Easily have the rudest and meanest person working the scale she could learn a thing or two about being nice to customers. I’ll never go back plenty of other places That will treat their customers with respect.
Stopped in on Friday August 30 at 2:55pm and was advised by the yard young man they were not taking any scrap metal at this point due to inventory. He said go talk to the boss lady. I proceeded to go ask her there’s no signs posting you are closing early and I said I needed my trailer unloaded for my business. She stated to yell at me and said you and everyone else in Niagara Falls do!!! I proceeded to turn and walk away and she said what do you have. I turned back around and said what’s it matter if your closed. I turned back to walk out and then she started to yell and said DON’T turn your back to me when I’m talking to you!!!! I said you’re not my mother and I will never come back to this place EVER!!!!! Along with some other yelling. BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!

Staff was great although I feel like it's a dying company in the Falls they are robbing people before they go out of business they are giving half of what the other scrap yards are giving I took 10 semi batteries to them only got $69 I took 10 of the exact same batteries the exact same day to another scrap yard and got triple that
The lady in the office could not be NICER! people were very helpfull taking the expensive pices appart so that I could get payed more!

After taking off work and driving 1 1/2 hours to pick up my family member and his scrap aluminum was told “we’re closed”. Website says 12:00 pm on Sat., we were there at 11:15am. Needless to say will not go back there!!!!!!
Easy & efficient; bringing scrap metal is very easy & staff is helpful & pleasant everytime I have been there... Extra cash from old appliances. Just take the time to remove any plastic which takes a bit of time & effort but you get more cash for the scrap.
p.s. you don't have to do the above but I think you get less... Refrigerators have aluminum & copper parts that are more valuable if removed
From many years of doing business with them and shipping tens of thousands of pounds of material weekly, from Dave's Auto Wrecking they do a great job picking up and meeting our needs as a company. From the manager down you can expect great service. Highly recommend scrap yard in Niagara Falls.
Tried dropping off an aluminum scuba bottle with valve taken off and the women behind the glass was nasty and refused to take it because apparently it might have had something combustible in it. Lol. It’s a scuba tank !! With valve removed. Really ?? She really needs to find a different line of work.
I have been recycling at this location for at least 20 years when the old man had the place back then i learned to respect the planet and that the planet really needs our help so I decided that even though it may be a small contribution my little bit will help in some way. So I thank metallico of Niagara for making it possible
I have been bringing scrap to Metalico for years. There are other scrapyards that I could use. And, one closer to where I live. I prefer to come here. The staff that works here are friendly and have taught me how to maximize my value of the scrap I bring. Over the years I’ve been coming here the operation seems to continue to improve. The yard and buildings are cleaner and better organized

I have been using this company for years. Until this week. The employees and people working there just don't seem to care about your business. I just scrapped a bunch of stainless steel.They paid my driver 5 cents a pound. If you want to get rid of something quick go else ware they constantly hold you up on scale and UN loading. The company was a much better place when it was private owned.
