guy was super nice, had the part I needed in stock

Far from impressed. This is the second Sunday in a row I have drove over to this store because I only have Sundays available to work on my vehicles and Advanced is the only parts store open and they have been closed. Complete waste of a 40 minute drive one way to get to them. How about updating your hours online so people know?!?!

Second time now I've come to the store and it's been closed hours before it's supposed to be.

The folks here are super! They tested my car battery, confirmed it needed replacement, and replaced it, all within 20 minutes. =)

Great place to go for auto parts they do their best to keep parts in stock and always have them next day when needed

They had part of what I needed but were able to call another store that had the rest of my order and I can pick it up today.

I have never once had a good interaction with any of the employees here. This stands for a lot of advanced autos I’ve been to also.

Absolutely worst auto parts store around they gave the worst attitude I called for parts for my when I was broke down on the side of the road they told me they didn't have time to talk to me I will never ever go to this store again!

Worse auto parts store around. The employees have the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. And lack very basic knowledge. I only go to this store as a last resort based on the employees.

Website says open till 8:00 pm on Sundays. But here I am at 7 and they locked the door as I walked up. Last time I come here.

Employees need to know what they are talking about when it comes to returns and the tax being refunded

Parts are great and everyone is very helpful, except for Kayla. Avoid Kayla, she is always rude and the opposite of helpful . Otherwise five stars.

They are awesome. Our car broke down about a half mile away. My husband, myself and our 3 year old grand daughter walked to the store. Kayla and another employee drove my husband back to the car to help him try to get it running. When they couldn't get it to start, they helped him find a tow truck. Then Kayla drove my grand daughter and I home. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful to them. Excellent customer service! Many many thanks!

Be mindful that you will have to find the parts online Advance auto, write down the number then go ask for it by part number number. I saw spark plugs online for 3.79 went to store they swore I was wrong and rolled their eyes at me. I found it online and showed them then she found it on their computer. Yes that part... Shouldn't have to go thru that

Never get the right parts, ......need better technicians......unexperienced.....they need more education.

This brand new location is home to the smallest Advanced Auto I've ever seen. That being said, their over-the-counter-parts department far exceeds the standards of traditional Advanced Auto stores. The small amount of shelving space restricts their retail goods to the bare minimum. Do not come here for speakers or spinners if you know what I mean.
