I came in after my water pump broke and coolant leaked all over the southern parkway a couple days ago. Got right off exit 18 and luckily the shop was right there~ staff is super friendly and very affordable!! Super fast service and I can’t stress enough how friendly everyone is here! I was on the road with a new water pump and oil change in a couple of hours I’m not from this West Hempstead but this is my shop now. Come check them out and you will know what I’m talking about

I was just there this morning. Spoke to Moren about my GMC Envoy not starting, in spite of a new battery and starter. It would start when jumped. He told me that my battery didn't have sufficient amperage. I need to get a heavy duty battery. This saved me $$! Thank you, Moren! This will be my auto repair shop from now on. It's also only half a mile from home.

Didn’t get any service done here but spoke to Meron over the phone with some questions regarding breaks. He walked me through what I might need (only pads vs pads + rotor replacement) and shared price upfront. (I found that most places don’t share pricing which is frustrating). I just needed to double check that the price I’m paying with another place is within market range, which I confirmed it is. Although I’m getting the service done in the other place, I would strongly consider coming here in the future if needed. Thanks Meron! (Hope the spelling is correct)

What an amazing experience we had at Andy's Auto Repair/Sales shop. We took our daughter who will be graduating from college to purchase her 1st vehicle! When O tell you we've never met individuals so jonest about their cars, I couldn't believe it. Meron and the other Manager were so transparent! WE received, efficient support when asking about her various she wanted. They were patient, professional and filled with integrity from the time we walked on the lot til picking up the vehicle in only 2 days so that it was serviced fully! My daughter has a smile on her face and we will be forever customers! So far an A++
My regular mechanic. They don't bang you over the prices. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Work is done quickly. I have zero complaints, and will use these guys for years to come.
Came here when my brakes stopped working as I was driving to work. I didn't give them any notice but they took in my car, inspected it, and got it fixed up within the day. They also saved me money on parts by fixing up what I already had instead of buying completely new and didn't try to convince me to do anything other than what I asked. I will absolutely be coming back, even if they're out of my way, just because of how happy I am with the service. It's been a few weeks and my car is still running great. Highly recommend to anyone.
I always have good experiences at Andy’s because they are always transparent with everything and have fair prices. Meron is always knowledgeable and helpful and straightforward with everything. I’ve been going here for a while and recommended them to my mother as well as my girlfriend. I’ve even had an issue with my car that Honda Service misdiagnosed, a Honda Accord their own product , and Andy’s was able to find out what was really wrong with my car.
I have only had positive experiences with the entire Andy's crew. They know everyone in my family by first name and I find they are honest and hard working. They have fixed my family's cars a number of times and have done an outstanding job each time. I highly highly recommend their service.
