Euro central is always great with our Volvos. He is super knowledgeable and always comes up with a solution. We have sent a few cars to him for salvage after they were past fixing what we thought was worth it and he gave us an awesome deal for the salvage.

Great people, great shop, great service. I have been taking my vehicles here ever since I moved to the area and have had nothing but good experiences. I recently purchased a car from them as well. Strongly recommended!

Honestly can not say enough great things about European central - I entrusted Jared and his team with my 84’ Porsche 911 and needless to say, they get it. Take the long way, but the right way. If you have a classic Porsche, and you want to entrust a team to work on it right (which is very hard to find!) euro central is your spot. Honest, craft focus, engineering mindset, good people. Thank you 🤙

Had a really bad experience with them.. they are extremely nice over the phone but when things don’t go their way mysterious things happen to what you purchased off of them, with no explanation.. we had an agreement on price I made full payment and after a week of figuring everything out I was told the piece for my vehicle, that I needed had been broken.. this is after the fact where it was packaged and ready to be shipped off as well. How did it get broken? Apparently the owner doesn’t want to speak about it.. Just be careful, they are nice people over the phone but if they get upset over a deal they will make sure the deal doesn’t happen.. this was never resolved and my money was just handed back but I need the piece more then the money.

I purchased a Volvo recently from here and couldn't be happier! Jared is obviously passionate about cars and his business and took the time to explain everything about the car, even things I wouldn't have known to ask. Jen is down to earth with a heart of gold and a great communicater. She took care of so many things for me and was a joy to be around. I was always happy to see her (and Cooper the dog). Thank you for making me part of the family 🖤. Jen- I decided to name the car Barbara, as in Barbara Manatee. If you were forced to watch veggie tales growing up, you'll understand the reference.

If you’re buying a car here, don’t trust the in-house inspection. They’ll leave out important things, making you overpay for the car, and they won’t pay for the repairs they missed. I bought a Volvo XC70 from here recently. It cost a lot more than other ones on the market, but I was assured that was because it was in perfect condition. Since they are also a euro cars focused shop, I was inclined to trust them. Unfortunately, this trust was misplaced. There were many things wrong with the car, the worst of which being the air conditioning which was completely non-functional, and the windshield which was the wrong one and had an obvious chip/bubble in clear view of the driver’s seat. I took it to a different independent shop closer to where I live and was quoted $1400 for the air conditioning repair alone. So, according to their “inspection” the car was perfect, except they conveniently left out the part where it needs $2000+ in repairs. When I emailed them about this, they told me 1. it must have broken after I took it because when THEY inspected it everything was fine (which is either a lie, or their mechanic is very incompetent not to find these things), 2. they won’t reimburse me for the cost of repairs because they want me to take it back to them (they knew this was impossible because I would have to drive 2000 miles for this. Not that I would trust them to repair my car anyway, considering they supposedly found nothing wrong with it), 3. that it was my responsibility to test for these things before I bought it (how would I have tested the air conditioning in 10 degree weather? How would I have inspected the windshield covered in snow?), and 4. that it wasn’t that big of a deal anyway and I shouldn’t complain because it was “mechanically functional” (not at all how it was described to me). The fact that they pulled out every excuse to try to avoid responsibility on what was clearly their mistake was very insulting. They obviously care more about keeping money than their reputation. I wouldn’t trust them not to claw away your money either.

Very disappointing. We arrived from PA with interest in purchasing a Volvo xc70. We were told the vehicle was well maintained by this dealership and we took it for a test drive. We were about to buy it when we discovered that a family of mice had nested in the trunk. We brought this to their attention and it was clear they knew about this and were just hoping we didn’t find it before we started the paperwork. This place seems nice but our interaction felt dishonest and their misrepresentation of this vehicle left a bad taste in our mouths.

This is a excellent place to go if you're looking for parts for your car. They have a especially large European selection, which shouldn't be a surprise given their name. I frequent most salvage yards in the WNY/CNY area on a regular basis and this one ranks amongst my favorites. Jared, the owner, is a super friendly and accommodating guy. He even fed me hot dogs!!

Initially I really liked Jared and Jenn and crew. But that changed significantly. We had an appointment (made two days prior) to take second look and put a deposit on a camper they had listed. When we arrived from 1.5 hr drive away, taking time off work (which they knew) they informed us it had sold the day before. They “passed along” our number to someone who never called. It was extremely disappointing and very unprofessional. Verify they have what they have what they are selling before arriving. Response to the owners response, Things did not change quickly, the vehicle was sold the day before we had our appointment and they could and should have notified us before we made the 1.5hr trip out.

Really good selection of euro cars. The guy we talked to about picking parts and getting an engine was super nice and funny. It’s nice that they allow you to drive your personal vehicle in to the yard to be close me to what you’re picking. I would recommend walking through the yard first to find what need then bringing your tools. Also a weed trimmer

I had the unfortunate experience of having my Volvo brake down on a late Friday afternoon. I dropped my car off and spoke with the owner. Jarrad diagnosed the issue quickly and correctly. His office staff was professional and friendly. I had my car back in no time and the bill was more than fair. I would recommend European Central highly.

Giving 3 stars for the good work outside of the brake pads. Not putting the hardware with the pads on the rear, just putting the pad into the caliper without the clip, caused one to stick and lodge in. I put new ones in yesterday even though the ones euro put in had some life left, really wasn't that hard to fit them with the brackets. All the good work done outside of this is shadowed by this small and simple task. Makes you wonder where else they skipped some small steps.

Integrity, extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, tremendous work ethic, customer centered, fair pricing, all come to mind for European Central. Owner-operator Jarrad Fox and his entire staff have provided outstanding service on my A4, fixing immediate concerns with an eye out for the long term life and well being of the vehicle. All with a family friendly, supportive vibe. Truly excellent!

I was in need of some parts and this place had them. Customer service was excellent and prices are resonable. A++

They did work on my 2003 530i BMW. Speedometer was not working causing the car to have a transmission error and reduced power "limp home mode". Turned out to be the anti-lock brake module. They also did some other minor work including an alignment. Very knowledgeable and honest. Price was very fair and best of all, the car runs and drives perfect. I give them the "fully recommended" status. Follow up - July 4, 2022 - Car still working great..5 stars for these guys.

These guys sold me a major lemon and hid my in-depth review that id posted here. The owner just blamed a former employee, feigned actually wanting to help and now I'm stuck with a vehicle I've barely been able to use without something new breaking down. Edit: in response to their reply, their statements are factually inaccurate and I can provide proof. I purchased the vehicle from these folks directly, and the employee was still employed by them when I was reaching out. I have the records. Last year when I was having more major issues, I wrote the employee thinking he must have still worked there and he told me he no longer did. That was that. Whether or not it was his fault, he was still employed by you at the time of my purchase and the subsequent issues. The shop owner only responded that he would repair the vehicle if I brought it there and would have to pay for all the repairs, which is not really different from bringing it to a local reputable shop here. The purchase happened in late 2019, sure, but that doesn't invalidate my review, especially since the van has been constantly a problem the entire time and I was told it would be in good working order. Ive had to invest thousands in repair work. Some of the components i paid euro central $800 or so extra to install before recieveing the vehicle were also faulty and I've had to pay to have those parts replaced

This is an honest, knowledgeable repair shop with fair prices. I have never been faced with unexpected surprises here. Unlike other shops, they do not keep me waiting when I arrive to pick up my car. Jarrad is extremely knowledgeable about my cars. He and his crew understand and honor the passion I have for my cars and treat them accordingly. I am so happy to have found this shop so close to my home. I recommend them without reservation.

They had the parts I needed. Employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Prices were fair, negotiable and affordable.

Bought my third car from Jarrod and I still have the other 2. The whole crew at euro central goes above and beyond for us from getting a car ready to staying late to fix a noisy fan motor. I tell everyone that if you want a reliable Volvo at a reasonable price, then this is the place to go.

European Central is outstanding. Service is professional and expert. They will not do unnecessary work and pricing is very reasonable. They provide a rock solid warranty for all parts and labor. Specialize in foreign cars, especially German and Swedish makes. Love this place!

Contacted them on a Monday afternoon looking for a hood for my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. Jared quickly responded letting me know not only did he have the hood I needed, but it was the exact color I needed. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly too. They are fairly priced too. I would and will most definitely recommend European central for any and all automotive needs. My many thanks and I’m sure that I’ll see you again in the future. Stay healthy and safe always.

Initially this was a good review. That was apparently premature of me. Imagine your brakes failing in an emergency situation because they weren't brought up to good condition by the mechanic who sold you the car. Luckily it wasn't an emergency situation. It's the sort of place that you go to and you get a good vibe from, so you trust they'll be the type to want to do everything right for their customers. Well....perhaps not so much. Six weeks into ownership my brakes were grinding. Turns out they were almost gone anyway and rusty to the point where, according to the place I took it, the pins had seized and it looks like no part of the brakes had been replaced for a long time. I can't even imagine what could have happened if the brakes failed in an emergency situation....yikes. Brakes, at the very least you should be able to expect 10k miles out of and that's if you're rough on them (35k or more if you're not) I haven't even put 300 miles on this car let alone 10k. I could only afford to get one of the fronts replaced so I had the worst one done. $500 later and I'm leaving the shop near broke, for something that should have been done before I could even purchase the vehicle. It sucks because this is the sort of place where you get that feeling that you can trust them to do basic things like change the brakes out and where you feel like they're going to do everything they can to make sure your car is in as good of shape as it can be before they even let you leave with it. Really makes me wonder what else was ignored and if the oil or coolant has even been touched since they got it. I called them to see if maybe they could make the situation right but since I didn’t take it to them to fix and it’s beyond the 30 day legally mandated warranty, I get to go pound sand. I initially was going to take my car here for further repairs but given this situation I don’t even trust them to actually do good repairs when they missed or just blatantly ignored something like this. The fact that they let a car even leave their shop to a customer without thoroughly going over it really tells you everything you need to know about their ethics. I learned my lesson. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get a car inspected by more than one outside mechanic before buying. Never trust ANY shop to do the right and ethical thing the first time, or trust them to make it right after the fact. It’s pretty sad to think the amount of trustworthy mechanics/shops all but disappeared even if it’s a small place that gives you good vibes its likely just a façade.

Great repair shop that maintains my succession of vehicles in tip top shape. They use quality parts and the work gets done once and right. I continually receive informal advice about how to best treat my vehicles to extend their service life. I usually purchase older German vehicles that can be very tricky to own. Having had access to this shop makes it possible and gives me peace of mind. Not sure what I'd do without access to a specialized repair shop like this one. Lovely people, and absolutely terrific mechanics.

Great people! Very workable. My sister is buying a car from them and we noticed an issue that they jumped to fix immediately. As long as everything goes smoothly, her sons plan on buying their first vehicles here also!

This is the best place to buy a quality car. They take amazing care of the vehicles and help you with regular maintenance along the way. No problem too big or too small. I’ve only had the best experience working with them. I’d recommend them to anyone.

These fellas are pretty legit. I've purchased 2 used vehicles from them in the last 3 months and both cars are great. Kyle the sales manager worked with me to quickly resolve 1 minor issue to my satisfaction on the first vehicle and Jarrad, the owner, was great to deal with on the second. Good shop, good people, good cars. These guys are the real deal. Check them out if you need a used car or for service.

I had an incredible car buying experience here. Kyle let me and my partner test drive a number of vehicles near closing time, was very knowledgeable about the cars and Volvos in general, and understanding that I needed some time to think. When I decided to purchase, everything went smoothly, and extremely well communicated. Even after purchasing the car and enjoying it for a few days, Kyle asked about if we would like an additional key made, an offer that we gladly snatched up! The single best car buying experience I have ever had.

My wife and I recently purchased a used Volvo here. The entire process was the most positive used car buying experience I've ever had in my life. There was no pressure when we came in to check out a few cars. There was nothing tricky about negotiating the sale. There was nothing unexpected when appraising my trade-in (another Volvo). I genuinely had such a great time talking about cars with these guys that we probably spent about 15 minutes dealing and the rest of the afternoon having great conversation about our cars. If I lived closer, I could see dropping by the shop just to order an obscure part and talk cars for fun. I would recommend this shop without hesitation to anyone shopping for a used Volvo. I can't directly speak about their service shop, but our car left their ownership with a long list of fresh maintenance on both simple and complex components, so I don't doubt their mechanical abilities. What I left with at the end of the day was the overwhelming impression that this shop loves cars and specifically loves Volvos. It's clear to me they love these cars and want to spark that same joy in you too--- which means they want you leave with a great example you can really enjoy and feel good about... not a heap you'll grow to hate.

Look -- buying a car, and especially a used car, can just be a quagmire of crooks and jerks. These people are the exact opposite of that! We purchased a used car from these guys and couldn't have had a better experience. From the first contact through getting the car into our driveway at home, everyone was polite, incredibly knowledgeable about cars in general and this car in particular, and just super easy to deal with. Especially nice was that they communicated electronically, which made it so easy for them to go above and beyond by sending us diagrams of the heating system and other information. Honestly, truly, an actually good car buying experience. I never thought I would say that!
