The first and most important reason why I think someone should go here is because of the kind and good-hearted person who runs the shop. He is a pleasure to deal with and he is there to take care of you. Another reason is the quality of the work they produce is superb and you know that your car is in good hands as well. Had a significant dent and scrape on my drivers side rear door. After getting estimates from a few shops around town, this shop felt the most genuine. My car was finished within 2 days (as said when I dropped it off). My car looks like nothing happened to it. Amazing amazing work! And the best price
A work acquaintance recommended J&D years ago and I have been a customer since. Jeff and the whole staff make a difficult time easier with courtesy, efficiency and excellent work. Any car comes out looking like it just came off the showroom floor. I highly recommend J&D not only for their impeccable work, but also for their integrity and professionalism.

I went to Hewlett Auto Body Shop because I had a broken mirror and expected to spend at least $500. This was my first time there and I didn’t know anyone, but everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. The owner looked at my mirror and suggested fixing it with glue instead of replacing it, which I really appreciated since I wasn’t looking to spend too much.
When I came back to pick up my car, he told me the service was free! I would have happily paid much more. He easily could have told me it took hours, but instead he was honest and said it only took about half an hour. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need my car fixed again.
There isn’t anyone nicer more sincere honest and trustworthy than Jeff and Carlos. And they do an amazing job too They have been fixing our cars for years and we are always so pleased with the job they do There is no job too small and they have never not been able to help us in any way
Just stopped in for a little something and expected the usual runaround that everyone gives you these days. But they fixed it immediately and barely a cost. I actually have more real work that needs to be done and now they will get it. That's how businesses stay in business!

They just helped me out - again. I noticed a tiny bit of rust in an area on the back of my car. A couple of hours after I dropped it off, they had taken care of it. And they did the work for, let's just say, WAY less money than anyone else would have done it for.
Not only do they do great work, but they are genuinely very nice people. I've been going to them for years and I recommend them to everyone without hesitation.
Jeff and Carlos did an amazing Job fixing my C8! Got it looking brand new again. These guys treated me like family and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I absolutely love this place. The guy behind the counter, Carlos, was super attentive and took care of every one of my needs. He was very caring and seemed genuinely concerned with my situation. He ensured me that everything will be taken care of... and delivered! The quality of work was better than any I've seen by far! It sucks living this close to the city and having so many issues with body work. It seems that everyone is out to get you and the repairs are never up to par. This place definitely does it right though. I will come back whenever fate strikes again.

As an auto enthusiast, auto body work has always been a cringing point for me. You never know how the work is going to come out until all the time and money is spent. I've been on the receiving end of many HORRIBLE jobs. Some which were actually just bad jobs, and others jobs were "okay", but deep down inside I was left extremely disappointed. I was referred to Hewlett Auto Body from my boss and I do not have enough good things to say about them! The images should speak for themselves, but I had to write here to say that if you need auto body work done, look no further! These guys are the best and the customer service is beyond your wildest dreams. I worked mainly with Carlos who was an angel sent! I was let down after facing 2 hit and runs and when I meet with Carlos, from day 1 he was extremely supportive and responsive. All I had to do was call my auto insurance carrier to file a claim and Carlos and his team took care of everything else. They made this process extremely stress free and when I went to pick up the car I was in near tears with the quality of work Carlos and his team preformed. Bring your car here if you care about having the job done right the 1st time around.
