Ordered a Mopar Windshield Sunshade for my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X. Cons: The sunshade did not fit very well, with large gaps all around, especially below the safety sensor box under the rearview mirror. I returned the sunshade, which cost me $25 to ship back. Mopar refunded the cost of the sunshade, but I was out the cost of the shipping, sales tax, and return shipping. Pros: Mopar processed my order quickly, and also processed my refund quickly. I have since purchased a full set of sunshades from WeatherTech that fit perfectly in all of the windows in my Jeep.

I received authentic Mopar parts for my 2019 Dodge Charger. I found the entire fog light kit for my car. My dealership installed them with no complications. I am very satisfied. My car looks amazing.

Everything I’ve ordered from here has been great and just as described. It usually arrives ahead of schedule or on time and always the perfect fit.

Needed the right-side emblem for my Trail Hawk Grand Cherokee. They got me the OEM part for 40% less than the local Jeep Dealer. Carlos was quick to respond to updates on the lead time. The parts arrived securely pack. I will reach out to them on any future part needs.

Everything I ordered was original parts and came when expected. Only issue I had was when i ordered rear wheel well covers for Ram. They are flimsy plastic and weren't packaged in a box just shipped naked. Result of that being They were not taken care of during shipping and became crushed and creased. Some of the creases aren't noticeable but a couple you can see as soon as you look in the wheel well. They are large but should be protected inside a box.

I recently made a purchase from this company, and when I received my order, it was missing an item. I quickly emailed their customer service and They sent out the missing part immediately and gave me a return label to return the extra item. Great customer service, and would recommend.

I shopped the internet looking for a security cover for my vehicle and found Mopar Original parts had the best price. I had to unfortunately send this shipment back for a replacement. This Company stood behind what they sell and made sure I was completely satisfied. I recommend and hope to do business again with this company. UPDATE: In the past few days I have been contacted by a Mopar parts service rep and this has been resolved. I'm appreciative of the customer service provided since I posted this review. Thanks Mopar. . . . PREVIOUS POST .... Would love to give a good review but I can’t. At least not yet. I was sent the wrong floor mats and I’ve been trying to reach someone for a week to correct things and work out a return but no one answers the phone or returns my calls. I’ve also left a ticket to request help but no one’s contacted me. I love my Jeep and I really like Mopar genuine parts but I need some help.

Returning an item is expensive, so make sure to triple check that your item ‘fits’ or else the shipping cost will nearly cost as much as the item itself. Lessons learned: I will purchase local versus purchasing an item being shipped from the East coast to SoCal and read or inquire on the shop’s return policy before purchasing. I bought and received the 2024 Rubicon mats- 23AB I had asked for an exchange for the 2024 Rubicon PHEV rubber mats-24AB which they won’t. The customer will absorb the shipping costs. Item purchased before taxes: $177 Shipping back the mats via UPS: $81 The one star is for the return policy. Not reflective of the 5 stars I’d give to Carlos who was helpful w/ quick responsive emails. I’m sure the correct model mats I reordered will look sweet once installed.

The part I ordered was not in stock, which is OK but I wish I had been notified before I had to ask. That's why 4 starts. Other than that the packing was good, part was good and I had the part within 2 weeks. Granted it's not an every day part but I don't know what is stocked and what isn't. When I need another part for my truck I will seriously consider ordering from this vendor again. Thank you.

I ordered fender flares for my 2021 jeep wrangler. They fit perfect and took less than an hour to install. Shipping was timely even with the ice storm that hit the area.

Ordering was easy, shipping reasonable, and easy to follow package online. The glovebox kit was in perfect condition and well boxed. I would have given five stars except that I was disappointed that the glovebox light was not included with the "kit." Overall, the lack of a light make the kit incomplete. There should at least be a "caution" note that the light must be ordered separately. I had to order elsewhere, wait, then I'll have to removed the already installed box to add it.

After 10 emails about receiving wrong part, your representative will not send me return label to return part. It cost almost 17 dollars to ship back and I already paid 17 dollars to have sipped to me. Terrible customer service, repeated phone calls and transferred to 4 different people. One Representative said he had right number to call and it was the exact number I had called him on. No one has wanted to help me. Air filter had right number on it but did not match picture that was posted with it. I can’t use it. I ordered it on the 8th and received 3 weeks later. I need correct air filter and no one will help me with that. Never again

Ordered a part for my Jeep and it came in a timely manner and of good quality! Was easy to install. I like how they kept me updated on the delivery by email. I’m definitely using them again if I ever need to!

Ordered bezel and tow hook for the Gladiator. Transaction was super smooth, shipped quickly, and exact fit. Ordering the performance wipers from them next. Great business to deal with. Update: Received my second order the other day. Everything was as first experience was. Super smooth transaction, good communication. Will return to Mopar Original Parts from here on out
