Eric helped out our family in a serious bind! We were stuck in a snow covered driveway while staying at a local Air BnB. He and his service team are TOP notch. We were so thankful for their help and expertise!

Plowed my driveway. Winched my truck out of my driveway. Flat tire from broken valve stem. Tow back to garage. Fixed tire. Very reasonable price! They also fixed some loose plastic trim for free. Very happy with the service and free coffee while I waited. Thank you Dave, Pat & Sandi!!! Will be back!

Awesome service! They were the only ones able and/or willing to come tow my Mustang up my 1/4 mile gravel driveway with snow. The tow guy, I think he name was David, was super nice and professional.

I woke up to my car battery completely dead. They came right out to my house and swapped it for me! Life savers.

I cannot express how grateful I am for how much Bald Hill helped me yesterday! The brakes in my BMW went out and I was freaking out! I have had horrible experiences with towing companies in the past with taking an extremely long time, damaging my vehicles, or having crazy hidden fees. Bald Hill was ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! They came an hour away to come out and tow my car another hour away! Everything was so smooth, and their communication was great! I was so worried about my car, and they kept reassuring me along the way! Thank you guys so much for your help and helping me get out of a really bad situation yesterday! :)

On 11/11/25 midnight, my cube van truck break down in the middle of highway with a simple issue. We tried many towing companies and finally by God's grace, got a hold of Bald Hill Automotive. They only asked the few right questions, sent towing truck in 30 minutes, I told them to tow to their shop. Their mechanics came in the morning and fixed the issue right away and helped my driver to not suffer more in the bad cold weather.

Had a non-emergency fender bender early on a Saturday morning and they were super quick to respond. After the first guy arrived with the flatbed, he determined that they would need the wrecker truck to lift the car up and over a vertical pipe in the yard. The situation required them to get creative to move the car without doing more damage and they handled it impressively. Very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Broke down Harley, bald hill was sent out. Brought the perfect trailer for the haul. Took me to my door step , great job Eric . Thank you and your support team👍

They were life savers. They came and towed our broke down truck to their garage. Said that they were about 10 days to 2 weeks out for repairs. Much to our surprise, they called the next day and it was done!

Heading back to Massachusetts from Tennessee in my Motorhome, towing my pickup truck, my trustee dog by my side and 4-1/2 hours left to go and all of a sudden the RV just dies, while on the Thruway. Exhausted from the trip, there was no way I was going to figure out what the problem was and rain was coming. Bald Hill was dispatched for the tow and after some consideration I decided to have them bring it back to their shop. These guys could have really gouged me and I was completely at their mercy. Turned out to be a simple 20amp fuse. Again, they had me by the short hairs and did the right thing and kept it reasonable. Better than reasonable. Thank you, Bald Hill for being straight up people. I appreciate it. Of course now I have to drive 4-1/2 hours back to them and then another 5 or so to get home but that's not their problem. I could have used my brain and checked the obvious stuff myself. It was never going to be THAT EASY though. Story of my life.

My roadside assist deployed Bald Hill to tow my large truck. My situation was high stress, and I'm thankful that everyone I spoke with from Bald Hill was patient, COMMUNICATIVE, and informative (to someone from out of state). Thanks for your help.

This company is possibly the worst I have ever tried to deal with.... their turnover rate with mechanics is dreadful. I had the gent behind the counter tell me they have been padding the invoice whenever they needed something to bill.... The parts shop is town has a running joke about their incompetence and my truck.... This is a 1988 F150 with a 302CI engine. It's NOT rocket science! I've called and stopped by more times than I can mention. The response it always the same. "It's not my job" call or come back later.... They apparently were busted by AAA for double billing as well.... To be clear, my truck is in PIECES and has been exposed to the elements for over a year now..... It hasn't been moved in months! All I'm asking is for receipts and them to pay for reassembly to the condition that I brought it to them.... Even THAT was rejected by the last person I spoke to..... I was told they have about $300~ into it... I said fine, I'll PAY.... Show me the receipts.... HEMMING AND HAWING.... Then no response again and another month lost... The last I heard was they now was $1800~ for work that was never done and the truck is STILL torn apart and in pieces........ STEER CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!

Great experience. Allstate dispatched them for roadside. The gentleman repaired my tire in my driveway in no time at all. Courteous, prompt, good quality work at very reasonable pricing. Thanks for coming all the way up to Penfield at 7 am.

Avoid this place. I used this company to tow a vehicle to my home, booked through my insurance company. The agreed upon job was to tow the vehicle from where it was diabled, to my home a half mile away. The owner, Eric agreed to the tow with the above instructions. Once he put the vechicle on his truck, he refused to take the vehicle to where it was supposed to go and instead drove it 15 miles away to his shop. I called him immediately after I found out he was not taking it to the residence and he said he needed to "write up a bill" and get paid by my insurance company before he would release it. I asked why he needed to have the vehicle at his physical location in order to write up a bill. He said he used "specialized" equipment and needed to write it all up. Again, I asked why the car needed to be at his shop to do that. He then screamed at me on the phone stating his kid was home sick with a fever and to leave him alone, then he hung up. The police were contacted that same day and my insurance company contacted him as well. He lied to the police and said my son, who was at the scene of the disabled vehicle when it was put on the truck, said that he could take it to his shop. He also told them the shop was closed for the day and I had to get it during regular business hours. I don't know what in the Wide World of Insurance Fraud is going on with this person and this company, but I do know it was a huge mistake to have this company tow my vehicle. Apparently, this company is pretty well known for being dishonest. From what I understand, they tow to their shop regardless of instructions to then charge exorbitant lot fees and other "specialized" charges. I wouldn't recommend this company to tow anything. Ever.

Very very bad service, communication and overall business. Lost my car. Saying my car is at one location but it’s at another and doesn’t tell me till after it was paid for. Was supposed to drop my car off at a mechanics and never did. Did not notify me it was not dropped off and still in their possession. Then charged me an impound fee to “store” it when it wasn’t even supposed to be there to begin with. I didn’t even know they still had it until I contacted the mechanic it was supposed to be brought to and they informed me it had never been dropped off. Money hungry and basically scammers.

DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!!! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT FOLLOW New York State TOWING LAWS!!! My wife and I went to the Naples Grape Fest a year or so ago and we parked on the side of the road on 7 Elizabeth St (we've been parking that same spot for 23yrs) we came back from the festival in a 2 hr period and our vehicle was gone!!!!! As we stood in the middle of the road in shock a walking neighbor told us that the car was just towed by Bald Hill Automotive!! He told us that "Bald Hill Towing is a very shady towing company". Long story short a young couple had just purchased the house next to the road and they thought they owned the side of the road and the road itself obviously they did not know the.. "right of way".. laws in the town of Naples........, Bald Hill SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT!.... Very SHADY!! We had to sue the home owners and won back a $430.00 towing charge!! My wife and I live 93 miles away and are in our 60s, this incident was very traumatic and inconvenient. This disrupted our whole weekend , this should have NEVER happen!! THANKS BALD HILL TOWING!!!

On November 6th 2022, my car needed to be towed for a very minor reason. It had a flat tire. Gieco arranged for my car to get towed, which happened to be through bald hill automotive. This was at around 8/9pm in fairport ny. They had strict instructions to drop off at chevy farnsworth in Canandaigua ny. However around 10:30pm I pulled up my cars gps location, and it was leaving the city of Canandaigua. I called several times with no answer, trying to get an explanation as to where they were taking my car. Eventually someone answered the phone and said it was after hours and to call in the morning. I explained they were taking my car without my permission somewhere other than the dealership. They told me to call in the morning and refused to tell me where they were taking my car. After many times of calling back after being hung up on, the woman told me the name of their company. And then hung up once more. After calling gieco, they were able to call the company, and get information, that baldhill was keeping my car, and wanted money for storage fees and additional towing fees. Bald hill was already paid for the tow job to take my car to chevy, which they refused to do. Gieco ended up paying them an additional almost $2000.00 just to get my car released and dropped off at the dealership, as baldhill would not release my car. Baldhill caused additional damage to my vehicle as well. They broke the entire right tire off. I am not looking for compensation, as unfortunately gieco had to deal with them and pay them directly. I am looking for them to get shut down, so this does not happen to anyone else! Even when I called the sheriff department, I didn’t even have to tell them the name of the business, as they said they have heard of this company doing things like this often. And knew exactly who I was talking about.

Bald Hill was dispatched for me by Good Sam Roadside to tow my dually Sprinter. They were able to load it on a flatbed with no problems and get it to the destination. Other companies in the area wouldn't touch it due to it being a dually. I'm glad this company is knowledgeable and has the right equipment for jobs like this. Thanks again

If there was a minus 10 is more appropriate. They towed our truck from an accident conveniently to their garage. They attempted to fix it for over 9 months without success and excuses. They charged us for a new bumper that was used and too small, crashed in the tailgate at their garage and did not fix it, took off our hood which was not damaged and put on some random one they found and poorly painted it. We found our hood on their truck and insisted that they put it back then charged us $8,000 ransom to get it back still having to tow it elsewhere to ethically have it fixed. They are thieves, liars and cons. Run from them. Nightmare!!

Tried to charge me 1500 to tow a car two miles. because they saw a Porsche they thought they would rip me off. claiming special equipment. called two other tow companies they said wheel dollies and flat bed is not special equipment. Since they were sent by insurance they wanted to tow it to there shop first even though the insurance company wanted it taken to my home. The reason was they knew the insurance would not pay that amount and I would have been stuck with a bill to get my car back. the insurance company canceled them and ended sending someone else who said the same thing. stay away.

All I needed was a tow for a rear right flat tire. My ETA kept getting pushed back with Bald Hill so we called USAA to try to get another company because it was over 90 degrees and my husband has a severe skin condition that was being worsened by the heat. We didn't realize that calling for another tow truck would remove us from the Bald Hill tow list right away. This happened to us 2 times when our ETA kept getting pushed back over and over again. The next day Bald Hill got called again because we still hadn't gotten towed and by now my husband had went home. It's hard not to think they took the call just to try to damage my car because according to a lady named Valerie at Bald Hill, Zack towed my car and The problem was my mechanic got a recording of Zack towing my vehicle without a dolly or flat bed. This could have created some serious damage to my vehicle. We had to file a complaint with the Livingston county sheriff's department and they said even the sheriff's will not do any business with Bald Hill Automotive because they have and problems with different drivers from that company too.

I have had Bald Hill tow my vehicle at least twice. Today they were supposed to show up around 2:45pm and were here at 2:00pm!!! Can't argue with fast service. Drivers have always been friendly, I highly recommend them for a tow. Thanks and keep up the good work.

After waiting for over five hours for Nissan’s emergency service that never came, Eric got my car out of a ditch quickly and safely. We were very impressed with the efficiency and reasonable rate. Thank you, Eric and Bald Hill!

On a very foggy morning I ran my car into a ditch. My road service sent Bald Hill Towing. They arrived fast, sent me a text with their ETA and were very careful pulling out my little red car. I would highly recommend them if you need to get towed!

I had a break down over 60 miles from home on a Friday night. Called 5 separate stations and was guided to Bald Hill, Thankfully !!!! They sent a tow truck immediately and had my car towed in under 30 minutes!! The driver was personable and knowledgeable!! Car was checked and an estimate for repair and was completed before the estimated time!!! Awesome and great !!!!

My van had a no start condition. Bald Hill got the van towed to the shop and gave me a diagnosis and estimate of repairs within a few few hours. Had the repairs done by the end of the next day. I researched the costs and they were just where the research suggested such a repair would cost. So I got quick service at a fair price. Very pleased and will use Bald Hill again. Thanks to Brian for the professional handling of my repair.
