I bought transmission from this places with 3 months warranty after 1 month brake down the transmission never give me the money also other transmission real rip off

I call and they Told me that they have the part I need drove there for two and half hours and they telling me that they don’t have it,
I wouldn’t fix a car there and wouldn’t buy anything from them, someone was fighting with the worker that he massed up the ac System on his car

New york prices for salvage parts are ridiculous, but i called these guys, and they were able to work with my budget and got me a part for the same day. I appreciate it when a business makes an effort to work with you and your budget.
Took my car for a part replacement, and after l drove home, my car started misfiring, hesitating, and loses power when going up small hills, and is leaking oil, something it never did before going there. They don't take responsibility. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET ANY WORK DONE AT THIS PLACE. I THINK THEY REMOVED SOME PARTS AND REPLACED WITH FAULTY ONES, SO I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK AND BUY THEM AND PAY MORE MONEY. DO NOT BUY NOR HAVE ANY WORK DONE THERE. THEY ARE CROOKS AND TERRIBLE MECHANIC.
They selling the parts too expensive for example. They selling a radiator for the same price at autozone. That's insane. And they needs to clean the office. Floor is highly disgusting.
Scratched 2 rims on my Jeep, found these guys on Facebook. Drove down from CT and they hooked me up with 2 replacements in great condition for a great price. Thanks again!
Customer service was terrible. Not only are they very expensive for used parts, they are also dishonest. I went for a window door switch they wanted $50 and then we came to an agreement for $40. I went to pick it up and it was different, they had another one but they told me it will cost $75. They are crooks and lairs. Got the window switch close by from another salvage yard for only $25.
I went there today spending almost 40 min to wait on a rear tail light, when they show me the part it was an aftermarket trying to sell it for $75, I try to negotiate the price and they did reduce for $50 but is the value for a brand new part. Very disappointed on the prices and the waiting time. If you’re planning to visit this place make sure to inspection the parts prior take it! Obviously Aftermarket parts are not the same Quality as OEM!!!!! First and last time visiting this place…
Great Place! Jessica is very helpful, very knowledgeable and very professional. She makes this place run like clockwork. Fast and easy service , on top of great prices. If i could give this place a 10/10 i would. will be coming back.
Before I purchased a radio from this place I spoke a few times over the phone to Hugo that works there and was guaranteed that the radio was in working condition. When I came to pick up the radio I noticed it was all dusty and asked him again if he is absolutely sure its working and his reply was "sure, guaranteed". Well, at the end this radio is not working and I am told that I should have looked at the receipt that indicates that electrical parts have to warranty! I was never advised or warned about it during my phone conversations or in person on the day I paid for it prior the purchase. That is misrepresentation at list. After talking to them this morning I have a feeling I am not getting my money back. They are just fooling customers with empty promises to make sale while acting friendly!
Today I have to add that to their credit I have been offered a solution and hopefully my problem will be resolved.
Thanks to the Long Island Delayway (Long Island Expressway for those that don't know the pain) one of my steel rims got badly bent and I needed it replaced. This place had a replacement ready the next day. That and the oil change took about 30 minutes, after not even 30 minutes of waiting. These guys are fast, and do great work!
The absolute worst parts are destroyed they ask for more money than they cost new they make you wait 2 to 3 hours and tell you they don't have it it's a joke don't waste your time you'll regret it if you do
Good people. I might be biased because my wife is from their country, or that they're a family that works together to make a good, necessary business happen, or because you can look some people in the eye and see they're honorable.

So here goes called for a control module said he had the part wanted 250.00 called the following day said that they cant find it. Called the following day now they found it. Asked them if they could deliver it to my shop about 4 miles away the following morning the woman took the order and said no problem. I made sure to ask if they take company checks for payment she said yes. The following morning I called to verify delivery time. Now I was told that I needed to pay cash. I am not surprised as others have had similar experiences. This place is not worth the trouble. This guy was nasty on the phone as well
Said he had a part I needed. Drove an hour to where they told me it was. When I got there they didn't have it! Then was rude about it! As if it were somehow my fault! Super unorganized! Thumbs down! Don't bother!
Im a shop owner, so we order 1000s of parts in a week. Every time i needed a part from Lopez Auto Salvage/repair shop, they said they cant find it after having us drive 30 mins. Gave them 3 chances and it was a mistake. If they post the parts online that its available and you call to verify and then go pick it up... they say they cant find it. Very unorganized and some what disrespectful after they know they are wrong. Dont waste ur time call someone else.
The people are great there. There their to help you not to be your punching bag when things don't go your way. You yell what you expect is going to happen especially when your to hard headed to listen. Everyone knows that electrical parts have no warranty. So you can not just come back and say you don't need it anymore and get your money back. And also when your to ignorant to see that their offering you back the refund and you still taking them to court. What a waist of people time because you want to be right and also trying to keep there part. There not perfect but the owner is a very nice guy. And the employees are wonderful.
Worst place I have ever dealt with. They put wrong rear end in my truck $1200 and said would fix for $500. Can't use 4x4 thanks to them. See u in court
