Amazing place very detailed articulture very secure a lot of police and security there is different food cuisines in the lower level. Also souvenir stores a lot diffrent transportations. felt very magical and historical. But very popular so it can get very crowded good place to take pictures.it is also connected to the mta subway line. Also the Apple Store is located in there.

I recently visited the Apple Store at Grand Central Terminal for a MacBook repair, and the service exceeded my expectations. The Genius Bar staff were professional and efficient, diagnosing and resolving the issue promptly. Despite the store’s busy atmosphere, the team ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience. The iconic location added to the overall positive impression. I highly recommend this store for any Apple-related concerns.

Got a bone to pick with this location’s repair team. Took my dad’s iPhone 11 in for a simple battery swap—Apple dropped it, broke the back, then offered a one-time upgrade deal he couldn’t understand… and took it back the next day. No fix, no trade-in, no real help. Loyal Apple customers since the OG iPhone, but hey—I’m sure this kind of thing never happens at Apple. Disappointing all around.

I’m still in awe of my experience at the Apple Store today! It was my birthday, and I was looking to get an iPad and an iPhone when I was greeted by the amazing Teresa. She was so kind and immediately went to find someone to help. That’s when Emily, another incredible store associate, overheard what I was looking for. She was so sweet! I’m in nursing school, and not only did she help me pick out the right gear, but she also gave me tips on things I didn’t even know about the iPhone. Honestly, what started as a shopping trip turned into a heartfelt conversation—I felt like she was my therapist. I was feeling down, but Emily was so patient and made space for me to open up. Then Sam helped me set up my products, and he too was incredibly understanding. I ended up sharing so much about my personal life with him, which I never expected! The energy in the store was just beautiful—everyone was so genuine and kind. Even Artemeo, who told me about his favorite restaurant to try, added to the warmth. I never thought I’d be hugging and crying with Apple specialists, but here we are! The whole team even sang “Happy Birthday” to me. It really showed that it’s not just about selling products; they made my day so much better. I left feeling so touched, and I even have a photo of me crying after the birthday surprise! This was by far the best Apple Store experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to come back for my Apple Watch. The attention, the connection—everything was beyond my expectations!

Anthony, Vin and Kathy were absolutely extraordinary in their customer service and support yesterday! They went the extra mile in spite of any complications that came up as we were migrating to a new phone, for reasons beyond their and Apple’s control. Thank you kindly! Would highly recommend their service and this Apple location that manages extremely well considering the high traffic they receive.

The Apple Store at Grand Central Terminal is an architectural marvel. Situated within the iconic train station, the store itself is a sight to behold. The integration with the historic landmark is seamless and impressive. Pros: Unique Location: Shopping for Apple products in this setting is an unforgettable experience. Helpful Staff: The Apple Geniuses are generally knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist with any questions or issues. Wide Product Selection: The store offers the full range of Apple products, from iPhones and Macs to AirPods and Apple Watches. Cons: Crowds: As expected for a prime location, the store can get extremely crowded, especially during peak hours and weekends. Long Wait Times: Without prior appointments, expect significant wait times for service or repairs. Can Feel Overwhelming: The sheer size and grandeur of the store can be a bit overwhelming for some visitors. Tips: Schedule Appointments: For any service or repair needs, schedule an appointment in advance to minimize wait times. Visit During Off-Peak Hours: If possible, visit during off-peak hours to avoid the largest crowds. Enjoy the Ambiance: Take a moment to appreciate the unique architecture and the overall ambiance of the store. Overall: The Apple Store at Grand Central Terminal is a unique and impressive retail experience. While crowds and wait times can be a challenge, the stunning location and helpful staff make it a worthwhile visit.

I just visited the Grand Central Apple Store and when sitting where advised to wait for the technician, hit my head very hard on the protruding light fixture. Those ‘custom built’ light fixtures are horribly designed and extremely sharp, I cut my head open in two places. All 3 of the Apple technicians I spoke in the store confirmed they had seen the same thing to others in their store. One Apple employee told me that the same had happened to him multiple times drawn blood and that it was an issue he had brought up with the safety team in the past. Any advice on how to proceed here? If this is an ongoing and known safety issue at their store, why haven’t they done anything about it to protect the safety of their customers and employees? Very frustrated, that friggin’ hurt !

As usual in any Apple Store, the customer service was exceptional, in addition to the high-quality products that Apple offers

guess what? We scored an Apple Watch from this mind-blowing store in Grand Central Terminal! Let me tell you, the store itself is absolutely stunning and eye-catching. The atmosphere there is so unique with its open space vibes. And here's a pro tip: if you want an amazing view of the Grand Central Terminal, make sure to check it out from the Apple Store. The staff there were incredibly sweet too !

Had an issue with AT&T where I bought my iPhone. For some reason, the manager sent me to Apple and refused to help me. Even though it was not an Apple issue, the employees there helped me. They ended up helping me call the AT&T manager and explaining it was not an issue for Apple. Multiple employees here helped me, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my issue would be resolved. I would recommend buying a new iPhone from the Apple store and not through AT&T, as they refused to help until the Apple manager called them.

Exactly what you’d expect from Apple Apple Grand Central delivers the same clean design, consistent service, and product experience you’ll find in any other Apple Store. Professional staff, sleek layout, and everything works like clockwork. No surprises – just the usual high standard.

The location sets this store apart being set on the upper level of the terminal. I went to purchase an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the staff were very friendly and I knowledgeable. The place is very friendly and relaxing where you feel comfortable to take the time to find the right product for you. The staff are very friendly and provide you with a quiet area to set up your new product.

Hector at Apple Grand Central is a Rock Star! Seriously, I just had the best experience at the Apple Store R415 in Grand Central yesterday, all thanks to Hector at the Genius Bar. My iPad screen was totally trashed, and Hector was just amazing—super helpful, a true pro, and completely upfront the whole time. He walked me through everything about fixing my screen versus just getting a new iPad. He helped me see that since my insurance was already expired, a new one would actually be way cheaper in the long run. I really appreciated his honest advice; he wasn't pushy at all. Hector was super chill, laid-back, knew his stuff inside and out, and you could tell he genuinely loved helping people and was passionate about Apple products. He had a great attitude and exuded positive vibes, which, let's be real, can be hard to come by nowadays—especially during rush hour and a heat wave! Hector was also very conversational, which I totally appreciated because I'm a talker, and I love when people give back good energy and actually care, not just "do a job." I'd mentioned owning my own business during our chat, and Hector immediately clued me in that I could potentially save even more with an LLC. He clearly explained what that process looks like, and even though it wasn't his department, he went above and beyond by forwarding my info so the business team could contact me later in the week to discuss additional savings. This kind of transparency and openness made my experience that much more exceptional, and Hector's friendly vibe made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. Even with a million things going on around us, Hector didn't get distracted or let himself get pulled away, which can easily happen in a busy store like Grand Central during rush hour! He also patiently answered all my questions about upgrading my MacBook Pro, including how trade-ins work. Hector was so knowledgeable and thorough. He never made me feel rushed or pressured to buy or upgrade—he met me where I was at and gave suggestions when they aligned with our conversations (like the business savings). And let me tell you, having worked in customer service myself, especially in a crazy busy spot like Grand Central, I know how easy it is for associates to get stressed out. But even during rush hour with tons of people, Hector stayed cool, calm, and collected. He was patient and kind through it all. He seriously made the whole experience awesome. I can't recommend Hector enough—he's customer service GOLD.

The Apple Store is truly impressive, not only for its modern and spacious design but also for the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment you enter, you feel welcomed, and the team is highly trained to offer personalized and efficient assistance. It’s a shopping experience that exceeds expectations, making each visit pleasant and hassle-free. Without a doubt, it’s a standout location in the city, both for tech enthusiasts and anyone seeking high-quality service.

Didn’t like the vibe here. I came in for a Genius Bar appointment, then just to look around. Security was heavy, and I had an empty water bottle in hand, while I was trying to find a trash can, several staff gave me the kind of look you get when they think you’re up to something, but no one offered to help. When I checked out the watch link bracelet section, the moment I reached out toward a display, a staff member immediately closed in like I was about to steal something. Pretty uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience.

Lovely place for an Apple store. I think it will be good to have more signs inside the Grand Central station because I had to ask three people to show me how to find the store, especially when you are using trains like me. Overall experience was OK.

came to replace battery on my iphone, had appointment for 6:40pm , waited almost an hour for a technician to tell me they cant repair same day as they are closing soon and i should visit a different location , waste of my time , not going back ti this location for anything , battery replacement should ve taken 30 min and they overbooked the technicians

Not a great experience almost every time I have come here. Most of the techs have the attitudes that they are better and know more than you- even when they don’t. I had such a better experience buying a phone from my phone carrier. Not nearly the ego that the techs at this Apple Store have.

We love this Apple Store! We’ve been to SO many Apple stores and the service here is by far the fastest of them all. It’s conveniently located in Grand Central station which makes popping in very easy. Highly recommend coming here.

Today, I spoke with Elizabeth regarding an ongoing issue with my iPhone 16 Plus. Unfortunately, I did not receive any answers. I picked up my phone after having the charging port fixed again, but I expressed my concern about needing compensation for the repeated visits I've made—three times—due to what appears to be a manufacturing problem. When I mentioned this, Elizabeth interpreted my frustration as a threat, which I found confusing. I am simply looking for a resolution to the time and inconvenience I've experienced. I firmly believe that replacing my phone would be a more effective solution than repairing the same issue repeatedly.

It’s not the professionalism of Genius Bar supervisors and employees that is simply «amazing». The problem could not be solved even yesterday or today spent 5hr of my time and all without solutions… I have Apple care plus but this service so bad! I left this place with very negative emotions…

While I usually dislike going to Grand Central, today I was pleasantly surprised as I left the Apple Store. After receiving not great service at the 59th street location, the sales Manager Anthony (I’m assuming he’s one due to his presence and professionalism), blew me away with his knowledge and positivity. I’ve never left a store after spending so much in such a good mood. Go Anthony!!!!!

Apple Genius Bar here is a joke. I came here multiples times and with an apt, Always waited Long, like an hour. I purchased Apple care, they still won’t replace damage items. Apple care is a scam.

For my money - the coolest Apple Store. To be there just in the landing of Grand Central Station with the gorgeous ceiling and buzz of a traveling city below is incredible. Friendly staff and well-staffed. Didn’t feel too touristy either which I appreciated. I’d recommend this over all other locations in the city. Their service was also VERY FAST. 1 day to fix a battery on a Mac Pro.

I opened a business account with Apple to purchase a couple of laptops for our team and immediately received a call from this store to place the item with them because that would be a much easier and better solution. I placed my order on the phone and the first issue was that Apple Care has been added to all devices without asking. When the order was supposed to be ready 1 laptop was missing. I insisted on a small discount, which the store manager agreed to. A few days later I received an email saying in a single line that my order item had been replaced (I never received it, nor did I ask for a replacement). The customer success agent on the phone then told me that they'll ship a new laptop, with the total wait time now being a full month. I can't believe Apple could have such poor communication and business practices. Decades of customer trust have taken a serious hit as no solution has been offered either. Disappointing.

Wait time was 50 minutes when I showed up meanwhile an Apple “genius” is playing Pictionary on his iPad and messing with the Apple Ai features right next to me. *update* finally got seen after an hour+ wait only for the worker to tell me they couldn’t help me replace my glitchy AirPod case (a case I purchased yesterday at the soho Apple Store). I walked out immediately. If you enjoy wasting the few hours of free time you have after work sitting in a train station watching people provide zero critical thinking abilities and minimal customer service then you’ll enjoy this store.

Have been there many times - to purchase items and to make online returns, as well as using their Genius Bar. The Apple team is so friendly and easy to work with. Even though it’s super busy as it’s in Grand Central Station, they make sure to help everyone there.

It's a unique store in the middle of Grand Central Terminal, where all locals and travelers can stop by to the latest Apple products or have appointments to the specific location in regards about their devices. Because it is in the middle of Grand Central, the store is very unique due to the open space layout inside of the terminal. Overall other than the location, it’s your everyday Apple Store.

You have to set up an appointment to go to this location. They don't have all the device they advertise in store so they'll probably refer you to their website if you're interested in purchasing a customized device. Customer service experience was initially terrible but then my Tech service representative was switched and then he was able to help me fix my device to the best of his abilities but not to my satisfaction. All in all, this was a nice place. Follow me on Instagram @dapoibrahimtv
