Simply no way to contact a store to ask a question. Insane. Google store manager - I know you see these reviews because you reply to many. There are 19 reviews complaining about no way to contact you - can you not convince the powers above to fix this?

Google Store in Chelsea was a great experience. Glad I went into the store instead of ordering online. Just a good environment and helpful staff. Daniel made the experience smooth.

Hey! I just got a phone case for my new Pixel 10 Pro. The store is so well organized and looks great! They have everything from phones and accessories to Nest products. They even sell Google merch, which makes you wish you worked for Google.

They are good about helping you to better set up your phone and other issues not on warranty. It seems that they got rid of a salesman that made you feel uneasy if you didn't take an upsell. I'm sure the crowd they have didn't go for it. Overall good job by the technicians there.

like the fact there is a filtered water bottle dispenser. Staff is nice. Security guards are alert and personable. One complaint i have is that i put my name down for a tech issue and sat down about 35 feet away in the middle of the store. my name was called but i did not hear them! They were doing their job but my point here is that this process makes no sense. Since this is google and everthing these days is automated why not have a screen where people can reserve a spot with their phone number. when a tech is ready for you then a message is sent to you phone. much more efficient. I find it odd that google did not already figure this out. suprising because at their head quarters signing into the building is done without human contact!

I stumbled across the Google store in Chelsea New York so I decided to go in and take a look. It looked cool. The staff were welcoming and nice. The rooms they had there were unlike any experience I’ve ever had going into a retail store. Very nice. Most of my experience was pleasant but not everything. I started feeling rather warm. I also noticed that some of the guest and even the workers were fanning themselves with something. I even saw some people sweating and the backs of their shirts wet. It’s horrible. How is that a company worth trillions of dollars not have air conditioning in their store? I bet they have it in their offices. It looked like the workers in their stores were the bottom class while the ones in the offices get to enjoy a better experience. I was hot just being in there. That’s was an uncomfortable experience for me. I was just at the Apple Store and they had air conditioning. I noticed some of their workers were wearing shorts. At least they seemed comfortable. Everyone at the Google store were wearing long pants. Imagine that in the heat. Imagine that in th summer. It’s not my place to say what they wear but it must be uncomfortable working in that condition. I hope it was just a one day thing where maybe th machine broke or something. The staff was great but the store experience itself was unpleasant and Google should treat their store employees better.

I’ve been to this store several times and have always been very happy with the service. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and made both my purchases and refund easy to handle. On my last visit, they were giving out complimentary cookies

I was robbed in the strangest way at the Google store. I had my $2400 pixel 9 pro fold to bring for a replacement and or a repair depending on stock. Online they had it in stock the day before I walk and am overwhelmed by just everything the whole layout is nice but pur me on edge (I have anxiety....BAD) I get to the counter and explain the situation first person take my to examine it and the other 2 start barrading me with talk of pixel 10 and just being overly pushy other returns and starts fast talking we don't have the parts this is the google store but Google finintey to tell infornowemissin and she never let me show hee. I'm the end I was spun around alot handed a p10 XL. Which is bad It's already been bricked. But hey charged me full amount and took my phone , and was told if get 325 towards it depending on the shape of my phone. That's 3800 dollar and insurance on 3 months I'm currently arguing a r⁴

I just went today and had the best customer service by one of their staff members named Gabby. They were able to walk me through the whole process of fixing my Pixel 9 fold and explain what issues might be affecting my outer screen and battery issues, mostly likely the cable in between the hinges. They gave me an estimate on how long it would take to repair and it was accurate. And they allowed me to use their wifi (super fast) so I could still work using my laptop. Again 10 out of 10 customer service, Gabby you are the best and all the others that helped out!

I had a great experience at this Google store. Andre was pleasant and Very Patient with me and assisted me in many ways. Specifically, he helped me access a Google Account that I couldn't access over a year ago. There are some pictures in that account that were previously unretrievable and priceless to a coworker of mine. He also gave me many helpful tips on storage and how to manage my phone going forward.

I visited the store to fix the issue in transferring Whatsapp data from iPhone to Pixel 10 pro. I worked with Jake & Andre. They were very polite and patient in helping me out to figure out the issue. All though the data was not transferred completely since they also didn't know what exactly the issue but they were kind enough to sit through and try setting it up for me. Overall the flagship store is so cool with all the new products to get hands on. Better signage and instructions would take them a long way.

I consider myself a Superfan. I've loved Google phones since the Nexus 1. I was pretty excited to be in NY to go to the flagship store and spend my credits from getting a Pixel 10 Pro. It truly pains me to say it, but I think any Apple store employee could do a better job at giving their products' details than the entire staff in Chelsea. They were friendly. But, I was told things like "we can look it up for you" and "you could probably order it online" (before another employee offered to go in the back and actually found what I was looking for). Truly a disappointing experience. A decent selection of products and accessories but just do your research online and don't bother the employees with anything other than processing purchases. Man, what a bummer.

Honestly I had an unpleasant experience. maybe even more visible as I compared to an apple store that I visited yesterday. I came to buy the last pixel and was treated in a way that left me feeling that they really did me a favor.I got minimal service and not much friendly. Better to buy online ..

About pixel 6a battery replacement program, MAKE AN EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENT. 1. You cannot check replacement battery availability over phone, email, support web... You can only find out after you wait a month for an appointment and visit the store. 2. And if your appointment was in the afternoon, you may have to leave your phone over night even if replacement battery is available. They say it would take 3 to 4 hours to replace the battery. But you still need to leave your phone overnight for some days even if your appointment was 4 hours before closing. So, your best bet is to make an early morning appointment. And still, you may find out that they ran out of batteries. It'd be nice if customers can find ETA of replacement/repair prior to visit

Patiently waiting for service after coming in to have a tech adjust a setting on my phone.. now an hour later and counting, after the fact that a "sales associate" attempted to fix my phone and BENT the Sim card tray !!! More than 3 hours and counting. Manager Roman, determines he'll replace my phone, with a refurbished phone, so here i sit as contacts and apps are uploaded to my replacement phone... Just get me out of here. It definitely would have been better had he offered an upgrade but they always want to up sell. Buyer beware.

I went to the Google Store in Chelsea to get my pixel 9 pro xl speaker repaired, and I had a great experience. The store was clean and well-organized. My technician, Gabe, was fantastic. He was super friendly and made the whole process easy. And cost me $0. If you need a phone repair, I highly recommend going to the Google Store in Chelsea and asking for Gabe. He is the best!

I wish I lived near a Google retail store. Than I could take my Pixel 7 Pro I bought directly from Google to the store, and show them how bad the battery swelling is. I could talk to them about my support case I opened with Google, where they disabled the Play store on my phone after they saw the photos of it. And then stopped talking to me, lying about how I wasn't using the right e-mail address. Google's already dealing with major battery issues on the Pixel 6a so I guess they are trying to bury it. We'll see how long this review stays up! P.S. Google, I've screenshotted everything, I have the bad phone and you are really not putting yourselves in a good position here.

Took in my pixel 9 for a cracked screen repair. Made an appointment online and got there a bit too early but they still took us!! Staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. We were told the repair would take 2-3 hrs but was done in 1.5!!! Communication was all done electronically (no text or phone calls) but worked efficiently

After 6 years as a loyal Pixel user, I’m deeply disappointed. It all started with my Pixel 4, which developed battery issues. That phone is still with me, and the battery is now so swollen it looks ready to explode. Then came the Pixel 6a. So many problems: the charging pin failed, the proximity sensor was unreliable, and the voice message button barely worked. Still, I gave Google another chance and bought the Pixel 8a, thinking two years might be a long time for a phone. Big mistake. Within a few months, a vertical pink line appeared on the screen. I sent it for official repair, got the screen replaced, and just one month later the same issue came back—this time also with a black circle of dead pixels. The most outrageous part: I went in person to explain all of this, calmly and respectfully, hoping for a solution. I was completely ignored. No interest, no alternatives, just blank stares. And to make things worse, I was naïve enough to also buy a Google Watch, thinking the ecosystem might be worth it. Another mistake. I’ve lost all hope. You’ve lost a loyal customer forever. I’m done.

This store is located right across from the Chelsea market in Manhattan. With so many other attractions in the vicinity I couldn’t miss this one. This was my first time at a Google store and I got surprised by the cool design and store layout, as well as all the different Google merchandise that was available, the shelves, etc. It’s nice to see a an alternative to Apple stores. All in all, I like it a lot and I wish Google opens more stores somewhere else.

We went to the google store very excited to see the new accessories and phones. I love google phone and own one because of the quality and battery capacity. We purchased a well priced product from google and when my grandmother had to go to the restroom, she was denied. She is 70 years old and denied the basic human rights. Very inhumane ans unkind store and service.

The Google Store in Chelsea, New York City is a small but trendy store located opposite the Chelsea Markets. The store contains the latest selection of Google products on display such as phones, tablets, and smart home appliances. There is also a lounge space and helpful staff walking around to assist customers. The store also contains Google merchandise such as figurines and shirts.

First time coming I to a Google store. So happy to stop by right before the Chelsea Market. The staff was absolutely friendly and very informative. They have experience rooms for a few of their products. I would recommend checking it out!

So I almost fully live in the Google ecosystem so when I was in town I decided I had to drop in to the Google Store. It was pretty cool to be able to go in and get hands on time with the new Pixel phones and to try out some of the new features. I had just gotten a new Pixel phone but was happy to compare my device to the other Pixel 9 devices. Pretty much any of the current phones and nest devices are available for purchase here and there are plenty of employees around to answer any questions and help out. I was trying to buy some new headphone tips for Pixel Buds Pro and sadly there weren't selling any. However, one of the staff was kind enough to point me towards the Pixel Buds 2 demo station which had new ear bud tips used in the demo. He told me to feel free to take some of those tips and they may fit my older generation pixel buds. I was hoping to buy a new case for Pixel 9 Pro Fold but was bummed to see that the black version was sold out. I was informed that they would be restocked in a couple days but I would already be out of town by then. Good news is I could buy it online and have it delivered to my home. If you have Google Store credit or are a Google One subscriber that gets cash back at the Google Store that can be used in this physical store as well.

Great Google Store for repairing your Pixel phone. Very spacious and ability to tryout the next Pixel lineup. They will greet you and asked about the issue with your Pixel phone or tablet.

It was one of the best moments to visit the first google store. I have been a Google fan since the first Android phone G1 and G2 and I had all pixel phones except pixel 5. I collect Google products as well including the Google debit card they introduced a while ago and stopped it in 2014. I'm a pixel super fan member

We were previously at this store last year and had a wonderful experience, and I can happily say this year was no different! New phone, Watch, and tablet from Google, but same great team of staff at Google Store Chelsea! It was a very interesting experience this year, one of the associates discussed how they’re a user of both phones the Pixel and iPhone but explained how they use their Pixel 7a for their various vacation photos and the Magic Eraser to get rid of noise in their background. Meanwhile another associate was able to recognize us from our trip to the store last year, which was our first visit to the store.
