help.
Mark fixed my Accord and was extremely fair and reasonable with pricing. He is honest and does great work. I’ve been to many other places in the past and this one by far has been the best experience I’ve had. I will use Mount Hope Auto Body only going forward.
I had a great experience recently purchasing a car here. It can be scary and a little intimidating buying a car from anyone especially if you have never dealt with someone before however Mark made it very easy going and kept his word every step of the way. He also made me feel comfortable and most importantly I felt that I could trust him and therefore what he was selling which was himself as well as the car. He did all the paperwork and set it up so simply that I was able to go to the DMV and be in and out within 5 minutes. I highly recommend.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Trustworthy, kind, honest, respectful, and fair. By far the best experience I’ve had for anything to do with cars. Mark not only saw me right away but did the work right then, and his work was perfect! He was friendly and thorough and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I’m absolutely thrilled and will definitely be going back for future car needs. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

Absolutely amazing! Had an emergency with my boyfriends car, was at a different shop for 3 weeks and they hadn't done any of the maintenance requested. The car desperately needed an oil change front brakes and a couple sensors put in. Called Mark in a panic and he was able to take the car the next day and finished it the same day! Super upfront about pricing and just all around amazing customer service. Will definitely be coming back here and reccomend it to everyone I know.
My car broke down called mark and he was there in minutes! Towed my car back to the shop and diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. Got my car fixed and back to driving faster than I thought. Very dependable and reliable . If I have a problem again I know who I’m calling ! 10/10 ⭐️
Mark worked on and completely perfected my damaged bumper! I couldn't even believe the results as my entire bumper was ruined! The paint job is 10/10 and so is his customer service! He came through for the service I needed last minute and walked me through what needed to be done and worked with me to the best that he could. Mark also worked on my two rear brakes and will be doing my front 2 as well. I highly recommend using his services and will continue to do business with him.
