horrible experience, dented the life out of my hood and bed sides. idk what they were trying to achieve but they did very well at destroying my truck. i honestly took that very well and wasn’t going to say anything. but my truck is now throwing a check engine light and misfiring. put it on the scanner and it’s out of timing. im not sure what they did to my truck but i congratulate them for doing what i couldn’t.
Had my keys locked in my car. Submitted a claim through GEICO. Robert was there in minutes and had my car opened within moments of his arrival. He was extremely professional calling before he even left the establishment and letting me know when he arrived. Excellent service.

Lulu the manager was unresponsive to my emails and calls. Messages relayed to me were rude! Lacks customer service professionalism! I was inconvenienced through no fault of my own. They failed to provide a rental or any transportation while my car was being repaired
They should not be on the roadside assistance list - so beware!!!
Used Complete Auto towing services through Geico. They got to my car in a timely manner and called and texted before they got to my car. The drivers side ball joint broke and they took their time and lots of consideration getting my car on the flat bed. I would highly reccomended their towing service.
Absolutely ABYSMAL service. Failed to comprehend the simplest of directions from us despite repeated attempts to tell them exactly where we were. Arrived HOURS late. Blamed us for their GPS giving them poor directions. Put us in danger on a major highway by making us leave our vehicle with Mac trucks flying by at 80 MPH. Did the bare minimum and left us STRANDED on the side of the highway in the middle of the night in the freezing cold. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! NOTHING BUT HASSLE AND RUDENESS.
You should never call this business to get a tow or anything. We were parked right next to a pizza place in Middletown NY. We are decided to take a after dinner walk. When we came back our car was stolen (towed). We called and were told we couldn't get the car back unless we paid $200 cash. We called the police. A report was filled out as to where we were parked with a sign saying "no overnight parking." The police said it was a civil issue even though it was a public parking lot. When we got there the place was so dirty. Another girl was scammed as well and they dented her car during the tow. I repeat stay as far away from this place as you can.
Update: We took this to court and won! So disregard anything they say in reply because a judge in Middletown found them in the wrong for towing it away.
Saved the day. We are floral designers from CT on our way to design a wedding with a ram rental van full of precious flowers- time is CRUCIAL! We called this company- lady on the phone was so helpful- Tony came in hot and fixed our flat ASAP!!! We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes- talk about service!!! My late model sports car had a major cooling failure while on the highway. Pulled off on the first exit, drove into the first gas station I saw , shut it off and used my insurance company's app for a tow as the car was not drivable. CARS accepted the tow claim from my insurance company within minutes and came within the promised arrival ETA. Tony C. was the towman and he did an excellent job. He explained exactly how he was going to load my car on the flat bed, did exactly what he said and though it's an older sport car that most people might not respect given its wear from daily driving for some 20 years he treated it like it was his own as he carefully loaded it on the the flatbed of the tow truck. He made sure to properly secured the vehicle once it was on the bed and explained why he was doing it as he did it. He then gave me a ride to the local repair shop I use for the car with the vehicle and was absolutely professional in making sure that I didn't need any further help from there. The repair shop has a challenging parking lot and entrance driveway but he brought the car in with out issue on the flat bed literally putting it in front of the repair bay so they could roll it in first thing in the morning knowing it couldn't be started. My mechanic greatly appreciated that as well as it made his life easier. Tony's care, professional level of skill, and transparent honest communication was much appreciated in what otherwise might have been a much more overall frustrating night if he didn't handle things like he did. The last few towman I used complained the whole time about how little my insurance pays for call outs and gave me nothing but complaints about my car being older the whole time. I was honestly a bit nervous what this one would say and I was completely pleasantly surprised. I will request CARS the next time for sure. Excellent.
These guys are complete scammers 1 they only are open for 5 hours if you get your car towed from them they only accept cash but have no atm which cause me to wait additional day to get my car out for two day my bill jumped from 150 all the way to 526 dollars how ? I just don’t see how and with the way the economy is who has the money to pay that and then fix whatever is wrong with your car my advice if you can get triple A you will save way more money and heartache then dealing with these low lives and they have been reported to better business bureau
Total scam. Car was towed from my community with parking permit visible inside. Business says open 24/7 but they only provide one aspect of business 24/7--towing cars. Towed on Friday and not permitted to retrieve my vehicle until Monday (Scam). Cash only. So you take my car and tell me I have to wait until you're ready ti release it. Charging for the added days (weekend) that they do not release the car back. It's a cash cow scam that will be reported to the better business bureau today, with the list of employees mentioned in "praised Google reviews". As Tax payers who must provide cash for a delayed service that is a huge and unfair inconvenience, we should know how employees of this company are being compensated and how the company is managing complete cash within their daily business operations.Victims of this company should follow suit--it's you're right to know where your money goes. An IRS audit should very much reveal this horrendous scam and gross level of unprofessionalism.
Driver Josh was rude and unwilling to do his job. Didn’t bring my car where it needed to go and now I’m stuck looking for my car because he never got back to me After not being willing to drop it off at requested location because “it was too dark”

My tire was destroyed by a pothole at 1am. The driver Tony got there quickly and was super efficient and polite. My vehicle is very low to the ground and he took great care not to damage anything. I have had horrible experiences with tow companys like ROCKBOTTOM(racist hillbilly dirtbags) This place and Tony have restored my faith! I highly recommend.

I was out of state when my alternator died on Saturday night. The driver, Cet, showed up and was very professional and friendly.
He put me at ease from thinking the worst, as my car was going to need to get towed a long distance. I love my car, as l've been all over this country many times with it with no problems until now. I had to make a decision; repairing a premium car, out of state, at a repair shop I don't have a relationship with versus having my car towed hundreds of miles home to my mechanic who is trustworthy...I'm sure you can imagine the trepidation I felt. Cef assured me that my car would be safe and secure until it made the trip home on Monday morning, and that he would probably be the person taking the car. Decision made!!! The friendly representative from C.A.R.S. called me first thing on Monday morning. We arranged things and even worked around some billing snafus. Overall experience was exceptionally positive.
These people are good. I feel very grateful that I had them to deal with. Being from a different state, it's unlikely l' ever deal with them again, but if I do need a service they provide, I'll be sure to call on them or refer them.
10/10/23 Update: Cliff came to my rescue! He was awesome!!!! Unlocked my car in less than 5 minutes. Such a great person!!!! I totally recommend C.A.R.S. Great people!!!!

My experience with Complete Auto Recovery Services was horrible. On 7/29/22 my stepsons car was towed from Caldor (dept. store) Parking Lot. The sign above stated "no overnight parking" as you can see in my review. We entered the parking lot and ate pizza at the local pizza shop. We then took a walk after dinner to find the vehicle was towed. We were gone an hour and a half. Not overnight. We had to take a cab to the business where they would not release the vehicle unless we paid cash. We had to walk two blocks in a bad neighborhood at night to get $200 cash from an ATM. We are now pursuing legal action against them. If you want a really bad experience use them. If not go find somewhere where you are treated with respect.
I will NEVER call another company again! The lady working overnight was amazing and extremely helpful when my son was stranded on the side of the road. We tried to use his roadside assistance and three hours later were told not a single company in NY or NJ had a driver available. I made three phone calls and only CARS answered and within 30 minutes my son was on his way home. I can't thank you enough for ensuring his safety and my peace of mind, you have a forever customer
My car was towed at 11:30pm, I called immediately to try to get it back and was told they open at 9am. So obviously not 24hrs. When I went to pick up my car, they had it parked in the middle of a literal junk yard. They expected me to drive it out while not damaging my car. My car was immediately damaged because again, they put my car in a literal junkyard. Every single car in there was totaled, there was glass, metal shards, loose rims?? I believe they unloaded my car directly on top of a rim so when I tried to pull out it ripped into the underside of my car and bumper, nearly ripping it off completely. I was told by the employee that was standing there that it was “literally a junkyard what do you expect“. I said you have to fix my car this is completely not OK and he said that it was totally my fault, then also told me that there were cameras and video that would back up his story. I called the police, I asked for the video, I asked for any video or photographs. They told me in front of the police that there was no video and would not give me the photos until the owner showed up, which he never did.
There was no visible no parking signs in the area where we parked. They towed my truck and my daughters car at night. Left us stranded in middletown with my 2 year old grandson. This was at 9 PM. As I do not live in Middletown and when asked the driver jesse how I was suppose to get home his girlfriend jumped out of the truck and said it was a personal problem offered no assistance of cab numbers or anything to help. And then charged us each 324.00 to release our vehicles. When we retrieved our vehicles they have been gone through things out of glove box and stolen tools very unprofessional and rude and I'm pretty sure unless your employed with them no one is allowed in the truck with them especially rude girlfriends
I understand one of my car was towed for a reason but, rude employees. Major unprofessional attitudes when dealing with them. Secondly, greasy handprints left on my vehicle, top corner of driver door is now out of alignment, beware of zero accountability from this service provider.
Aggressive Driving: On Saturday August 17th 2019 at 1PM their flatbed came up behind me at a high rate of speed and proceeded to tailgate me (about 3 feet off my bumper) for 3 miles. Luckily I didn't need to brake for anything as there would have been no time for him to stop behind me. At a stop sign I was able to snap a few pictures of the truck but not the reckless driver. Thankfully I got the plate number and DOT number (1767517)so as to report this company. How many people are harassed by this driver everyday I wonder. How many accidents has he been involved in? This company needs to train it's employees to drive safely.
Woke up on a Friday to a flat tire with a screw in it. Just how you want your day to start, right? Promptly called my insurance to utilize my roadside assistance. They quoted an hour, but within a half hour I had a call that the tech was waiting outside for me. Less than 10 minutes later he had my donut on, completed the paperwork and we were both on our way. They made what could have been an awful morning, bearable.
I believe the name of operator of the Flat bed was Glenn. One of the best tow experiences I've had over the years. Glenn greeted me with a handshake and walked me through the process. Service was right on time and worked with my roadside assistance service thru State Farm. Would recommend them to anyone!

Awesome towing service! My car died while I was at work yesterday and I needed to have it towed to have it checked out. The last time I was in this predicament I was stuck waiting over an hour for help. Not with C.A.R.S.! Ken helped me out and showed up 20mins earlier than the quoted hour wait. He was super nice and took great care of my car. Hopefully I won't need a tow again in the near future but will definitely call them again if I do!
This was the worst experience I had in my life with this company they are CROOKS!!!! I had my car towed here utilizing my AAA membership I wasn't given any paperwork was never told about a $85 a day storage fee, there is a little sign which I never saw. When I spoke with representative was never told of this fee. When I inquired about my car then I was told I owed $300 WHAT!!!! AAA worked and agreement title for fee waiver which I never wanted them to keep my car. Upon submission of title after signing I was informed I need to pay $150 to remove my property from the car!!!! Not before leaving, not on the phone when I called to make appointment to bring title never informed CROOKS!!!!
These jokers were contacted to give my car a tow as part of my AAA service. Near three hours later, after serveal unsuccessful attempts by AAA to reach their driver and manager, AAA had to find me another company to tow my car. Extremely poor service, if you could call that service at all.
I was stuck on 84 with a flat and no spare, I was on the phone for 45 min to an hour trying to get a tow truck company out and tow me. Every one I called were rude, said they wouldn't do it because I had a 6 inch life on my truck, and even one guy said FU to me and hung up. Then I called cars and George picked up. George was very polite over the phone the first gentleman that night that called me sir. Even though sir is my father. He told me that he can have a guy out there in 30-45 min and my driver was going to be jimmy. When jimmy showed up he was very nice we had a good conversation all the way to Mavis where I could get a new tire. He was telling me how cars towing is growing and expanding which i think is great because you want a company that is personable, great pricing, and understanding this truly is the company to call. A big thanks to all they guys. and Jimmy, shoot strait!
