I was just there two days ago based on a coworker who had a great experience. My car was seen right away and they were able to fix the issue with my exhaust system. Very professional, very clean and organized shop. I will be coming back for all my automotive needs.
I can’t recommend Trick Automotive enough. They’ve done great work on my Subaru Outback and Forester every time, and I always leave feeling confident that the job was done right. Their pricing is fair and honest! They genuinely won’t rip you off, even if you don’t know much about cars (which is huge, especially as a woman).
John and Howie are incredibly kind, patient, and take the time to explain what’s going on without talking down to you. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. Finding a trustworthy auto shop is rare, and Trick Automotive is exactly that. I’ll be a customer for life.

you looking for a place to get some work done on your classic mopar? this is the place to go. John knows his Mopar’s and won’t rip you off.Just got my roadrunners transmission resealed also did an excellent job cleaning up the exhaust manifolds on it. Highly recommended.
Took my son's truck to Trick Automotive for an inspection. He just got the truck having bought it from a person in PA. The truck was giving us some issues not running the engine tests properly. The guys at Trick took their time with me and were really great. I ended up having to go back a few times to see if the engine codes cleared and it was a giant pain in the rear, but Trick Auto was fantastic.
I'm not sure why I've never gone there as it's just a few blocks from my house, but that will be my new regular place.
I am a out of Towner. Took my Jeep on Wednesday to Trick Automotive for a bad rear pinion seal that I blew out on my way up to Syracuse. I spoke with Howie and made me very comfortable leaving my Jeep. I received a phone call today and told me it way ready for pick up. The price was more than fair. I would recommend giving him a call, if your looking for a place around Mattydale area. Very pleased and would use him if I lived in the area.
My buddy took his car there for them to figure out why it wouldn’t run right. Found out it had the wrong fuel pressure regulator. Go to pick it up they duct taped the return fuel line to the side of his car and ran it into the filler neck. And they got gas all over the side of the car so now it needs to be repainted! And it still doesn’t run any better then when we took it there!
We have had our cars serviced at Trick Automotive for over 20 years and wouldn't go to anyone else! They are honest and reasonably priced. Overall, the best in town!
Great shop. John and Howie both know there stuff and will absolutely NOT try and take advantage of anyone. They won't try and sell you parts you don't need. 5 star auto repair shop!!!
