Fast and cash as promised. Could not recommend enough! The owner called me and explained everything in detail. Did just as he promised! Between first phone call and time of meet up it was within 24 hours!

I’ve had 2 cars towed now they are very friendly and will pick up same day or next day! They worked around my toddlers nap time for me! Will call again if I need their services, definitely recommend!

Very satisfying experience with Chappels. My call was returned within an hour and an appointment setup for the next day. Martin, owner/driver, called me the day of and arrived shortly after we spoke. Quick and easy process if you're looking to get rid of your junk car, vehicle was on the tow truck with license plates taken off and cash ready to be handed right as we arrived. Was able to get a driver to pick the car up within 2 hours. Staff and driver was also very friendly and professional!

Called them this morning the person was very pleasant and only took a short time to answer there questions and got the price they offered. The person on the phone said I would be getting a call from the tow truck driver shortly. In about 20 mins I got the call said he would be there in 30 mins. Everything was organized and planned over a single phone call. They came and met with my fiancé while I was at work, she said that the driver was extremely polite, professional, and skilled. Friendly, quick, and easy - just the way I like 'em! Really nice guy who made sure I knew that my next step is dropping the plates off at the DMV ASAP to get the insurance and registration refunds. He advised me that there's a daily fine for not turning the plates in - I never would have guessed that. Point is - he was looking out for me to make sure I didn't run afoul of the DMV and get fines or problems. Here's an operation that cares about their customers. My old blue was still true and running but wouldn't pass NYS inspection. Good experience because Chappell's had flexible scheduling so we just arranged a time to meet at the CR 46 facility and traded the keys for the cash. If you lost your title - I had to search to find mine and had that worry - they can help you if you can't find it. If your loyal car has finally given its last - give them a call and get it off your hands.
