I asked for a bag, and the young man said it’s only for delivery drivers, although I had seen him give bags to non-delivery drivers or instances where individuals who weren’t delivery drivers would take the bag while he was right there. After, he decided to end his lie by saying you had to pay for it. I threatened to tell a manager and while being thoughtless and rude he said “why”, and he also refused to give his name. I told an employee I was looking for a manager and she said she would go get one, and had me wait for 30 minutes and never came back. I was also waiting for a long time with my grandson and daughter since another man had been unclear on the instructions on how to use the Spark checkout after it was not working. WORST WALMART EVER, DO NOT COME!!

First time there in many years. I went there to return 2 items I got from ordering on line. I was lucky to get parking in the front by the store .wow it was like a circus lmao people ever where.glad I was only there to return 2 items. what I saw was the most nasty thing I had ever seen someone was returning a mattresses .I wanted to leave once I saw that . I had 3 people in front of me so I stayed .I don't think I will be going back there again .

NEVER EVER GO HERE. EVEN IF YOU ARE DYI NG AND THERES A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE AND THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT HAS WATER AND FOOD LEFT.
ID RATHER D i E THEN EVER GO HERE AGAIN!
The reason is for today’s visit there around11:am . I had to buy groceries and went to use the restroom to tinkle. All the stalls were full and the one that opened was used by a walmart employee. She or someone else left it dirty with pee all over. Not even flushed. I couldn't not wait and had to use it. When I left the stall another walmart employee was waiting and refused to use it blaming me that I messed it up.
I said “that was like the before” as she proceeded to insult me in front of other customers and employees. I left without buying anything because accusations and harassment. I hope she reads this and the manager take notice. I wish I got her name.
This ruined my day & I will tell everyone never to go there. So to the nasty nasty lady who tried to embarrass me I hope you get some etiquette and manners training. You will not last at any job by harassing people.
Never ever go here. Zero stars.Jan 16, 2026 -
I had a really bad experience at this Walmart because of an employee named Berelyn. From the start, she was passive-aggressive, dismissive, and very condescending.
When I asked for help finding a product, she seemed annoyed right away. The shelf was empty, but the website said it was in stock and we had literally just picked one up earlier. I politely asked if she could check the system or the back, and she snapped, “I just told you, there’s no more,” without checking anything.
Later, when my partner tried to see if a nearby locked case was already open, she rudely said, “I’m standing right here,” in a very unnecessary tone. Everything about her attitude made us feel uncomfortable.
We are very polite people and always say please and thank you, but this was the first time we didn’t—because there was honestly nothing to be thankful for. I just wanted to leave.Jan 14, 2026 -
Extremely unprofessional behavior at Customer Service
I visited this Walmart location and went to the Customer Service desk expecting basic professionalism and assistance. Instead, the associate helping me answered a personal video call and proceeded to carry on a full conversation while I stood there waiting. This was not a quick interruption—it was ongoing and completely inappropriate for someone working in a customer-facing role.
Customer Service is supposed to be focused on helping customers, not handling personal matters on company time, especially in full view of the public. This showed a lack of respect for customers and for Walmart’s brand standards.
Walmart needs to implement and enforce firm policies regarding personal phone use, especially video calls, while employees are on duty and assisting customers. Situations like this reflect poorly on store management and create an experience that feels careless and unprofessional.
I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces expectations so customers receive the level of service they should reasonably expect.Jan 07, 2026 -
Walmart is a nice shopping mall with a wide variety of products. The prices are very reasonable, and it’s a family-oriented place where you can find almost everything in one trip. The store is convenient, well-organized, and great for everyday shopping.

THIS PARTICULAR WALMART LOCATION, Never any parking, Especially for the Handicapped (only like 8 Handicapped parking spaces for thousands of NY shoppers). The shopping carts are always all over the parking-lot but NOT properly stacked IN the store entrances. They'll have many employee operated cash-registers NOT OPEN, even if the LINES are VERY LONG. OFTEN the wait to purchase is 30-60 minutes. & they're often out of stock of vital products like PARENT'S CHOICE Pampers, car oils, O.N.N. earbuds, milk, meats. Employees never seem to have a key to unlock shelves, or they're never around when you buzz the alarms to get help. PRICES always excellent!

This is the closest location to me and it's always packed. It's always a mess. You can never find items that they say are in stock. You can't do pick up orders with food. One time my delivery order was stolen by the driver. I honestly order from Levittown's neighborhood market location and take the drive or pick up on the way home when I'm in that area.

I haven't shopped in this store for years and still does not disappoint..I had thee questions..three different places in the store and the associates were very helpful

Went today with my grandma. It was very packed and a lot of people were on top of each other with no sense of boundaries. What concerns me is some of the employees have said they do not want to be in today due to they feel tired.
I personally feel if you know what job you signed up and what is expected and yet the employee doesn't want to work today. Well! Why work then? Why did you apply in first place? Saying these remarks tells me someone who applied and got rejected who has the confidence and is dedicated should have had that job not someone who just needs a paycheck.
Of course we all need money to survive but you can't earn money with a bad attitude and mentality. Not every job works for everyone but apply if you know you don't like working there in first place. That store needs more positive and dedicated workers. Let's keep all workers motivated and give every worker a reason why they are doing a great job when they get the work done. Honest, hard working workers do deserve a praise! Everyone of us deserves a praise of hardwork!Dec 18, 2025 -
Is the value worth the aggravation shopping there? It’s such a busy store you can’t move down the aisles due to them restocking shelves which makes it extremely frustrating. In addition, they hire non English speaking people who can’t answer a question. Half the stock people are partying with dreadful music coming from their smartphones.

This Walmart has been out of shopping bags for several days now. Running out of bags is ridiculous. But not letting the customer know you have no bag until you start ringing things up is a total no no. They really need better management.

Went tonight to pick up an order at this loction. I walked over to the pick up area but didn’t see the exact location. I saw a young lady putting bags into another bag, and instinct kicked in to ask her if she works there. Immediately, with a nasty attitude, she replied “are you serious”? I thought she was joking, so with a smile I said “I didn’t see a vest or ID so that’s why Im asking..” she sucked her teeth, and said “I don’t need any of those things..” I walked away, and a gentleman saw what happened and asked if I needed help. He said his name was Shamar, he was working at Pick Up. Amazing attitude, above and beyond, true gentleman. As for the young lady, she needs to be reprimanded. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store. It doesnt take much to have positive customer service. If she was having a bad day, stay home or find employment that doesn’t require speaking to the public. Im sorry, but im not sorry. Thank you Shamar, again.

It’s Walmart, so you generally know what to expect. It can get extremely busy at certain times, especially on weekends or around holidays. I wouldn’t recommend going in the afternoon on a Saturday or Sunday — try going earlier in the day or during the middle of the week. Curbside pickup is also much easier and faster if you want to avoid the crowds.
When I went today, it wasn’t too busy, but usually the store is packed. During holidays, you can expect some shelves to be empty with fewer options. On regular days, they normally have a good variety of items.
Finding an employee can be a challenge in most aisles, but the electronics department almost always has someone around if you need help. I definitely recommend downloading the Walmart app beforehand — it makes it a lot easier to find items and do price checks without searching for an employee.
The store overall is fairly clean, but I wouldn’t recommend using the front bathroom. It’s always busy and can get messy quickly. The bathroom near the electronics area in the back is usually empty and much cleaner.
Parking is almost always packed. If you see a spot toward the back of the parking lot, take it — you probably won’t find anything near the front unless you get lucky.
Overall, it’s a solid Walmart with the typical pros and cons, and a 4-star experience for what it is.Nov 30, 2025 -
It was very chaotic hectic and cluttered. After I purchased what I did, the sales associate told me that because I use my Walmart pay app my receipt would be on my phone and didn’t give me a physical receipt. I proceeded to go to subways, which was gross and had trash everywhere. By the time I left subways and headed out the front door, my phone was dead. I was then stopped by security who told me I cannot leave until I produced the receipt. I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant and I had to stand there looking humiliated like I stole something For at least 15 minutes while security pulled up camera footage to confirm that I paid for all of my things. On top of that, there were no bags

First I have to commend the store workers.
Now, okay it is November 22nd and we are in Thanksgiving season and Christmas - yet I felt like I was at grand central station in the cusp of rush hour.
Walmart I don’t know what you would have to do - for this Walmart to be remotely appealing. Yet it needs a complete overhaul.
Allies too small, so much - I just don’t have the time and energy.
Actually the most important thing is your parking lot - that’s a “DEATH TRAP” - you need to fix this, it took longer to get out of the parking lot than the time I took to find my items and make my purchases.
I’m sorry yet - I need to find a smaller and cleaner Walmart to go to.Nov 22, 2025 -
My favorite superstore — but they really need to regulate their products. These eggs are not real, no way! Take a look at that white chalk — that’s the shell of the egg.

At Walmart, prices are always agreeable. Product quality is often up to par. On occasion, a product may be defective but the generous return policy ultimately makes this a painless issue.
Best thing about the new Walmart experience is the OnePay innovation. Very convenient.Nov 08, 2025 -

It was my first time at the store. Needed a gaming laptop for our son. Online showed they had it so we decided to get there early before the crowd rolled in. Went to the electronic section. There was an employee there, probably the worse employee in the entire store. Completely miserable. We waited for her over 40 minutes. Rejoined the line and waited again because even though we informed her that we needed help 40 minutes ago- before she had customers, we were ignored.
I remembere her name with the first letter "Z". She then came to help after I rejoined the line. In the end - they did not have the laptop. Ended up at Best buy- service was amazing and we found what we needed. I 'd rafher spend my money where I feel valued and is given basic human courtesy- not asking for much. I will never ever visit this walmart again. One and done.Oct 19, 2025 -
I had a good and fun pick up experience at the Green Acres location. The person that pick up name is Sharmall and he was patient, nice, and pleasant. I learn something about Jamaican's I did not know and I was able to speak to his supervisor Dwayne to give the compliment.

We usually have a difficult time, due in part by our mutual disabilities, when we go to Walmart, but usually find the merchandise we aim to find without trouble until this trip on Friday. We went to find shoes for my wife, but could not find the type of shoe she needed; until a kindly and very helpful associate, Shumari, helped my wife and I by not only finding the correct type of shoe and the right size, but also helped my wife adjust the laces, put them on her feet, and helped her to her feet to test them. Not only that, but her manner and accommodating demeanor made us feel like we were not a burden. She was so sweet! I want to commend the actions of this Walmart employee. I hope Walmart recognizes the efforts of Shumari. She keeps a well organized shoe department and the areas around it. When we encountered her we mistook her for a maintenance worker. She was sweeping and picking up debris that customers produce when trying on shoes. Upon seeing us, she cut short her activities and immediately commenced to helping us. It was the kind of service we hadn't encountered since we both worked in retail a long time ago. It was very much appreciated. So thank you Shumari for your kindness and attention.

This would be my 1st time visiting this location and by far the worst one I've been too. 1st it's very busy which is understandable which caused me to wait outside for a shopping cart. I had to wait in the parking lot for someone to unload their cart and there were two other customers waiting for the same cart. 2nd I've asked an employee for assistance and she wasn't very helpful i had to ask a different employee for help. There were not enough open self checkout registers which created a very long line. Once I was heading out the parking lot it took several minutes to exit. I normally go to locations in NJ but decided to visit this one to see how it was, never again. It just seem to disorganized not enough shopping carts for the volume of customers they get and inexperienced employees. I'm sure during the week is not as busy.

I visited the Walmart Supercenter in Green Acres Mall today, and overall, the experience was satisfactory with a few highlights and observations.
The store had a good variety of items, and I managed to pick up everything on my list, as reflected in my receipt.
The layout made it easy to locate essential items. The aisles were clearly labeled and tidy.
While there was a bit of a line, there were multiple checkout counters open, which helped in reducing wait times.
The store was bustling, which led to some congestion in certain aisles and at the checkout counters.
It seemed like the staff were stretched thin; a bit more presence on the floor to assist customers would have been helpful.
The store was clean, well-lit, and maintained a welcoming shopping environment. Despite the crowd, the experience was smooth, and the checkout process was efficient.
I’ll likely return for future purchases, given the convenience and variety offered at this location.Nov 22, 2024 -
Humongous parking area. Store is the widths of two or three football fields.
Was in search of baseball cards for my grandson. Asked an employee: “I don’t know.” Asked another: “Stationery section,” she replied. When I was surrounded by pens and paper, I asked her again. “Toys,” I was told. Nope. Tried once more and miraculously found an employee willing to do her job. She checked her inventory device-the same one all the other workers carry-and told me, “No. No baseball cards.” Then I went in search for a certain toy. Employee number 5 assured me they did not have it.
I found it 2 aisles over. And while I was on the self checkout line, I found the baseball cards.Jun 28, 2024 -
This is the most convenient location to NYC. It's well kept, the workers try their best to keep everything clean and stocked. The bathrooms are clean about 80% of the time and they maintain them pretty regularly. They're always getting stock and refilling the areas that need it. Sometimes it's hard to maneuver between the pallets but at least I know more products are coming in. The lines move the way you would expect them to, sometimes its fast and most times it's slow Self check out is the greatest thing and the workers there are helpful. They recently renovated and increased security, in a helpful but not overbearing way. Overall, not a bad location, especially during the slower / off-peak times.
