This business is permanently closed. Good resource for years and halfway decent prices but went today and they’re scrapping all the cars and selling the property
Extremely rude. Terrible customer service. Anytime you call this place its like dragging teeth almost as if they dont care to help. I called for a tire and rim and it took almost 3 hrs for them to get back to me, quoted me on the phone a certain price and charged more when I arrived. I more recently called asking for specific parts and the response was “i dont know”. Would rate a 0 if i could!
I have a great experience at this place and I find what I need great quality and good prices, but the most important is the people and the owner are very good people and friendly, I strongly recommend.
Matt's Used Auto parts helped me out a lot. My car died suddenly near their business and I was trying to figure out what to do next. One of their employees drove by and told me to call them if I needed a tow and to see what they could do for me. They said they had no room to make repairs but maybe they could help. They figured out the problem and I was able to get home quickly. I am grateful for the service and would definitely recommend

VERY terrible customer service, they all sound dead, they don’t help with question even if you ask they give you an attitude. they all speak to you as if they don’t want your business. They will exploit you off your free labor if you let them, and still charge you a high price as if they were the ones that took it out. They rarely answer the phone. They take to long with parts. The way they automate the way you look for a part is they make you go look at the part it self even if it’s deep in the back with hundreds of cars with a number that’s painted on the windows just to tell them that it’s a good part even if you ask them to go take a look at it themselves. Even if you call and they say it will be done within a time, it won’t. They make you come down and do it yourself or wait more hours for it. TERRIBLE place never will go again.
Drove 4hr each way yesterday for some wheels and it was probably my best and easiest junkyard experience ever. They offered to ship them but I decided to drive down. I work on a lot of 1970s-1990s era vehicles that are extremely hard to find parts for in the northeast and you have no idea how many junkyards I call that say "We don't have time to look for that." But everyone at Matt's was willing to work with me and extremely attentive to my needs. Called around noon on Wednesday, explained what I was looking for and they said "We'll have someone send you pictures" and sure enough around 3:00 I received 30 pictures showing overall condition and any defects in the wheels. Said I'd take them and they called Thursday morning to say they were ready. When I got there they had dismounted the junk tires for me (much appreciated so the wheels fit in my Mazda just fine!) And the wheels were ready outside the office.
Quick and easy in and out even though they were pretty busy. Everyone knew what was going on so clearly the team communicates very well. A+ for the staff. My only complaint is due to the location, parking is very congested (not much they can do about that) and there is debris on the ground in the parking area.
If I ever find they have any other parts I need in the future I would definitely do business with them again!
Very attentive and respectful to the client. The main thing I found essential is that they let you walk back to the vehicles in order to make sure that the part is what you want and that it is in good condition. A tech will be there to pull it for you. Prices are fair and competitive. Thanks!
I wouldn't recommend business here. They can't seem to keep a number working and the site is filled with viruses. I've never came across a more poorly managed business. They are unhelpful and useless. Everything about this place doesn't make sense. I do not understand how a place managed so poorly is even still open. Absolutely disgusted.
Warning - this is not a true self-service yard. They offer a self service option for you to pick the part you want in an attempt to exploit you out of your own labor. Even if you pick the part yourself, prices are still high. $150 for a U-Pull-It door "with rot" and $250 "without rot".
You can bring your own tools, but you need to check into the front office and tell the staff what you want before you can go take a look in the yard. Then you go back to the office with the stock number written on the car, then you get a "they pull it" or "you pull it" price before you can move forward. Again, not a true self-service yard, with the guy at the counter running the place more like an elementary school yard.
Expect prime parts to be picked clean off the cars before they get set into the yard, and expect prices to be high in general. You won't know till you ask, but you can bet that asking will just be a waste of time.
This place is fine if you aren't a DIY'er or you don't want to bother/don't know how to pull parts yourself, and of course, if you're desperate. Three stars for a decently stocked parts yard. Minus one star for the guy with thick glasses running around yelling like he's the king of the hill, talking about his staff like they are his dogs.
This place is great. Honestly at first I was confused when I called and they said Matt's Auto. As I thought I was calling Moltz. Although anyone else may have known that this was my first time actually going there by myself. The staff was so helpful. I definitely called several times to make sure they had the right part or possibly that I had the right part. They didn't complain, were super kind and helpful and had just what we needed. I would highly recommend going here for your auto part needs. Good service, good prices, good experience!
This place have a huge selection, I spoke with John and he was very helpful and respectful, John turn me over to Luis - shoot I tell you, Luis is an awesome dude he went above and beyond taking all the parts that I need it. If you need parts taking out try to get Luis you won't be disappointed..

Great experience with these guys. Not only did they have an obsolete pair of power mirrors from a 1988 Toyota Cressida on the shelf (really!), but they took a ton of photos and shipped them out quickly. Never visited them when I lived in Poughkeepsie, but I am glad to have made the connection from afar. Thanks guys, I'll swing by next time I'm in town!

This is a great place for used parts and tires. Talk to John or Nick, they will help you find what you need. Joe does the tires and he will get you in and out quick. I've gotten many parts from this place and they all still work. If you need some hard to find parts this is the place to go. They will not pull a part unless you are there in person but that's just to protect them from doing unnecessary work. Stop by. You will not be disappointed

I like this place. I dont come here often but when I do I always find what I need, (Depending on what vehicle you own). The staff is very nice, the parking area is very small across the street. The prices are decent depending on what parts you need.
A little unorganized, but if you have a day or so, they will get back to you as to if they have the part you need. Dart is very knowledgeable & Ryan was very helpful getting a part for me late on a Friday just before closing.
Great people to deal with. Kathy and dart were excellent. The place is huge and probably has whatever you need. I drove down an hour and a half for what I needed, that I couldn't get locally in the condition I wanted. They will ship.
A+++ Excellent service. The staff really goes out of there way to help you. They even have an onsite mechanic named Ryan that was awesome and installed multiple parts that I have purchased from there for my family’s, friends, and my own vehicle. A real class act. I would highly recommend to give them a call if you need any parts or work done!
These guys really helped me out. They didn't give me any bullshit like alot of,mechanics do. Joe the mechanic there is such and nice guy. They are a lot cheaper than almost anyone around and that really helped since i didn't want to spend almost a grand fixing what needed to be fixed. You get what you pay for but they did a quality job for the $70 and hour they charge. And they have most of the parts you need especially since they have the junk yard. I will be going back.
Molts has excellent customer service. the only negative thing i can say is that they could sure use another person monitoring the incoming calls. Because the guy there can only multitask but so much. Either way he gets the job done. They have alway been fair and honest. and that is something I believe that I appreciate most
