Very Unprofessional and Dishonest
I bought a part from this junk yard with a warranty. I drove all the way from Brooklyn to pick it up and asked them directly if the part was tested and in working condition. They assured me 100% that it was good and I wouldn’t have to worry.
Unfortunately, the part turned out to be non-functional. When I called to inform them and asked to return it, they became extremely rude and unprofessional. They yelled at me, used foul language, and flat-out refused to issue a refund, even though the part was under warranty.
This was a terrible experience. I strongly advise others to stay away from this place. If you value your time, money, and being treated with basic respect—go somewhere else!
Every time I go, they always delay me on the part telling me you can come back tomorrow for the part nd tht doesn’t work every time for all tht I wait for the part in the mail if I order i. Again make sure u call 3 days ahead for ur part. worst attitude from clerks i may add
Horrible place!! I spoke to the owner John and he told me he has the part for my car. I told him my husband is coming the next day to pick up, he tells me yes. He drove all the way from Brooklyn to go and was told it will be delivered on Monday which would be in 5 days. Why make someone come and the part is not really there. He was only interested in us making the payment. To top it off he was so nasty to my husband, said he's not selling it to him anymore and that he'd rather sell it to someone else. All because my husband told him he said we can pick up the part today. I notice he's responding to the reviews and saying people are lying, but in actuality he's the liar. John is disrespectful and even walked away from my husband while he was talking to him. All the negative things ppl are saying about the business I believe is 100% truth. Your business deserves 0 stars!!!!!

They sold me a Chevy express transmission and it was bad. They refused to give me a refund . They lie about the miles on there parts also.
Customer service is so bad! They lied to me about having seats and the manager sal quoted $400. The guy with the glasses called him and they supposedly didnt have them. Wasted my time going to that place. Do not trust them. They are liars. The white guy with glasses started yelling at a customer too because he went through the wrong door. Threatened him he would call the cops. He couldve handled it better, i mean hes a customer after all! Show respect next time
Me and a friend drove over there from Long Island to pick up a trunk this morning. Saw the pictures online and the trunk looked to be in pretty good condition with no damage. The guy made us pay for it first before seeing the trunk, just showing us pictures to make sure it was the right one which showed no damage. After receiving the trunk there was deep scratches to the left side. Tried to tell him I didn't want the trunk but he wasn't giving me my money back.
John was awesome, nice helpful and excellent customer service. The other guys instead sounded very rude. I got lucky.... aks for john for better assistance.

Great people. Great place to buy parts. Best family owned buisness out there. I have been to some auto salvages before I went to this one. This one was the best by far. They helped me find exactly what I needed as efficient as possible.
Poor customer service... Very short and terse responses...I asked how much a part cost and my response was "I dont know" and then proceeded to hang up...how do you as a business sell a product and not know the price...??
They are thieves and liars.. do not support their business.. horrible experience at this illegal salvage yard. They do not keep their word and offer stolen and non usable goods.
My dad bought a headlamp from Richmond Auto for my Nissan Altima, it was perfect they treated me with respect and even offered to put it on with no cost, I recommend them highly!
I came from Jersey city nj. These guys work with you. I don't understand these 2 comments below me. john gave me a price over the phone and still honored it the next day. Save me a ton of money for a hood compared to other places that where charging me 400?! Flat price no hidden fees these guys are good.
Most unprofessional place I've dealt with.The person who I spoke with used inappropriate language and curse words , not only did they give me the wrong part it was broken/ seized.... After returning the part I've continue to get aggravated with the customer service not only did I have to argue with him too get my money back... He continue to aggravate me and question my ability to be a mechanic .... Then threaten, telling me that I would have to go to court to get my refund even though their return policy is not up to par. I advice anyone to not do business with this person or there establishment.
