My husband has been dropping bags of precounted bottles and cans for years and never had an issue until today. The associate working accused him of previously submitting precounted bags of cans or bottles that were not redeemable from a prior visit and I know how much effort we put into auditing our recyclables, so take my word, there's no way it was him or our bags. So he confronts my husband in spanish with accusations and couldn't show any proof that it was his previously dropped bags that were problematic, and refused to take him for his word. He then asked for my husbands name & number in front of other customers in the event that any of his precounted bags ended up being problematic, but I have no doubt that they will find anything wrong. I respect somebody taking their job seriously but to make wild accusations about your loyal customers without proof is bad business. Safe to say we will no longer be returning to this bottle return location!

Not sure why they even have a phone number. Never once has anyone answered the phones or returned a phone after leaving a message. Places hours change on the fly. Fast service but the inconsistency in hours and communication are the only consistent thing.

Giving this place 2 stars because it's close to my neighborhood and there are some nice employees but most of the time they always find a reason to complain or be rude. I know im not perfect and there might be a couple bottles out of the 600 I bring that arent acceptable but you can just say sorry we don't accept these instead of making it seem like I'm an inconvenience to you. Only bottle place I've gone to that refuses to give you a couple bags for future trips. One time one of the nicer employees gave us some used bags which was perfect but that type of kindness isnt always passed down. On another occasion some of the bags I brought had some dirt and a few leaves and they told me that the condition is "too dirty" when I never had a bottle place complain about this previously. I will add that if you only collect the bottles from your house you'll probably have an easier time, but as I collect bottles from multiple places they aren't all in pristine condition all of the time.
