Super scammers dont trust this place PLEASE look elsewhere as they lie and say they have the parts to only have you PAY UP FRONT and never give you the parts and then they stipulate no refunds and still dont give you the part. And your bank will not refund you the money since they call and say it was delivered. SUPER SHADY AND SCAMMERS. Im still waiting for my car door since August. Its “still coming from our NJ branch” but when i offered to pick it up they said no. So you be the judge of that.
Great doing business with this company very reliable and can be counted on, second time doing business with them co worker that get me the best service “Richie” and if you want to know I’ve got a bmw engine and a transmission for infinity and the both was perfect I recommend ask them for any parts they will get you right .

I paid this store $1,200 upfront for a part I never received. When I asked for a refund, they hid behind a “no refund” policy and refused to return my money. After waiting nearly 3 months, I had no choice but to take them to court (7 months later) I won the case. Even with a court judgment against them, they still refuse to answer, refund, or resolve the issue.
This place is run by scammers who play with people’s hard-earned money. I’m now having to involve a marshal to collect what is legally owed to me.
I will keep everyone posted on updates, and once my issue is resolved, I’m willing to help others who may have gone through the same. This business needs to be shut down before more people get taken advantage of.

Yes this is regarding the Benz wheels. We had agreed on a set of wheels that were supposed to be in “like new” condition I even have pictures confirming this. Instead, I later received a call offering me $200 off because you couldn’t provide the style I ordered, and the wheels you did have were scuffed up and in need of repairs before I could do anything with them. I really don’t have to say much more—your reviews already show recurring complaints of the same issue, which only proves your a scam.
This business needs to be shut down asap . Never believe a single word they say. They are running a scam business not an auto part business you will never get your parts they will just take your money and then make you wait forever even if you go to court its going to take you 2 years to get your money back

I needed a part for my car and I searched all over and couldn't find one no where. I stopped in here and at first I was disappointed that they didn't have my part but the nice guy said he found the part I have been looking for. I had to put half the money down and pay the other half when the part arrived. Three weeks and my part arrived and couldn't be happier. Fantastic service and a lot of help.
They’re nice and friendly. They have the parts I needed and they were able to get me a mechanic to fix it asap at a very cheap price. I will definitely recommend there services if you need any car parts
This company must be shut down where full of scammers. They took the customer’s money and don’t provide the service or parts. One who paid, forget about the refund and service. Please beware and think million of times before paying in form of cash or card or any medium.
We need to complain about this facility and file a class action lawsuit. They are totally parasites.

Untrustworthy Scammers
Asked for a front bumper replacement and they gave me a cheap bumper cover.
Told them it wasn't the right one and no refunds, just "store credit"
Run away as far as possible.
Ordered a mirror and said it will arrive the next day. It took 12 days and they gave me the runaround. When it finally arrived they complained they only made $4 on the sale. They are a joke so don't waste your time and money.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME...I really wish there was a negative star. This company give you the run around. They have no problem taking your money, and giving you no service. They took my daughter $1k for a transmission on January 30th. And here we are no refund and no transmission. Eli is the absolutely the worst. He talks in circles, and then go off on the side to smoke.
Please I don't know what can be done but they need to be shut down.
Worst place ever, I’m running around since Monday that’s 6 days now to get a fuel pump I paid for in full. Eli keep lying all the time to give him until the next day and can’t get my part up to now but I won’t let it slide I’ll take necessary action no standard or respect for customer losers and scammers.

They took my credit card payment and when I disputed the charge with my credit card company Liberty Auto Parts FORGED my signature to provide a receipt which ELI had ripped up when I returned the part they gave me because it was the wrong part. They took back the part and my money.
I tried to speak to the owner “John” but he’s never around and no one provides his phone number.
Anytime you visit the store there are people there following up on parts they paid for and have not received or have been already scammed out of their money.
The community is hurting with businesses like these that scam people out of their hard earned money. It’s time we stand up - reach out to me for more info.
Total scam. The company said it is ordering my parts
1.) they placed wrong ordered
2.) takes more than 3 weeks. I did not even see my part yet.
3.) no body is accountable for check the the status of parts.

They took a deposit from me to order a part and never delivered. After one week they are still giving me the runaround about my refund. The salesman Eli keeps telling me to come back when the owner is there. I’m very disappointed and frustrated at the same time. The guy at the counter said that he was trying to get in touch with the owner but since last Thursday I am still waiting. No refund yet I am standing inside of the store and no one seems to know what’s happening.
Do not buy from here and or leave a deposit you will not get your parts or money back it's been 1 month with just excuses after excuses I have to put them on blast all over the internet. And let public know that this place is a rip off, the police even told me I have to take them to court they cannot do anything about it.
They take money first and then say deliver take 1 hour and then they make alternative systems to make you get a late delivery.. not a trusted store.. find other.. the employee who work there he told me one hour. Scam. Do you want to lose your money or your time? This is an excellent place to make you lose both things. They receive your money even if they don't have the piece you are ordering and then they tell you to return the next day that's where the mockery and the theft begins because they don't return the money or give you the piece they only give you a credit to buy more things that they don't have and so they continue until you wear out tired, horrible.
Please do not spend your hard earned money here this business, it is a scam. I had a very bad experience with this company. Its all bad business.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE HERE'S OUR STORY:
We ordered an engine we were promised 2 days delivery. We gave them a check with the amount and signed no company name so that they'll write their company name. Finally two weeks passed by and we were told the engine was ready but they didn't have no one to deliver. I rented a Uhaul and went to their shop to be told the check had bounced but it wasn't because of no funds they didn't put their company name on the check. I was told they couldn't give me the engine to come back with cash. Me and my partner decided that after the nightmare of calling everyday having to rent Uhaul and everything else to donate the car and not buy the engine. They resummitted the check without our permission and cashed the check. we called them and we were told no refund that we had a store credit. Our neighbor is a mechanic and so happened that he's engine broke on his car and we told him to avoid going to court lets use our store credit so that they can get you an engine. A month and a week has passed by and we're calling everyday to be told, the manager is no longer working here Im a new guy I'll definitely take care of you, they'll call us back that the engine in on the way and nothing. Please stay away, stay away.
FRAUD ALERT! Liberty auto parts is not a place to go for your used auto parts, they don't have alot of parts or inventory but they will do everything possible to keep your hard earned money and call it store credit, but you never get to use it . If this is not fraud then I don't know what this is. Third time I had same experience with them. Save yourself, go someplace else.

so I was called today by the same guy who had threatened me and asked me to leave the store, he called because I left them this very truthful review, he started lecturing me about morals and calling me hot-headed. It's amazing how a person with zero morals, empathy or respect has the guts to call my phone and attempt giving me a talk about morality! When I confronted him about the call, he told me he was calling to tell me about the part, which we both know was a lie. There's integrity lacking seriously in that business.
Be careful out there everyone, they lie, keep your money and give you store credits they'll never honor.
All the guys working there were very helpful in getting me the right part for my car. I needed an ABS module, buying it from the dealership would’ve been close to $1k, but they gave me a great deal and the part was given to me within just a few days. Now it’s been almost 2 months of me driving with my replaced part and no issues. Thanks so much!
On January 27th 2023 I went to this place to order parts for my 2004 Toyota Camry, they didn’t have the parts at that time so they said that they can get it but that I won’t get the parts until Monday, so I said ok leaving a down payment, Monday comes that I go down there to pickup my parts an im being told that the guy Eli that took my order was fired so am saying to them what do I have to do with him being fired, so im a bit confused because now the guy that I came to find out trough a review that his name is Richie, so Richie said ok get him the parts mind you the parts that I bought was supposed to be new, so he comes out with a bumper that was not new, then he comes with a used fogged up head light so now im furious asking for my money back, so I had to call the police, I wasn’t able to meet up with the police because i was feeling so upset that I left to go eat so I received a call from the police telling me to patient, a hour later I called an they tell me to come pickup my parts sure enough my bumper was new my head light was new an now I’m waiting for my hood never again bad COSTOMER service!!!
