Let me start off by saying that this towing truck business is dedicated to the underdogs and when I say that I mean they meet you halfway, they work with you and they help you and your time of need and they’re nice and kind and helpful and they don’t make you wait long for services. The gentleman that arrived was very nice and very patient as BMW took a while to get the car. He did everything to make sure my car was protected so there would be no damage. He arrived very fast after the initial call was placed. I will always use this company going forward.

My trip to Costco was cut short by my transmission fluid leaking everywhere on sunrise hwy. My car wouldn’t go in drive or reverse. Luckily my sister and I found this tow and at a very reasonable price! The gentleman was very nice and helpful. He got there super quick and we honestly jus made a joke out of the whole situation. I was stuck on the LIE service road a few weeks ago and this tow truck service saw me and came to the rescue. They were reasonably priced and very friendly. After helping me they helped a stranded motorcycle who was a few feet away from as well.
