Called to see if they had a part. They said they did. Drove all the way there, part was rusted. I said I was worried about that, they said I could return it within 30 days. And, of course, the part goes 30 days later. Had to buy it from somewhere else. Not happy.

i have been in this business all my life and this company has to be by far the worst to deal with.
there parts are trash and the responce by employees is worse.
bought a few motors and they were no good and then the had the nerve to charge a 30% restocking fee when the last motor i got was refused by the shop because they lied on the miles and it was filty dirty too
trust me i will let it be know.
this is besides other returns we made were we did not recieve one penny of our money back.
I asked to keep my rims because they were expensive the lady was nice and agreed but once i got there the guy operating the forklift starts shaking the car up and down even the the wheels were lose than drops the far on the floor now my rims are scratched and bent thanks
Fantastic used auto parts company! I called on Friday for a rim, they had it by Monday. Great Customer service, each person I talked to was friendly, more than happy to help. Fair prices. Place is clean. I will definitely be using them again and continuing to recommend their services.

I sold a junk car to QRP in January 2023. They are professional and efficient, even when they are busy with other customers. The customer in front of me was attempting to convince them not to charge sales tax for a part, and I could see the frustration of the person working at the counter. I felt a little bad for them that that they have to endure unreasonable requests while still trying to help everyone else. I appreciate that they didn't take out their frustration on me just because I was the next person in line, as some businesses would when they are busy. My mechanic had recommended this place, and he was right. I had their business card from earlier, when I had seen their trucks around the area and talked to their drivers, who seemed to know what they are doing. I was glad to get to know this business and hope to return here when I need to buy parts.
Terrible company!! Sell junk parts claiming they are insurance quality when it looks like they just fished them out of the river! They wasted our time and our customers time!! Never do business with these hucksters.
I had a great experience with junior the first time I ordered from here. Had it delivered and the transaction went very smoothly. Second time I tried to order parts, the associate Claude tells me they can’t deliver to me. This left a bad impression with me due to the inconsistency.
Instead of offering any shipping or other logistics he told me the phones were ringing and he couldn’t assist me any further. Very odd after he had already taken my payment information prior to delivery info. Overall a disappointing experience.
Our shop is located in Maine, they were more than willing to freight us a door that was placed on B/O from the OEM (NY to Maine). I worked with Junior who was great start to finish, was on his game for sure. We had the door within 3-days of the initial phone call, the part that arrived was very clean as stated and was free from defects. It's rare to find a GOOD salvage yard, and my experience with QRP was excellent. Thanks!

You guys are stealing money no matter I’d is 1 dollard or 20 we get a part yesterday and was the wrong one today we try to return it and you say money can not be return completely (20 ) when try to complain I was told that if I’m complaining for 20 And yes I am because you are charging those 20 as well for something that was not touch at all was the wrong part so if means 20 for you means 20 for me and if other 4 customers you have with the same issue or similar means 100 back in your pocket.
I really like the QRP and to be more specific, I like Mr. Junior, He is very good in communication and make everything clear to the customer. I highly recommend this place because they are very honest.
There is a ton of knowledge and experience in the field of used auto parts. With that comes talent! I had the opportunity to meet Anthony who I had a pleasant conversation with and found that we had several mutual friends. The yard itself along with the dismantling and storage areas are very impressive. They have a lot of late model vehicles and some very high end ones at that! They definitely invest in their inventory and are good about knowing exactly what they have and the information about it. The prices are reasonable not much more to ask for. I highly recommend QRP-NY and will be doing business with them when possible.

I’ve sold 3 cars to this business and each time they’ve been great. From the customer relations team to the dispatch and drivers they are always very professional. They make it easy to sell your junk car, they ask you a few questions give you a price and send a tow truck within a day or two. Highly recommend for anyone in the area, especially if you’re in Orange County.
Ive used this company for years but the other day OD came and got my honda civic he was courteous and professional and had a nice conversation with me asking about the car and what's wrong with it I hope the next time I use this company I get the same driver
Needed an old "past it's time" work truck, that wouldn't start recently, out of my driveway. Spoke with Lori (sorry if spelling is wrong) this past week. She had someone there within 24 hours to pick it up. The gentleman that came, Floyd, was as courteous and professional as any person could possibly be. I was paid up front and he still didn't just grab the truck and run. He gave me the impression that he wanted me to be sure about my decision, and even diagnosed the problem within minutes. I greatly appreciated that. I would recommend QRP to anyone who needs the services they provide.
Sold us a tire , receipt said it was the size we needed, went to put it on and it was a wrong size. When we came back they tried to swindle us into saying its not an issue, and said if we wanted the tire we PAID for it would be 80 more bucks.
Excellent customer service, great location, and very friendly. They paid me top dollar for my scrap metal. Not only that but unlike other scrap yards they have digital read outs right next to the scale so I felt safe that I was getting paid for every single pound of scrap metal that I brought in. As for the used auto parts side of the business; it is very professional. The parts are reliable and clean, and also come with warranties. I recommend anyone looking to sell their scrap metal and/or buying used auto parts to stop here and check it out
