Was east park, bought out and a joke now.
Go to the website, look up an engine, think it shows the miles on the engine? NOPE, lmao. And the prices are comical, I think, I mean I do not know how many miles are on the 1900$ engine compared to the 3200$ engine... cause NO info. I think that is also a kinda comical price...
Called looking for a part, was very easy to order. Delivered in 2 days. Team members helped me out when I came to pick up my order. I had a great experience working with this company and would definitely work with them again.
Paid top dollar for an A rated door. They shipped it in from Rochester. It had been Dragged Across Concrete. 90 minute drive each way and $50 in fuel for nothing. Never again.
Places like this are running this industry into the ground. Mom and pop repair shops rely on local junk yards to provide parts for whatever reason , if we can't go around and pick and pull our own parts or at least get fast service while I'm there then it's not worth my time and you'll be shut down like the rest of them . Figure out a way . Don't just tell a repair shop to go buy online lol .
I ordered a part from them on a Monday they told me I couldn't get it until Thursday because they had to order it from there partner in Ontario when I called to get a tracking number it was four in the afternoon they transferred me and then kept hanging up on me for 30 minutes every time I would call back I guess they didn't want to help anyone the last 30 minutes before closing very trifling
Purchased and had installed an engine from Rich at East Park Auto, and while it ran well it did have an issue that needed to be addressed. Rich took care of the issue, and the engine is now 100%. I will be using this company for car parts again, and would reccoment it to anyone looking for an honest company with friendly service.
Bought an engine for 05 tsx dealt with someone named Jack very rude stuck up person engine was wrong I disputed it and they said that the merchant denied the claim after he took the engine back DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKED PLACE WILL BE REPORTING TOO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
Just found the right part at the right price here at East Park coupled with some of the best and most friendliest customer service. Would definitely do business with these guys again and recommend them to whoever is in need of used or salvage parts.

Messy from my view point. Not a business for individuals. Was visiting a neighbor...lololol . Apparently, GPS was not dead-on ball's accurate....( quote movie, My Cousin Vinny ).....
They took my credit card over the phone and left the alternator outside for me to pickup because I couldn't get there in time. Great service in my opinion. Seemed to care about my needing the part right away. A little far for me but would call them again for sure.
Ordered headrest for 2013 Town & Country. Arrived in less than a week by standard mail and was in Grade A condition as advertised. A fraction of the price I was quoted by a dealership. I spoke with Bruce. Very courteous and professional. Part worked perfectly. Very satisfied with their service.
East Park is awesome when it comes to auto parts. I purchased a very low mileage transmission for my Acura RL and they took the time to take it out - no wires were pulled, no brackets were broken and nothing was stripped.
This made my technicians job of installing that much easier.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! I found an engine online from East Park Auto Recycling. The pictures of the vehicle showed rear end damage and mileage of the vehicle the engine would be taken from. I spoke with Bruce, who was a pleasure to work with! I purchased the engine and driver seat. When the engine arrived they had actually taken the time to disconnect hoses and wires instead of cutting them. Having an auto repair shop and receiving many used parts, it was greatly appreciated to have the engine plus the wires and connectors intact. Having the engine with accurate mileage is essential!! The seat was in excellent condition. I definitely recommend these guys.
Most of the time when you think of a junkyard you think of a sweaty guy with dull dogs selling auto parts. The staff was respectful, professional (language used, treated me like a custoner) showed me the lot and have great deals since you put the labor in taking off the parts. Will definitely come here again and their 40min away from me !
These guys are great! I bought a door and a mirror for my Subaru Impreza WRX here. Both parts were in absolutly great shape aside from a few surface scratches which I would expect on second hand parts. Rich and Pat were both great! They checked the parts before I made the purchase and gave me a very detailed description as well as arranging to have the parts waiting for me to pick up at the location after hours. Two thumbs up for East Park Auto Recycling!
These guys are great! I have dealt with Bruce a lot and he is always able to help me with good parts and good prices. I have only had a couple of minor problems with parts I have received from East Park and they are always quick to respond and always stand behind what they sell.
Amazing guys that work here. My instrument panel needed to be replaced and they were super friendly and helpful and got me the part I needed. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
I wanna say these guys are the most best, helpful, and honest people. They help find exactly what I was looking for, gave me a great price and made sure if i had any problems to give them a call. The part I received from these guys (motor) was in way much better shape then I thought and no problems still.
Horrible customer service. Waited weeks for returned phone calls. Was sold a motor with missing parts. Was offered half the money to buy a new part when they said they would make it right. Will never go here again and will defer all friends from going also. Completely dissatisfied.
I had no idea how hard it would be to find reasonably priced parts for a used car I had bought at a really great value. Instead of paying $500+ for the needed parts new (why do that for an older used car?!?), I found these guys by chance on an internet search. So glad I did. With one call, 5 minutes later, 5 parts I needed were identified as available and with a quick credit card payment was made for about $130.
I was a bit worried how simple it seemed. No worries needed. I agree with the other reviews. Bruce was awesome. Parts arrived within just a couple of days to my home in Mississippi; great condition, well packaged, ready to go. Great experience... If I ever need parts again, I won't need to waste my time again looking, I'll just call these guys!
