Matthew spent time researching other vendors in an attempt to locate a sending unit that was no longer available. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate one. The fact that he took the time is more than you would get elsewhere. His customer service is really outstanding.
The sales man Mike was more than helpful and very prompt. He told me he had to do some checking to locate a part and within one hour not only did he text me back but called and gave me a few options!
I received excellent quality service from Rylee who took the time to find the exact part that I needed and she helped me find the best solution to my issue. I will continue to deal with ConEquip for my parts needs in the future.
These guys were great. I had a dozer that can't be found in the books and they really tried to help me out. I ended up getting my track chain elsewhere but can't find fault with these folks.

Salesman was very easy going into the point of finding my needs and trying to find a product The company could offer. The one negative, is that the company should be aware of the time change and at least on the first contact Make sure they are contacting a potential customer during normal working hours.
I needed a some odd sized tracks and a bucket. Javier took the time to track down every available option so I could make an informed decision. Definitely recommend!
I looked hours on the internet and called different places for a axle for an old mustang skid steer with absolutely no luck, until I called these guys, they found the part and shipped it right away, two days later, I'm up and running!!

Anthony has been so helpful! Original call a few months ago about a turbo for an older cat engine. He found it and got it overnighted to get us back on the road. I had made 100s of calls that day trying to find the turbo and quick shipping as we haul horses and can’t be stuck in one place long. He went above and beyond. We have kept in contact with him for other parts and he is always quick on response and finding what we need. Luckily we haven’t had to order anything again until this week and of course prompt and on the ball getting what we needed and shipped quick! So glad I came across y’all and made the call.
Parts specialist Dyan Regester was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure we were ordering the right part and communicated with us through the whole process of ordering and delivery. Would order from ConEquip again specifically because of her.
We ordered a large part but it wasn't right for our equipment. So we needed it picked up and a refund for part. I really appreciated Scott Catrell's help in this matter. This company provides terrible service. They sent me a fuel pump that didn’t work. Instead of sending me a replacement fuel pump immediately I had to return the defective fuel pump for warranty even though it didn’t work when first installed. It has been over a month and no one from the company has contacted me back to let me know what is the issue. I have called them several times and no follow up. I will never do business with them again. I recommend you don’t do business with them in the first place.

I have an antique Cat dozer and needed a complete front idler. I was hoping to find an idler that was already assembled with the "guts" installed, so that I could just mount the unit onto my tractor straightaway. Unfortunately, no one offers a complete idler assembly for my machine anymore. Lewis offered to look into it for me, and called back within a couple of hours. Of his own volition, and exercising extreme initiative, he assembled a complete list of the parts needed to assemble the idler, confirmed their availability, and put everything together in a detailed quote for me. I was able to reconcile my list with his and account for any part number discrepancies/updates. Afterwards, I was able to complete my order right away. It's EXTREMELY rare for someone in the parts business to go to the lengths that Lewis did, to help source the items needed for my repair. Most folks would have just passed it off and waited for me to research all the additional parts for the idler. KUDOS to Lewis! I will gladly contact him again for my parts needs.
Great help been work on a 140m for weeks Lewis was on top of it as soon as we had discovered the carnage and had a parts list Lewis had found all but 3 item we had to source from Cat . 6 out of 5 stars!
This is the service you thought no longer existed. They had the right parts at a fraction of the dealer price and shipping was fast. I ordered a final drive on a Monday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday morning! The fit and performance are perfect so far and the support during install was top shelf. I cannot say enough about Shawn at ConEquip. He will be my first call for parts from now on!
My Honda dump crawler needed tracks, problem was there weren't any in the USA.
ConEquip, Jeffery and the others which assisted me were extremely helpful. Return calls were prompt. Easy to place order via telephone. Sales order and shipping super smooth. Jeffery found a set of proper tracks in England. Shipping was very fair and parts arrived in three days. I haven't opened package yet to check correctness, but I know everything is perfect, just like my purchase experience. I very much appreciate the professionalism.
