Bought an engine and transmission, engine was great, trans sucked had no 4th gear, then when trying to return the trans they refused to accept its theirs, Derrick even laughed at the whole ordeal, days went by and I proved via many photos that they screwed up and sent me a junk core attached to the engine I bought. Then all the sudden it didn’t matter anymore and they sent a “replacement” which ended up being the trans I payed for and was expecting originally! All in all it was stressful and cost me cause I had to pay to return it!

Called up with my VIN looking for a Fender and headlamp. Kyle found them and then when I called back looking for the bumper and upper support & bracket to match they had them as well!! Needed a side view mirror replaced. Found one on Ebay being sold by Erie Vo-Vo. Prior to ordering the part I contacted Vo-Vo by phone. They ran my Vin number for me and confirmed that the mirror was indeed a match for my car and fortunately for me it was an exact color match as well. I told them I was gonna place the order on ebay in which I did. It said 2-3 days but WOW I received the mirror the very next day and I am in PA. The mirror was in GREAT condition. I actually had it installed today. And it's in EXCELLENT working condition. I HIGHLY recommend. Oh by the way I got the mirror at a great PRICE..THANKS again Erie Vo-Vo..
My daughter's 2014 Volvo S60 had it's engine die on her. Erie Vo-Vo had one in stock with 50K fewer miles on it and they sold it to us for a reasonable price. It was very well packaged and shipped to our shop where it was installed. Erie Vo-Vo included instructions for the 1 year warranty and installation instructions for the shop doing the work. So far our experience has been very good. The customer service is good and they have answered all of our questions quickly. I hope that I don't have to buy another engine, but based on this experience, I know who to call. Thank you!

Once again, Erie Vo-Vo came through. Needed a trailing arm for a 2011 S80 in a hurry. Ordered on Sunday through the site and it showed up today, 3 days later. Cheap shipping and it came with the hub bearing which was a plus.

Needed to get winter rims for a Volvo before next winter and was recommended to call Erie and speak to Kyle. Kyle was very helpful. The one drawback is they seem to be on the expensive side for used parts. The rims I purchased however are in very nice condition.

I bought a rear window spoiler from them and it came fast ! There were slight scratches on it which they disclosed so no affect on the rating. It fit perfectly and i got it on with 3M automotive double sided tape. Looks great!

Bought a used rim for my 2007 Volvo S80 from Erie. The service over the phone was friendly and they shipped the rim (well packaged in bubble wrap and a study box) the same day. Very reasonable price and shipping cost. Rim arrived in great shape. Will work with again.
