This shop is the only place I’ll ever take my cars. Ravi, the owner, is not only extremely skilled but also one of the most honest people I’ve met in this business. His body work is second to none in New York, and his mechanical expertise is just as impressive.
To give an example: I once bought a vehicle that I honestly thought was beyond repairable. Ravi and his team worked their magic, and not only did they bring it back to life, but that same vehicle is now what I use every day to commute over 50 miles without a problem. That speaks volumes about the quality of his work.
Between his honesty, craftsmanship, and genuine care for his customers, there’s no one else I would ever trust with my vehicles.
The first time I can they said don’t worry don’t worry we’ll take care of you. And true to their word they took care of me and my car. Best customer service. So when I got into a bigger accident it was a no brained. Fixed up my 2023 Forester like new and paint matched perfectly and dealt with the entire headache of dealing with insurance. I told insurance it was at RPS and never had to pick up another call from them. Super easy.
RPS auto show nothing but professionalism and Quality work the guys are best they make everything easy I got into an accident they handled everything for towing to dealing the insurance company setting me up with a rental with no hiccups and when I went to pick my car the car looked as if nothing happened and it looked brand new like the day I bought it at the dealership the attention to detail is phenomenal I even went back to him for a detail job he did a better job than most detail companies
If your looking for the best customer service and quality work locally, RPS Auto is the best! I've been servicing all my vehicles here for years and bought a few as well. Ravi will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. They also handle insurance claims for body damage as well. Don't let the size of the shop fool you, I've been in the industry for over 15 years and have seen shops 5 times the size that cant produce half the quality like they can. Make sure to stop by and check them out!!
There was an amazing mechanic there. I believe his name was keishawn. He basically explained everything to me & my car was running like brand new! He's the best!

Funny story and if this gets deleted I’ll make it my mission in life to keep repeating this review. My old car was parked outside my aunts house for a while then one day it goes missing I looked into every tow company and couldn’t find my car. Someone name RAVINDRA decided to post my car on Facebook market place claiming to be a worker or affiliated with this company. To top it off he post on market place that my car has no title cause he lost it but is still trying to sell it. Obviously this company is into scams if there willing to sell a stolen vehicle. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! And please expect me to repeat this to the dmv and whoever else I need to , to make sure this shop is shut down this is unbelievable and nobody should be sold a stolen car
