Called to have my old Subaru towed, super nice over the phone and offered $450 cash for it. Called to let me know they were on their way. Marcos was great (also called to give an ETA). Paid $450 cash like they said, whole thing took less than 5 minutes!
They used to be honest but don't trust the reviews on google. They are probably are being done by friends and family. When I first started going to them they were very honest and upfront. The last time I used them they said they would give me 500 for my vehicle and then said a diffrent number on the phone, then when they came to pick it up they dropped it 100 dollars for no reason and said sorry the owners don't care they let us do that. Everyone in this business knows how to put money in there pocket. They won't stay true to there word. Very dishonest. Sellers beware!
Gave me a great rate for my old truck! Johannes is the man, and did a great job backing up our driveway (not an easy thing to do) and getting the vehicle out. I called in the morning to get an idea of when they would be by and they arrived right in the 1 hour window of time they told me. Would use again in the future!

I used Cardinal Auto Parts to pick up an old car I had for scrap. I went over the cars condition with the owner and was told as long as the engine, transmission and body were all present he offered $600, upon arrival i gave the driver the title and key and he loaded the car onto the truck and locked it into place. Once the car was all ready to go the driver, who was very nice, called the office to confirm that he had the vehicle. When he got off the phone I was told that due to the Catalytic Converter not being original he could only do $200. I had been quoted $300 from another company prior to this but due to the fact i was offered $600 i obviously went with this business. I expressed my frustration about the fact that they changed the price once the car was already loaded and ready to go. I asked the owner to at least match what the other company quoted me and he refused. Of course the car was already on the truck when they changed the price. I told them I no longer wanted to continue with this because I was misquoted by a large amount and was given excuses as to why they couldnt accommodate, so due to this company's negligence I am now $400 short of what I was told. This is not how good business is done. The owner refused to work with me after lying about the price, wouldnt release the car, gave me $200 and left with the vehicle. That is very shady. I will not be recommending this company to anyone after this ordeal and I am extremely disappointed in their conduct
