Top notch work and service here. Jon and his team are excellent and very responsive. Unfortunately I had to get my Black Widow Silverado and my wife’s Lincoln fixed within about a year. After both jobs, the vehicles looked like new and the work was done promptly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for bodywork.

First accident I ever had and I've been driving for about 29 years. I called and they let me bring it in the next day. They were very communicative the whole time. I received updates with great detail. They dealt with the insurance company when the insurance company was unwilling to pay. Very professional staff and one of the cleanest places I ever seen. The work was done in under the estimated time by about 4 days. I did have a small issue after but they took it in immediately and fixed the issue quickly. The work they did on the car looked like it was brand new just off the line. You would not even be able to tell it was in an accident. Very professional. They also washed and detailed the inside. I didn't want to get in it since it was spotless. I would recommend sprauges collision to everyone I know. Great work and extremely easy to work with.

Tangled with a deer, who fought back pretty hard. Sprague's made my Crosstrek look like new! They even detailed the inside. And, the work was done ahead of schedule. Definitely can't recommend the stress of colliding with a deer, but I will absolutely recommend Sprague's to make it all better.

Very professional and friendly at the same time. My car was fixed earlier than scheduled, which was a big plus! It looked brand new after all the work and I was pleasantly surprised at what a great job they did cleaning the interior as well. Very pleased with their work and will recommend them to others.

I brought my truck to Sprague’s after hitting a deer. I was referred by my insurance company and read many good reviews, and they did not disappoint. Great experience from start to finish. I felt welcome & comfortable when I took the truck in for the initial estimate, Lance sat down with me & went over all the damage, parts needed & approximate cost of repairs without pressure to sign on with them. When it was time to start repairs I was kept in the loop by texts & phone calls on the status of the repair process. Maryann was great and happily answered all of my questions and worked with my schedule when the truck was finished & ready for pick up. The truck was finished on time and looks great, I am very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them!

Sprague's Collison was a 10 out of 10! All employees were plesent and helpful. I was always kept informed on the status of my vehicle. My truck looked great when work was completed. And what really got me was how clean the inside of my truck was! I know it wasn't nearly that clean when I dropped it off. They did a Awsome job and I would Highly recommend them!

Sprague took a bad experience on the road and made it tolerable. Great people who truly care about you and your vehicle. Received daily texts and or phone calls to update me on the status of the repairs....that was a first and very much appreciated. Repairs made are first class....can't tell the vehicle from brand new.

I recently had a car accident and needed to find a place to get repairs done. My insurance company recommended Spragues Collision, and I’m so glad they did. I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my vehicle. The quality of the work is impeccable, the staff was personable and professional, and they kept me informed each and every step of the way. They even detailed the car. It looks like I just picked up from the dealership. I would definitely recommend Sprague’s Collision to everyone.

Customer service is very friendly. Once the project is started the updating is extreamly good. I really liked getting messages telling what stage they where at with the project.

I originally brought my car in on June 12 for a quote. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, and I was told parts needed to be ordered and it would take about 4–6 weeks. I didn’t hear back until September 2, when I was finally contacted to make an appointment. On September 12, I received a message that my car was on track to be ready by the 15th. However, on the 15th I was told a hood cable had broken and needed to be replaced, which they blamed on a lack of lubrication. I was told the car would instead be ready on the 16th. The 16th came and went with no updates—I finally called around 3:30 and was told it wouldn’t be ready until the 17th. This was very frustrating as I had to extend my rental car and insurance yet again, and it felt like I wouldn’t have been notified if I hadn’t reached out myself. My car was finally ready on the 17th. It was cleaned inside and out, which I appreciated. However, I noticed that the quarters I usually keep in my cupholder were missing, and shortly after pickup I realized my windshield washer fluid wasn’t working. I had it checked and discovered it had never been hooked back up. Overall, the work itself seems solid, and I appreciated the clean car. But the communication could have been much better, I’m not fully convinced the cable issue was just normal wear and tear, and I’m disappointed about both the missing quarters and the oversight with the washer fluid.

Returned to Sprague's after having an incredible initial experience. Since then it's apparently been bought out and the quality of work now borders on abysmal. While the repair was extensive, there's obvious issues getting things back together. We stopped in the next day after getting the vehicle back because the skid plate was dangling, the hood release was messed up, and the bezel on the bumper isn't fit properly. They were kind enough to let us know that was not their problem. In addition to those issues, paint is already chipping off of the bumper. Apparently they don't lock or secure vehicles on site. At this point, I recommend using another shop for your repairs.

This is the second time I have used Sprague and they were exceptional both times. They seamlessly dealt with my insurance company, patiently dealt with my many phone calls, and expertly dealt with my vehicle. When I picked up my car, it looked better than when I first bought it and they went the extra step and meticulously cleaned my car inside and out. It isn’t even a question for me and my family that we will use Sprague exclusively for our vehicles’ body work.

I've had multiple repairs done here, and the work is always great. Everybody in the office makes the entire process, including dealing with insurance, super easy. If I need repairs, I call Sprague's. They took care of my state inspection, too.

Windshield needed to be replaced due to significant crack and of course same month inspection is due. From start to finish Sprague's Collision was outstanding! Fast service, thorough communication, quality work that went above and beyond! Technician magician Philip even helped with a side issue of truck cap brake light connection in no time flat. Literally I asked about it after the initial drop off. Also was able to get an inspection sticker, a true one stop shop! This saved me from losing days of work, invaluable in every way! I can’t thank Sprague's enough, this was my 1st accident with so many unknowns and what-ifs. They put me in a rental and assured me they would take care of everything and they did. From the start everything was easy. I called after hours to make sure it was ok to have my vehicle towed there after an accident and received a return call that night, honestly I was surprised. They reached out to me the very next morning, before I had a chance to reach out to them and provided me with a comprehensive estimate. Christine took time to walk me through each item on the estimate, and why it was a necessary repair. I found that refreshing, since in my experience communication isn't normally what body shops excel at. I received regular updates via text message and my car was done 7 days before the estimated completion time. Since they had my car already, I also asked if they could put new tires on for me, and do an oil change and they handled both, promptly getting me a quote for the tires and had the work done fast. My car required extensive paint work, and they did a fantastic job on it. She looks beautiful! I'd recommend them, and I'd definitely go back for other things in the future. Oh and they threw in a year of road side assistance too, which was just a nice extra. 10/10

We used Sprague’s Collision Center for repairs after a tree fell on the front of our car. They were easy to work with, kept us well informed during the process, worked very well with our insurance company, got all the work done faster than anticipated, and we are very happy with the results. We recently hit a deer with my wife’s vehicle. From start to finish the process with Sprague’s was excellent. My first experience was in 2015 when I hit a deer with my 2012 ram 2500. My insurance company referred me to them so I decided to go there. They did an amazing job in a timely fashion and had awesome communication. My second experience was on my wife’s 2021 Hyundai sante fe. The car got hit with 1800 miles on it. The other person’s insurance company was a real pain to deal with. It just happened to be during Covid when it was hard to get parts. They went above and beyond to get the parts before any approval from insurance. They help make a stressful situation better. When car was finished once again they did a beautiful job. Finally I had an incident with my 2022 ram. I said the only place that is touching my truck is Spragues. Got an estimate the day after it happened and within 3 weeks it was repaired and beleave it or not they did an awesome job. As long as Spragues is still in business they will be the only place I go for body repairs. I make sure to recommend them to anyone I know.
