No walk inside anymore, No one answers phones, I have tried emailing, sending an online parts request...No response. How do they sell parts with zero communication?
Don't waste your time a&p auto used to be a good place to buy parts I bought them for years now you have to order parts online drive out there and pick them up they don't tell you that so don't waste your time the new company that took over sucks
When it was A+P my shop used to buy almost all of our used parts local from them. Since Fenix came in, 90% of their customer service has been shuttled to call centers off-site and all of their warranties now are worse to deal with than those terrible "extended warranty" companies at shady car dealers. I used to talk on site with knowledgeable staff, now I'm passed around to leave voicemails that never get returned or dead lines that just hang up. Communication and quality has gone absolutely down the drain. A picture-perfect example of what used to be a great smaller business getting eaten up and destroyed by a bigger corporation.
What on there website to get a spare tire pictures of tires was on the rim matching rim that goes on my truck. Get there and only the tired for $90 so I explained to the guy that I needed a spare tire on a rim charges me another $40 wait 20 minutes to get it come to find out it’s just the rim Website is very misleading So now I got a rim and tire I have to go get mounted not a spare tire.
About four wheels and tires I was told they would fit my 2020 f250 only to find out they fit a Dodge or Chevy and of course now they won't take them back I'd be careful buying anything from them
I order a lot from A & P for my auto repair business. They are ready to help and are never overpriced. Even though they are located far away from my shop they are able to deliver to my location nearly daily. If the part is going to be delayed I can count on them to honestly tell me when I WILL see the part.
Needed a A/C compressor for 2014 Malibu that was available, I asked to look at it an inspect it before purchase, I was told NO, was told i had to purchase part before being able to look at the cost of $140 plus $10 core charge. Really ? So I called Wilberts in Rochester and drove there since they have much better customer service and Only paid $ 75 with no core charge. They ley me inspect a USED part for customer satisfaction.
If you cant look at something before you purchase used. Buyer beware
Always get the right part in the parts are always quality parts have not had bad service experience and been doing with business with a&p for over 10 years
I wanted to purchase a vapor canister. The price advertised on their website was $125.00 plus a $10.00 handling fee. I decided to purchase at $135.00. However, when I called i was informed the part was at another facility, they would not have it until sometime the next day and the price is now $150.00. i couldn't help feeling like I was being taken advantage of. I did not purchase and i went somewhere else where they sold me the part at $115.00
very bad experience, the damaged box, it did not bring protection to the alternator, just a very thin plastic bag as I show in the photos, and the damaged part I wrote to them telling them that I wanted my money back ...2015 AUDI Q7 3.0T
Waited 4 days and drove two hours for a part that I paid 100% in full. Called before I left, was told part was ready to pick up. I got there and the part didn't exist. Don't waste your time or money, they aren't a scrap yard they are a computer program that doesn't know car parts.

if you need parts for a good price, look no further, these guys know what they're talkin about and have very good deals compared to other salvage yards.
Called about a pretty standard part. Filter housing clamp on a ford ranger. Same part for virtually any ranger regardless of model year. Young sounding guy on the phone using a lot of vocal fry refused to even look. Told me I’d be better off calling Advance auto. I wouldn’t be looking for a salvaged part if I hadn’t already called every area parts store. It’s a $23 dollar part new.
Seriously impressed with the customer service at this establishment. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

this place is the biggest rip off especially for parts! I ask about a windshield pump & they told me $50 WHAT!!! THE MOST EXPENSIVE BRAND NEW ONE I FOUND WAS $26. COME ON A&P YOU HAVE USED PARTS AND IT'S NOT LIKE THAT PUMP IS A BIG PART see picture Price: $24.99 at Auto Zone. I called and asked for a quote to have my Chevy blazer picked up and scraped. A &P offered me a lousy $50 because they had to come get it obviously the truck was worth way more than.next I called CW salvaging,they came within half an hour gave me $180 and truck was gone.i know they will make more than what they gave me however I was impressed by their quickness and professional staff. I will be sure to let everyone I know about C&W Salvaging if they're looking to scrap vehicle or get parts.nice try on screwing me overA&P!
Affordable used auto parts Great customer service and quality that's hard to find anywhere else worth the time and the drive! The benefits outweighs the cost to drive anywhere else.
The service here was very helpful. I ordered a K-frame, but when it came in and I took it to the shop, they noticed the rubber bushings were too worn to use. Dave @ A&P found me another one in nearly new condition and exchanged the old one. They were very courteous and helpful, as well as having competitive pricing. Would definitely use them again.
