DO NOT DO BUSINNES WITH THEM i just file a complaint with dos consumer bureau to try to get some money back . DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY unless you wanna but like a door handle or mirror stay away your basically dealing with Felons they really deserve no stars . My mechanic finally received the engine for my 2013 CRV after the incorrect engine was sent over twice. Please do your homework on any company you choose to conduct business with because sometimes cheaper does not mean better.

I DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS SO WHEN I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO HIM HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH HIS SERVICES I NEEDED A MOTOR ENGINE COME TO FIND OUT I COULDN'T USE IT BECAUSE MY CAR HAS 2 DIFFERENT MOTORS THAT CAN FIT THE ONE HE GAVE ME WAS FOR MY CAR BUT I NEEDED A BIGGER TRANSMISSION HOLE I EXPLAINED THAT TO HIM HE TRIED TO GET ANOTHER ENGINE BUT BEFORE HE GAVE IT TO ME HE TESTED THE ENGINE BUT IT WAS LOCKED!!!☹️ HE IS NO SLUM HE SAID HE COULDN'T WORK WITH ME AND HE WAS NOT GOING TO CONTINUE WITH THIS SALE BECAUSE IT WOULDNT BE RIGHT I WAS FULLY REFUNDED BACK MY MONEY...I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP THEM IN MIND... They are rude they will hang the phone up on you for asking about parts they put online and didn't take down when sold. In addition they are connected to Aalba a different group so you are reaching out to a different group, trying to find a part, but guess what, hey it's us again with the same whack attitude.
My daughter, broke down on the NJ Turnpike due to a ( well-documented) Hyundai catastrophic engine failure. We are from Massachusetts and I needed a replacement engine fast! Anthony at PNP was very helpful with the purchase, and delivery of the engine to a mechanic in Monroe . I was able to drive the car back to Mass. in one week's time with the replacement engine.
Please don't buy anything from this place!!!! i purchased a transmission and gave me a lot of issues after 6 months warranty expired. i paid $1600 for a ford transit connect, plus $800 for labor.
I had bad experience with this auto part store I was ordered 2017 Highlander Transmissions and they send me leaked transmissions I mean bad transmissions and same day I was given back to them and they charged me 25% return fees almost $1000. Legally when customer return any product so they can charge 15% and this guy who the owner they charged me 25% is totally illegal activity so in future I will fight back with court and also I already talk about it with my lawyer he said you can suit it in customer protection department so I have to remind them this who’s owner. We take everything men don’t worry.
I ordered an engine from this place they delivered completely wrong engine and Lying about picking it up , giving me my refund . . . . When I receive my money , I’ll change my review . .

These Guys are Great! It's a family run business and everyone is real nice and helpful. Pat was able to set me up with exactly what I needed for my autobody repair. I was looking for an auto body suggestion for painting when Pat brought me right next door to another amazing fellow by the name of Brian and his auto collision business B & D Auto collision which took care of me. Between the two businesses, this is a one stop shop of true professionals! I am a customer for life! Thank you Pat!!!
I placed an order for a motor and transmission and after thinking about it it seemed very suspicious considering this place has very very low reviews and they say there parts comes with a 6 month warranty but clearly on the reviews doesn’t seem like they honor it. Also it was really suspicious when they wanted me to pay either cashapp or Zelle which is very weird It shocked me that a “business” doesn’t accept credit card. When I cancelled the order the online reviews turned out to be true as this guy named OJ started cursing saying very bad words and getting very angry. Shows the lack of customer service, Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend
They do not check the motors out !- got 2 bad motors first on bad head gasket at 60,000 miles ?? and second one blown cylinders . I do not recommend this company to anyone .They do not tell the truth about condition or milage . Save money and time go else where ! Remember you could always find one good thing in a bad place - read all reviews .

This place is a complete scam, I’m not sure how they are still in business! They sold a defective part and refuse to replace it or refund money back - A DAY LATER. I have never heard of this, I have dealt with several mechanics over the years and everytime you purchase a part it is covered under warranty for at least 30 days. Furthermore how do you lack customer service? They are extremely rude and lack any empathy for their customers !!!! Save yourself the time, money and headache and go somewhere professional!!
I know there’s a lot of people that come on here. To complain about something. I heard good things about this place but I see a lot of bad reviews so I tried it out for myself and I actually got a good motor and after that motor I bought transmissions, and everything was good for me. No problems, so what you see in reviews are not always right. Just have to try for yourself thank you PNP automotive for always taking care of me.
First of all, most of the good reviews here were done on the same day, it's the employees posting their own reviews. The employees here have gotten to a state of mind that "we are new yorkers, we can be a thief/a liar with out any consequence". This place has over 20 pending court cases... what do you think that says about this business? They will tell you whatever it is you want to hear in order to buy their parts, now do they sell good parts as well? for sure... the issue is when they sell you a bad part, unlike a legit company like LKQ, when you call to let them know you have a bad part they will refund you or replace the part which is your choice because they are LEGIT. Now this company will drag the process on until you give up or take them to court.. It's taking aprox 5 months to get a court date with them.
After reading all the reviews I still decided to buy from these guys, my worst mistake. I bought a transmission for a Honda and Since the first day we installed it it had problems. Called for replacement and OJ said he would get back to me, which he never did. I told bro I wanted a refund and he refused and told me he’d rather me take him to court than issue a full refund. At the end he only gave back half of what I paid.

$ 1600 gone!! I guess I should’ve expected that from a junkyard! I have a six month warranty according to them, so I purchased a transmission for a 2011 Tahoe. They delivered the transmission we checked it out and the transmission had black fluid. So I asked for them to swap the transmission because this one evidently is going to be no good and we’re not wasting time putting it in the vehicle. OJ promised that he would sit out the transmission and swap, and we have no problem. I called once a week for three weeks. Still nothing. Learn a lesson. Do not deal with these thieves.

Extremely rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. I am astonished on how rude these people are. It is really unbelievable. They do not know how to speak to other people. They sold us a bad engine and we have been waiting since JULY for a new one. IT IS ABOUT TO BE JANUARY 2023!!!!!!! Every time we call we get a new run around story. It is almost hard to believe. IT is a sick joke. I have never experienced anything like it. Very rude and nasty people. The last response that we got from the employee OJ was to take them to court. We will be doing so since they leave us with no other option.
I am warning you all to take your business elsewhere. This business should be shut down.
I work at a shop and we have tried to purchase multiple engines from them. The first one they sent us a blown motor with an oil pan full of metal and then we tried getting another engine and it was the wrong one all together. We just tried getting another one today and the engine didn't match the vin/carfax that the owner supplied. This place is a giant scam and they are selling bad car parts and not giving back any money. Do not do business, BEWARE!!!!
got engine from them 05/05/2022. . 2007 honda accord . in description was 70k mil. the engine was bad I see looks like a older and ignition coils melted in side. waste off time after when I install i see engine was overheated, after first sturt whole coolant blowing out compression goes from head gasket to coolant system .Call them they promes to get other engine after 4 days I got other wich was water flood . call them that time they promise to send me other . every day when I call them for two weeks they saying the engine is on my whey today .I still didn't receive nothing. today is 05/24/2022 .They lying always .My recommendation just stay away from PnP .
Came in today ready and willing to buy an engine but was told they do not take credit cards, which was okay. However, after discussing some details and leaving, I took to Google and saw 23 out of the 30 total reviews in the last year are negative and they only posted 3 good reviews on their website. Transparency is vital for a business to have trust with the client and be successful which was not being provided, so I called to cancel the delivery of an engine and he said “I already knew you were gonna cancel, I just knew, so I didn’t order it” with an attitude in his voice. Mind you, this means that they would’ve left me out to dry without an engine and I would’ve suffered the same fate as the unfortunate individuals who’ve done business with this appalling and ethically-unsound establishment, without a working engine and being robbed of a couple thousand dollars. It’s apparent that this individual rather than provide value to the customer would rather take advantage of and reap the benefits of avoiding credit cards all together, so they can sell (mostly) faulty parts and have it be paid through a third party app system (PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp), so they don’t have to deal with any legal issues and all the blame, if something were to go wrong with a purchase, would point to the customer. A good business is honest in their mess ups and will work hard to help the customer, which according to word of mouth, they do not.
Very unprofessional and misleading business, save yourself time, energy and money by taking your business elsewhere in the area.
Got a transmission for a 2014 ford fusion .... as soon as it was loaded i said it looked repaired but if any issues come about it would be replaced. Their prices are really cheap compare to other junk yards on car-parts.com As soon as i installed Transmission, issues. I contacted right away and u was told i would answer soon to replace. 3 weeks past no call backs... then i requested store credit or refund they didnt get back to right away. Then spoke to oj and he said ok what else you need, i then asked for an engine.i was told he was out of stock and he would call back. That was a month ago. Be very cautious... this place has alot of bad reviews and i still gave it a shot and it didn't work out. Cheaper aint always good. I would gave 1 star but they answered my calls. So basically out 1,000 dollars. Lesson learned.
Waited more than a month for the engine to arrive. Multiple phone calls saying its on its way then nothing. Engine finally arrived and they wanted a bank check . Driver took check and we preformed a visual inspection of engine only to find out it was blown. We paid 2500 for a blown engine. Called them immediately they said they couldn't turn the driver around to give us the check back. Literally 5 mins after the driver left. Oj said they would mail us the check back. They cashed the check and sold us a blown engine. Called multiple times. Always put on hold. Never called back. They scammed us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT PAY WITH A BANK CHECK SUPPOSIDLY A 6 MONTH WARRANTY. OJ your a liar and a thief.
Customer service is terrible, they have no care in the world. Don’t buy an engine from them or anything at that. They will rip you off. Not worth the trouble. Going on a month and I still haven’t received a replacement engine. They will drag out the situation until your warranty is up or you give up calling. Just steer clear of this place.
