Great hardware/sporting goods store, ammo, fishing tackle and poles, camping equipment, fishing bait, pet food and some pet supplies anything hardware and limited lumber. In the spring they set up a small greenhouse with plants of all kinds, potting soil, fertilizers, different color mulches, etc. Dave, Dan and all the others who work there are always very hospitable and willing to help with whatever you need. Jake is the manager and he will always go the extra mile to help in anyway he can as does all the other staff that works for Jake, if they don't have it in stock they'll get it for you! The prices can't be beat either, I drive 10 miles or so to get there and I drive past two other stores that Do Not come close to the service and satisfaction I get from Bucks n Bolts!!!
Friendly professional staff always there to help, usually as soon as you walk through the door. That's service! Had what I needed and I was quickly on my way.
Great neighborhood hardware store with good prices and a loyalty program. It seems to be stocked by Tru-Value along other with local necessities. They also sell firearms.
A store employee was rude to my husband. He was standing there waiting to get waited on when the phone rang and the employee commenced small talk with whoever was on the phone and left my husband just standing there. Plus you seldom find what you need.
It's a one stop shop , you can get nuts and bolts , take a turn and fishing equipment. Rods , reels lures , live bait . Turn again black powder riffles Ammo . There prices are a little bit less expensive than most . The Staff are helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking space .

Customer service is awful. I had a problem with a product I bought and when I called to talk to someone I was told it “wasn’t their problem” If I were the owner of this establishment I’d invest in better employees and maybe some customer service training.
Was there for the first time. Joe, I think was the of the young man who took care of us. Outstanding employee! Definitely a keeper and a very big assert to your business.
This place has an impressive selection of hardware and outdoor related products. The pricing seems kind of steep but show me a hardware that isn't. Remember when products we're priced for material cost and a reasonable profit instead of " what the market will bear." It's a destructive, never ending cycle.
For a local business this place has just about everything you're looking for. Their selection is great, not a bunch of stuff you don't want. The staff is very knowledgeable, provide great service, and are always friendly.
I am sadly disappointed with this store. September I bought a $600.00 generator. I was told by the cashier not to worry about if I lost my receipt because it was in their system. So fast forward to mid November Friday night I am camping and my generator starts reviving up and calming down. I looked it up it said could be wrong gas. Nope I use non-ethanol or dirt in a filter. Nothing serious so I ran it a bit and the noise quit. After two hours my generator quit. So I go all night without any source of heat. Thank goodness I purchased sleeping bags and had several blankets with me. I got up the next morning frozen since it is 39 degrees as I write this and my husband had me take the gas cap off to release any pressure. Check the gas. He had me start it again. It ran quietly just like normal. Then it just quit. Being my husband is home 2 and half hours away at our home in Elmira, NY he can't do anything. He told me call Bucks and Bolts so I did. I explained to the person who answered the phone what happened and asked since I don't have the box with me can I just exchange it. He told me that would be a question for his manager and he is not in until Monday. I asked if I could speak to another manager. Nope there are none. I was like what no manager when the store is open not even a assistant manager. Nope. So now I have to wait until Monday. This is Saturday and I leave on Sunday to go home two and a half hours just to come back up Monday to possibly exchange it with the box depending on what the manager says. So I have to spend another night (it's going to get down to 28 degrees tonight). Plus now day freezing in my cabin or pack up and go home. I asked the guy can’t I just exchange it. His response was so pleasant. Nope I am not risking losing my job. How nicely put. Needless to say I think on Monday if I can I will be returning the generator and buying another one from a place that has a manager all the time. I also will never step foot in that store again. We are not talking about a $10.00 item. It's a $600.00. The rudeness and tone of the cashier was uncalled for. Thanks Bucks and Bolts for ruining my last day at my cabin until Spring
Bucks & Bolts have most the things I need and if they don't they can usually get them. The prices are good and the crew is knowledgeable. Very good service.
Shop local type of place. Has anything and everything. Staff is so sweet. Love going here and the warm greeting you get when you walk in. Pricing is great as well
Today was quite busy there, people and cars were coming and going around 1pm! There was a full staff helping people find what they needed and cashing you right out! It would have been your own fault or impatience if you didn't get great service there today! Great job to the crew at Bucks&Bolts today!!
Support local businesses this place is awesome! they actually didn't have what I was looking for but the customer service was out of this world everybody there was amazing I will be returning.
No matter how small the project was they gave me just as much attention as if I was buying a big ticket item. I had a great time walking through the store and checking it out their massive supply
