Update to my update: The work they did was great....yes! But I left something valuable in my car and now it has disappeared. It's very frustrating. They want to call me crazy, making me feel like I did not leave it in my car. I'm certain 200% that it was in my back seat. Now it just vanished. No one knows what happened to it. You know how it goes. So, for that I give 3 stars. Apparently someone needed more than I did. So, they can keep it.
They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great auto repairs. Kevin always takes the time to answer any questions I may have and provides me with all the options available- from repair to replacement. Was stranded on the highway in Long Island and came across the number for Kaylas. I told them I was stuck with my child in the car and within 30 minutes they showed up. They went above and beyond to get us home and offered us services to repair the car. They towed the car back to their shop, repaired the following day and delivered it back to me in Queens. My aunt was broken down near the I-495 and she called throughly all-state and we I was there with her and we ended up waiting 3+hrs for no tow truck to come! So I looked up a private one and this was the bet recommendation one! They weren’t kidding! Kevin the tow truck guy that came I called him at 6pm and he arrived at 6:15! If you’re ever in a broken down situation, plz I advise you to use this company or a private one company! The one tow truck guy through all-state was rude and not worth what my aunt put down for no help to come! Highly commend this towing company

Best towing company. I delt with Kevin. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I had to have my car towed from the service dept of dealership to my mechanic. I was not present during the process, but Kevin picked up my calls, and always answered any questions I had and give me status updates along the way. He made a stressful process extremely easy.
My Hybrid was dead! Due to how the car was parked and it being front wheel drive, he would not be able to tow it if I couldn’t move it. He took his time to charge the battery and managed to charge it enough to make it to my mechanic. He even followed me to the mechanics just in case it died on me again. Very professional, very kind and very patient with all of my questions. Highly recommend this company!!

This guy was excellent. He towed my totaled vehicle all the way from Westbury to Jamaica using local traffic. He followed all my preferences when I explained to him I wanted the vehicle placed in my driveway, even though it was a tight spot he managed to do it with ease and with a great attitude.
