Went back to my favorite Staples on 3rd Avenue yesterday. My toner is always in stock. Jerroll was the cashier who was helpful and knowledgeable. Will call him as I may need a tune-up on a device. Highly recommended as store is clean and well stocked.

I had an outstanding experience with Ebony at Staples. She is truly exceptional—extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly. Great customer service! I went in looking for a calendar for my daughter in college. I was greeted right away, directed to the right spot, and a sales associate even checked other stores for me when the item showed as sold out. The whole visit was quick, easy, and very helpful.

The customer service lady was excellent when we wanted some custom printing done. She pointed us to deals accessible through the app that saved us $20 and pointed us to the best options that made sure delivery would be on time.

Staples is now my go to place as trying not to buy from A*****. I get La Croix online from them and it is the cheapest I see anywhere. The printing is great! Chewier than anywhere else too. I go online now and buy from them and use them for all the printing I need done for my business. Staff has always been great. Every time. I was in making returns to Amazon and Land’s End. A woman was yelling about the length of the line. Kyle kept his cool and was working really hard. I was very impressed by him. In reality, people were probably waiting 5-7 minutes but we all know in NYC waiting even a minute feels like 10 to most people. You can buy envelopes, print paper, ink jet replacements, pens, tape, folders and more. They do not sell poster board.

Excellent staff! I bought a few things and needed assistance with the photocopier machine. I was fortunate enough to be helped by an Associate I believe his name is Kyle. He was very patient and knowledgeable in solving my issue. And I was satisfied. Thanks again!

In addition to being a measly, miserable and tiny store with a very odd layout, the customer service (if one can even call it that) was non-existent. I asked several people for help with copies and no one wanted to help me. I was sent around until an associate told me to meet her at the self-service copy machines. Sure, no problem. I waited and waited...but she never came. As such, I left and will certainly never return.

I recently had business cards printed, and Ebony in the printing department was absolutely amazing. I initially made a mistake with the design, and the cards came out cut off. Ebony was incredibly diligent, helping me fix the issue and ensuring everything was perfect—all on the same day! I highly recommend her for any printing needs!

This short hair lady Dee has the worst attitude you could ever imagine. Every time I go, I pray it’s not her serving me. She doesn’t care to even say a word and give me the face like she would kill me in the next second. When I say thank you, she ignores me. It’s every time ! So I’m sure she can’t always be on a bad day. I walked in 7 min before close one day, she literally paused there and looked at her watch and then looked at me and be like why are you here. I need to go to another location to avoid her

It was easy to look for the specific HP cartridge that I needed online and the convenient to pick up at a store location nearby in an hour. Also the pick up was smooth and fast.

I visited Staples location on 50th and 3rd avenue to purchase a cyan cartridge for my computer. The sales person who attended mr was very friendly and polite and was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking for.

I was at the shop today at about 1:00 pm Sunday , there is a guy new employee , very rude , I called up the store manager to complaint , ended that the store manager is unaware that there is a male employee worked today , she kept persisting that she had two female emplyess , & she kept denying that there a male emplyee working , while I was there today at 1:00 pm , a male emplyee seems to be hispanic very rude .

After you guys made a mistake in printing the wrong post cards, the employee told me to just come back before 6PM to pick them up. I was there at 5:57PM and the door was locked. Employees noticed me at the door and turned off the lights. avoid this place. keep my post cards that you remade. I’ll go somewhere else

Worst mailbox services! Ben and the new girl “manager” that think she knows it all have ruined my holiday! Kenny you and your team have inconvenienced me for the last time! I’m changing my mailbox service! You guys are more concerned about being right than actually helping customers! I called ahead to inform you of me being late, due to Staples being closed on the holiday. I thought the workers would demonstrate true customer service and to hold my mail for 5 minutes, especially if I’m looking at you through the window doing absolutely nothing. I arrived at 7:05 to an argument from that new girl and some new guy named Ben telling me over the phone about “courtesy”! That that earned you one less customer I have had the worst experience.

The west indian lady that is supposed to be a manager has the most disgusting attitude ive seen in a very long time. She makes my visits so unpleasant with her dismissive tone and customer service. She talks to people like they owe her something. Our company gets alot prints there, we might have to souce another vendor .i refuse to deal with misery and ghetto behavior while supporting a business. Thats not the only staples or only place that makes prints. The disgusting rude behavior from only the manager lady ,makes my stomach queezy upon entering. She makes every single experience unpleasant.

Absolutely horrible experience everytime I come here. I’m usually here to pick up packages and I need to wait atleast 5 mins for someone to even attend to me. Half the employees working here have no clue where to find packages and process their checkout. I wrote this review today because I’ve had to wait for 20 minutes and when I asked what’s happening they said “hold up ! It’s only 3 of us man”. Then a few minutes later another another rep. came by and asked “how can I help you ? “ to which I replied “I’ve been waiting for like 20 mins for my pick up “ and all she said was “Alright “ and immediately switched to another customer I would strongly advise to find an alternative for your needs.

I waited in the line for my paper order, got told to get it from the back, to wait in line again to pay. While waiting to pay the box that holds my paper broke. Now 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been there the box has broken. Im a little confused as to why a store that specializes in copy and paper wouldn’t have a box that can hold paper. When I expressed my frustration to the cashier she showed zero interest in my complaint. Which made my frustration grow.

Walked all the way here to pick up one item and was flat out ignored for several minutes because everyone was too busy doing their closing duties. The person who ended up having to help me was the one who was right in front of me who had been stamping envelopes that couldn’t wait for a live customer. Asked three times to be helped and got passed back and forth because no one wanted to get up or make eye contact. Then Envelope Guy HAD to ring me out and said I didn’t pay, when I had paid via PayPal already in order to place the pick-up order. When I said I paid and showed my receipt he said “no big deal just take it I’m not gonna check.” I left so irritated. Everyone needs customer service experience and training as a general life skill. How you treat other people goes a long way.

Huge fan of this staples and David here has helped me multiple times now with my last kinute printing needs. He does a great job, advising me on the paper to use as well as showing me a demo print prior to ensure I ‘m satisfied with the final version. I placed an order booklet printing two days in advance. When it was read for pickup, I arrived and realized a bunch of pages were missing although I was able to see all the pages of the pdf on my phone. David from Print & Marketing Services went above and beyond to figure out the issue. It took over 30mins and there were other customers. However, he tried his best and figured out the issue and was able to create new booklets for me on the spot in addition to giving me a discount! I’m truly grateful for David’s patience and positive demeanor through it all. Thank you so much David. I appreciate you!

Usually the people here are friendly and helpful. Today I had the opposite experience. I scanned something and it didn’t work the way I expect. The manager of the store told me I was on my own. Then he instructed me to rescan the whole document. That would have cost me much more than I needed to pay. There are other places to go nearby and I will find them.

I don't understand the bad reviews here, either I got lucky and got the three most helpful people at this location or they have replaced some of the staff. The people at the Print Service very quickly assisted me and helped me very quickly and efficiently, and provided/helped gather all the materials I needed to make my printing successful. When I called a week later to get my receipt which I had lost, the lady who picked up the phone was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and I had my receipt in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Staples staff!! Very happy and relieved customer.
