Ruben (Fifth Ave and 44th—desk area) was excellent when I just visited looking for a hotspot, and kinda already frustrated. He was very patient in explaining how it works and he helped me to set it up right there—which was great. His being so kind helped restore my faith in humanity (and I told him that, too)!
Really good value on products,but my god your colleagues aren't the best.
As someone who works in retail,I know it's hard,but this was one of the worst places I seen for service in New York.
Colleagues where not interested and made me feel as if I was in the way.
Considering I knew what I wanted and just needed to pay for it, I had the feeling I was in the colleagues way

Had amazing customer service here at the store! Kame and Luisa were very professional and assisted me with excellence. Is notable that they are highly skilled in customer relationship and beyond. This now is definitely my Best Buy location to go
A must visit whenever in the US. I went to check the Garmin, they didn't have a lot of options but the Oura ring section was nicely kept.
There were videos running around the use cases for the ring.
I wish they had more bundles of the Nintendo.
My friend ended up buying the Remarkable from here. Overall pretty good place for tech lovers.
Incredible customer service here. Louisa was amazing at helping me get a new screensaver after buying one for my new iPhone yesterday all while juggling 2 other clients and working bilingually. Absolutely lifesaver - will be coming back to this Best Buy only!
It may not be the best store, but if you need basic essentials, this is the place to go. However, I prefer Micro Center for building PCs for my customers.
Have you ever been to a four-story best buy? Well we have now. It's everything that you would imagine a Best buy to be. Price is right though due to the tariffs. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and they have plenty of stock.
That location is very good a little tiny but they have everything very close and easy to find. The only problem is they don't have an elevator or electric stairs

Nice shop and most of the staff are nice. I however just ordered some stuff online and picked it up at the lockers. However I tried to find some cover for my nem tablet and nobody could help me. I just ordered it online and picked it up 3 days later.
