I can’t give more than five star, I brought my Santa Fe here after a rear end crash, and they did an amazing job with the repair and they even detailed my car afterward. They gave me a paint sample for future touch-ups, such a thoughtful touch. Great experience — highly recommend.

I went to Sagamore with horrible damage to both doors on my Honda crv. I had no idea how to do anything with insurance etc. Not only does my truck look brand new but they handled everything with the insurance and adjuster and the rental car and told me to just relax. It was a fabulous experience at such a stressful time. Also, my truck was finished very quickly, b4 the time period they estimated. Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but if I have to there is no better place to go for body work.

The worst experience with any shop by far. My car gets brought in needing a buffing of the rim,side panel and repaint. I was a shocked from the beginning when they said it would take 2 weeks but okay. When I call for an update after the 2 weeks were up - the receptionist, with attitude, says everything was done except for the paint and would need to call back in another 2 weeks ( I should of pulled my car back at this redflag ). After the 2 weeks, the girl tells me they now need to order another part and it will be another 4 days ...... ???? I tell the woman that I need an email written with what has been completed on the car and what I am still waiting for. She agreed but the email never came. I called again - now spoke to a different woman and after an exhausting back and forth she agrees to send me an update email in 15min. An hour later a random mechanic calls and quickly rushes over the phone what work needs to be done and he's '' very busy and im lucky he even called me to explain it. ". When I went to pick my car up - my battery magically died? I would never recommend this place to anybody
The crew working on my car is undoubtedly the most skilled and professional I've ever encountered. They're not only exceptionally talented but also incredibly kind individuals. It's rare to find such a combination of expertise and warmth in one place. If you have any car issues, there's no need to look elsewhere; this is the place to go.
So we had a crazy storm, I left home around 5am since it was still dark I somehow managed to drive over a tree which was stuck underneath my truck with the length so long it came out the front and back. This was a big boy. Anyway, I called 911, they called Sagamore and quoted me $200 to lift me up and get me off this thing. Sagamore showed up in 15 MINUTES!!! When does that EVER HAPPEN with tow trucks??!! I was met by Gary who did everything in his power to un longe this tree. On the mud, back and forth, I felt terrible. Long story short he freed me with no damage to my under carriage and when I asked how to pay he tells me don’t worry you have enough going on. I couldn’t believe people like this exist. I wish I had cash on me for a tip, but I will be recommending this business forever. That meant so much to me. Thank you.
Can you say above and beyond??!! This place is unreal. I don’t think I’ve encountered a more competent small business in my life. Could not be happier. I brought my car in for a dent repair and they gave me back what looks, feels and smells like a brand new vehicle. It is as clean and as the day I bought it and the paint looks like glass.

Sagamore Collision has some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Not to mention they are a certified and recommended body repair shop for all manufacturers. They were able to locate and contact on my behalf the person's insurance company who hit my car when my own insurance company was no help. They handled everything for me start to finish. My car looked better when they were done then before it was hit. They even took care of some extra small damage areas on my car. They were communicative, responsive, super friendly, accommodating, and very professional. They set me up with a rental car, and when my car was finished, returned it to me spotless inside and out!! I can't say enough nice things about them, especially Eddie, Gary, and Sharon, they truly take pride in their work and care about their customers. Very highly recommend!
Went to them because they are Tesla authorized. We’ll, I could not have asked for better service and my car came back looking so much better. Not only did the fix my car that had been sideswiped, they also detailed my car. It was spotlessly clean and shiny. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Sagamore Collision did a fantastic job on the repairs to my 2019 Mazda3. The car looks new and is gorgeous. I highly recommend them-everyone is so nice and Gary (and the rest of the staff!!) was incredibly accommodating- I always felt as though I was in good hands. I would use them again without hesitation!
I had an accident in my 2020 Jeep Compass. It was my first accident in 15 years. It's also a 6 month old car. I had absolutely no idea what to do. A coworker of mine highly recommended them, and I'm absolutely glad he did. I can't say enough good things about Sagamore. Nicole walked me through everything, she made all the necessary calls for me (car rental, insurance company to sort out the assessment, etc). The car took longer to repair than anticipated, but in the world of covid, and a snow storm, it's not surprising. I also called them pretty frequently to ask if it was ready yet, and they never once made me feel like I was annoying. When I picked up my jeep, it was beautiful. There was one small scratch, but they buffed it out for me. No issue. The ONLY thing I suggest for everyone is check over your car after it's done. Things happen, and I don't blame anyone for that. I hope I never have to use them again, for obvious reasons, but I highly recommend them for anyone who had the unfortunate experience of a car accident.
I've been going to Sagamore for about 6 years now, and they absolutely never fail to disappoint. Super reliable, the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating, and they make you feel right at home. They treat customers like family and that's hard to come by these days. I sent my car in after an accident and my car came back looking better than when I had originally bought it. Parts were fixed and my car was finely detailed. I couldn't be happier!
Sagamore is an excellent body shop to get your work done. I had paint and body work for my Tesla Model S done there. My car looks better than new. Joe and Charlie both were very professional, available and courteous all the time. Even the front desk staff was excellent. They dealt with insurance directly with no hiccups. Recommend them to anyone anytime.
I received the worst service possible for my brand new 2020 Jeep, I only had the car off the lot for 2 total months before it was crashed into on one side. From car rental to standard service, pretty much nothing went right. My vehicle was quoted for a 30 day fix. That turned into 4+ months of me without a vehicle. I was completely overcharged for my rental due to this problem which was the least of my worries. Every time I called they would tell me one more week and we’ll have the car complete. This was not the case. I received an attitude pretty frequently from the receptionist even though the mechanic was pretty friendly. When I finally received what was a brand new 2020 Jeep, all 4 sides of my bumper were scratched Up, the interior was disgustingly dirty, steering wheel scratched etc. they promised me they would order in new bumpers and clean the interior for me but will have to charge extra to insurance. We agreed on that and I’ve now been waiting 6+ months for my new parts to come in, I don’t believe they even ordered them at this point. They really just didn’t seem to care much for me or my vehicle and I would absolutely never recommend this place of business to anyone.

They provided BETTER customer service than my dealership by always taking my calls and answering any questions I had. The staff to tow are clean cut and courteous. The front office staff is efficient and professional. They Walked us through what would be done step by step. Had all the paperwork prepared and waiting for us when we arrived. They took care of all the insurance headache and the car was ready in less then two weeks! The body work is seamless - perfect. It is impossible for anyone looking at the truck to see where or what was touched by Sagamore. And the interior detailing is unbelievable. Our truck looks like it just rolled off the dealership floor. This is the third vehicle we’ve had work done by Sagamore. If we find ourselves needing work done again in the future Sagamore is the only shop that we will use. No other shop compares to the attention to detail that goes into the repairs done there. Honestly do not think there’s a better collision/repair shop around.
The entire staff especially Gary take care of your car like it was their own car. The professionalism, courteous service and excellent work put my entire family at ease and my 2012 Charger looks brand new. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody they are the best!!!

Eddie and the guys were great! They have done work to two cars and they have been extremely helpful in taking care of all the insurance claims for one car, and on the other car, they gave me a new hood and did an excellent job on the paint job and completely cleaned the car. They had both cars ready when promised. Just moved to OB a year ago, and they will be my collision repair team for life! Thanks Sagamore Collision!
