We had a hit and run and Eddie was like an angel who just happened to pass by and offered to help and left his card. I noticed that he is a man of his words with great integrity and really helped with our situation. Eddie and his awesome staff did an excellent job. They worked really hard to have our car fixed. There are several locations. One of the security cameras came off when they were fixing our car and a staff worker took us to another location where another staff worker found it. They are very efficient, friendly and trustworthy. We are a military family and we highly recommend Eddie and his staff the Finest Automotive & Recovery!

Eddie and his crew are the "real deal"! My car was sideswiped while parked less than a week before I was leaving for Europe for 10 days. These guys handled everything: they accommodated the insurance assessor (since I had literally no time off before my trip to meet with him myself), and did the work promptly. The car was ready the day I returned literally looking as good as the day I bought it: he even touched up some dings that were not directly caused by this accident. A first-rate business! 5 stars and more!
My Audi s3 was all smashed up on the front right side, and Eddie and the team at Finest worked with me every step of the way, making sure I'd get OEM parts and that it was tested by a good diagnostics place. Very happy with the work and they even installed some upgrades/parts I'd bought. Eddie was available every time i called with questions or updates, even making sure someone was around after hours so I could pick my car up after work, which has been crazy. I'll definitely go back for any needs I have in the future with this car and future vehicles.
Professional, quick, no BS car repair shop. Had my vehicle (Mazda CX-5) repaired by Eddie and his team and couldn't be more thankful. Quick service (they beat official estimate by a week, and their own verbal estimate by a day), communication was superb (Eddie would answer my texts within 2-3 minutes timeframe), and final results were great (vehicle looked like new). I was in and out with pretty big repairs in 6 days. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
I got into an accident late night and a driver came with a yellow truck. His name was Thomas very nice guy very well mannered , he took care of my vehicle and made sure I was ok. He took me home and when I went to get my car there was a guy named Eddie who took care of me. He gave me a good price and did incredible work . Thank you Finest!
I have no idea how these crooks get called time and time again by local precinct to tow cars from the scenes of the accidents. i am guessing some IA cop should look into it. they lie, intimidate and deceive as part of their day by day operation. One of my cars was involved in the accident. it was driven by an older gent who doesn't speak much English, they quoted him 4200 for repairs and claimed that opposite insurance company refused to even come out to evaluate damages, they said that since it was 50/50 it is his responsibility to pay for it. Mind you, car is worth 3500 on a good day ('98 Envoy). on top of that they estimated him 400+ for tow and "storage". Car was parked on the street the entire time. As soon as i showed up to pick up the car the bill for tow and storage magically reduced to 197.50 (it was there for a week). Insurance company was never contacted. I still can't figure out where the number 4200 for repairs came from as another shop quoted us 1100+ for it, and they said that they can probably do better on parts if we give them couple of hours (i'm sure they will). they are bunch of lying crooks who shouldn't be in this business.
Eddie is the best A real Brooklyn guy with a great attitude. He helped me out of a jam with expert care. I highly recommend Finest (if you meed him). No reservations about his service to the community A GREAT GUY!!
This is the worst repair shop I have ever delt with. They dont have any specific person who takes the responsibilty of your vehicle and let you know the repair status. It was really frustrating for me going from start to end for just a little work involved in repair, these guys made it unnecessarily so prolong and even after 30 days I still have to take my vehicle back in half repaired. I have completed my repair in just four hours from new place which was pending waiting to be done by these crooks since a month. My adjuster eventually advised me to withdraw my vehicle to have it inspected from some other repair facility coz they were keep telling lies and new story each time in supplements they put in under my insurance and no one even tried to diagnose the problem in fact. So this the level of proficiency what they have and wanted it to share with anyone who wanted to know. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Please dont waste your time and money.
I'll keep this simple. This has been one of the most uncomfortable, inconvenient, and shady business i've ever dealt with. My only advice regarding this business, or any after dealing with them... Don't believe a word when they say "we'll handle it" My automobile was towed to this shop after an accident and 90% of what i was told was either a lie or not the entire truth, all so they can make a few extra bucks. Example: not telling me that if I salvage my now totaled car myself, I make some money back.... they'll offer to do this for you, think they'll give you that money..? i doubt it.. One person, whose name was Eddie (no, not me), told me the truth at the VERY END of my experience with this shop. That truth...basically the exact opposite of what i had been told at the beginning (by his staff..). Things to expect, please mind that i was just in an accident (first one) and these people told me they would take care of things, i will no longer be so ignorant: - They aren't in a rush to help you, my car sat for 12 days before I had to call them only to be informed that they couldn't follow up on my report. I would have to do this myself. (It took me 10 minutes myself & I'm still billed for those 12 days...) - I was informed at the end of this fiasco that i'd have to pay them directly and deal with the insurance company for reimbursement. -Their credit card machine is broken...indefinitely... You'll be expected to pay your bill in cash, or bank certified check (maybe)... - My receipt was literally a letterhead of theirs with some words scribbled on it and a dollar amount. It wasn't itemized or detailed...also barely legible. - They'll say things like "They don't care about reviews because they're written by other mechanic shops" and "look, we're doing YOU a favor". They also don't print things out. I'm looking forward to the insurance company telling me i wrote the receipt myself. Overall. They have a strict business approach to things...make money at any cost. Do you want a company with that approach helping you in a time of need...i sure as hell don't...

My friend was in a accident and instructed them to tow his car to my driveway that was only 3 Blocks away. He towed it back to his yard. I followed the truck and he said he will kill me if I dont leave the front of his lot. It bewilderes me how these people are in Bussiness.

THEY ARE CROOKS..... THEY ALSO GO BY FINEST AUTOMOTIVE RECOVERY. THEY HELD ON TO MY PLATES FOR 2 WEEKS AND LIED WHEN I ASKED FOR MY PLATES WHEN I WENT TO RECOVER MY PERSONAL BELONGING AND SAID THEY TURN IN PLATES AFTER 24 HRS OF A REPOSSESSION OF A CAR. THEY EXTORTED ME FOR $75 TO GET MY PLATES BACK FROM THEM. THE MANAGER STATED I HAD TO COME GET A RECEIPT FROM THE DMV WHICH WAS A LIE THEY NEVER TURNED IN THE PLATES BECAUSE THE DMV DESTROYS TURNED IN PLATE IMMEDIATELY. THE MANAGER TOLD ME I COULD GET THE RECEIPT AND GO TO THE DMV FOR THE PLATES WHEN I SENT THE PERSON THE PLATES WERE REGISTERED TO TO GET THIS IMAGINARY RECEIPT THEY MADE HIM PAY THEM FOR THE PLATES THAT WERE STILL IN THEIR POSSESSION. THAT IS THEFT AND EXTORTION. HE TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE HE DID ME A FAVOR AND ALL HE DID WAS CON ME THEY ARE CROOKS. I URGE ANYONE THAT IS TRYING TO BE EXTORTED BY THESE PEOPLE TO GO THERE WITH THE POLICE. THE DMV TOLD ME REPORT THE PLATES STOLEN I WISH I WOULD HAVE JUST WENT TO THE POLICE TO BEGIN WITH THE SLEEZY MANAGER TOLD ME "YOU THINK WE NEED YOUR $75" WELL GUESS WHAT YOU OBVIOUSLY DO BECAUSE IF YOU DO THIS TO 1000 PEOPLE THAT $75,000
