We were treated like family from the time we pulled in to the amazing call we got from the delivery driver dropping off our new cart! They are so down to earth and paid attention to what we were after. And the delivery was so nice with a driver who cared about details. 5 stars!
Dan and his staff are knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Our 2007 Club Car needed an engine rebuild and rear spring work, our cart was finished when they said it would be and cost what they said it would cost

Excellent experience! After looking at new models, a friend suggested I check out the rebuilds at “Golf Carts & Accessories” . I purchased a gas cart with high capacity electric dump for property maintenance & large scale garden bed construction for significantly less than a new machine.
I could not have been happier with the initial purchase/performance, but a couple weeks later it failed to start. I called Dan (owner) who made priority arrangements for it to be picked up the next day! (We’re located some distance away so I thought it would take some scheduling time to address.) A new carburetor was installed under the 90 day warranty and it was returned the same day! Very happy customer, and it’s exactly what I needed. Nice people to do business with too!
5years later and I'm still saying they do a great job. They fix your problem at a fair price. They do sell a lot of new and used carts also. But for me it's easy to drop mine of and let the pros handle it.
Have been looking for a basic gas powered golf cart for use on our property. Have a great deal of experience working with large and small equipment both using, trying to obtain parts, and self-repair. Have had my share of both the good and the bad. Have been hardened and am very cautious. At the end June, after searching for a golf cart dealer we chose to give Golf Cart and Accessories in Gasport, New York a try. The on line reviews seemed positive, their web site offered reasonable information, and they offered a nice selection. From the moment we arrived through to the sale we were very impressed. They have a large selection of both new and used. Each person offered to help. We were taken care of by Dan McKie. He went out of his way to help. While I had researched prior, Dan and his staff made the process very smooth. Answered all our questions, let us test drive, and answered all our questions. They helped us find exactly what we wanted: a basic, gas powered, cart. No surprise upsell either before or after. Because of how helpful they were we chose and purchased all in the same day. The model was exactly what we were looking for. They delivered the cart on the day and time promised. We have since used the cart on our property: runs perfectly and handles the terrain wonderfully. Post sale realized I wanted to add an hour’s meter (a habit I grew into from running large equipment. Helps me keep track of required maintenance.). I contacted them and left a message. Dan contacted me within 24 hours and helped out. Knew exactly what I was looking for and had his staff follow up. By the way: For service needs or parts inquiries recommend using their web site. All in all a very good experience. A much burned person from other equipment dealers is very impressed with Golf Carts and Accessories. Highly recommend.
Great experience. Took our cart there to get the electrical system looked at and give the cart a general once over. They were very up front and great to deal with. There service is top notch and prices are very reasonable and turnaround was great too. Anyone looking for service or looking to buy a cart I would totally recommend them. If I need service again or when it’s time to upgrade my cart I will certainly go here.
UPDATE: Buyer Beware! As of Jan 7, 2023, GOLF CARTS & ACCESSORIES STILL HAS OUR $50 THAT WE PAID TO RETURN THE WRONG ITEM. Before you order, know that they will not reimburse your shipping EVEN IF THEY SEND THE WRONG ITEM!
REVIEW DETAILS: Ordered CLEAR golf cart windshield on eBay and they shipped us TINTED. Wrong item. Then we tried to return it using the label they sent and Golf Cart Parts REFUSED the package twice. They told us EBay sent first class label and we must return item ourselves. So we did at a cost of $50 and they will not reply to us or refund the $50 we are out of pocket to return the wrong item they sent. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware.
Purchased a new windshield from this place. Ordered windshield doesn’t fit correctly, I have now called 4 times and owner will NOT return calls to facilitate a return of the product. This shop has completely ghosted us after the purchase. It seems from a few other reviews that I’ve found online this seems unfortunately to be an reoccurring issue with this shop. My advice…. Go elsewhere!!!
I recently purchased a golf cart through this place and could not be happier with the excellent service I received. Golf Carts, especially gas ones, are hard to come by right now (they said ot could be 4 tp 6 weeks). They advised me back when I first inquired they would call me as soon as they knew when their next shipment was coming, and they followed through (only two weeks later!). From there, I worked with Lindsay on financing, and it was such a smooth experience. She was quick to respond and followed up timely. In less than a month, I had my golf cart! I highly recommend Golf Carts & Accessories - you won't be disappointed!
The people are very helpful and easy to work with. I was coming from far away and they offered to stay late if I couldn't make it by closing. Prices are very competitive. Even though it's a drive, it's my go to place for parts for my carts.
Bought my first golf cart from them about 3 years ago. They told me if I kept it in good shape and well maintained when I was ready for a trade in They would give me a good deal. They kept there promise. Good staff and service. They know what there doing and everything about golf carts. Even educated me. Lol.
I called & ordered parts for my golf cart. When they came in they called me to let me know. Little bit older machine so they didn't have them in stock.
On the rarest of occasions will I leave a review. The buisness has to be absolutely phenomenal or the absolute worst. Let me tell you, the guys here are the best they always have what I need and always beat the price of any other golf cart buisness. On several occasions I have called and showed up to the shop and asked questions. They always take the time to answer them or even break it down on why it needs to be the way it does. They even took the time to show me on a golf cart they had on how to fix the things I needed to. I took some parts from my golf cart there looking to replace them because I thought they were not good when in fact they were perfectly fine. Instead of them just selling me new ones they informed me the parts were just fine and saved me a good amount of money. I also took a part to them that they were able to fix instead of having to buy a new one because my lack of knowledge on it. Theses guys are really solid and honest people for me a huge part of any buisness is customer service and you will not find it any better then here.

I own a very old pink Yamaha G9 golf cart. Bought it used back in 2007. I love that golf cart. Brought it in to be serviced at a dealer in Akron. After having it for more than a month, the owner told me he had no idea what was wrong with the cart. We picked it up hoping we’d find someone who’d be willing to take a closer look or use it for trade in towards a newer used cart. After looking on line, I came across “Golf Carts & Accessories in Gasport NY. They had numerous 5 star reviews. My husband and I took a ride out to their place and was greeted by a very nice man who showed us several used carts in nice condition at a very decent price. After hearing my woes, owner Dan offered to take a look at my old golf cart to see if they could fix it. My husband brought the golf cart in and the very next morning mechanic Devon called me to inform me the golf cart was up and running!!! I was so happy to hear this. Folks, LOOK NO FURTHER! The owner and mechanics who work here are kind, courteous, helpful and KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING! Finding a good, trustworthy mechanic is priceless. If you’ve never been here, check em out. You won’t be sorry. Thank you, Dan. You had every opportunity to sell me new or used but instead offered to take a look at my golf cart that couldn’t be repaired. We are 2 happy, grateful and satisfied customers.
