Nelson from Gold Coast helped out my wife when she got to an accident while I was at work and wasn’t able to get to her and my new born he was nice enough to send them home in an uber I am so thankful you guys have no idea the car also came out great !!!

Holman was great. He towed my car from my job a fixed it in no time. Delivered great customer service and is very knowledgeable. Takes his job serious and his work shows. I definitely recommend Gold Coast for any car maintenance and repairs.

I needed to stop by the gas station quick during my lunch break and ended up, stuck with my wheel in the air against the concrete partition on the curb. With the help of a few good Samaritans, they ended up calling Gold Coast for me, and I was literally saved! Not only were they able to get my car free without any damage they were so nice, accommodating and kind to me and I definitely will not forget this experience. I even made it back to work on time! The holidays gifted me with the kind service from Gold Coast and I definitely going to be recommending them to anyone needs!

Was on my way to my sister’s house on Thanksgiving Day when my cars battery quit while waiting at the traffic light….thought I was gonna be in a real bind getting help on a holiday. Not even 5 minutes in Christina, who was probably on her way to her own Thanksgiving dinner, pulled up next to me and saw I was in trouble. She was so nice and said she could have someone come out to pick me up and help in 5 minutes. Nelson and Singh showed up and got there in no time, offered to tow me to my house or to their shop to see what was wrong. Decided to bring to their shop to get looked at and after leaving my car at their West Babylon location, they were such great guys they even dropped me off at my sisters no charge to make it in time for Thanksgiving dinner. The next day they had my car back working and at a great price too. Nelson and Singh are the nicest dudes. Can tell their business is run very well, they really care about their customers and theyve earned all my future business going forward. I dont go out of my way to write many reviews but in this case I had to because I was so happy how they helped make a bad situation into a good one. Highly recommend them and will refer all family and friends anytime they have auto issues.

My car was hit in Roosevelt queens. One of my friends rec recommended me to a body shop in Long Island that they had previously used They sent me a tow truck right away and took care of the entire process for me, which was a little complicated dealing with the insurance company, but they made it easy on top of that. My car was fixed and they fixed all the little small imperfections that my vehicle had guys thank you so much greatly appreciated. I would recommend to everyone.

I must say I had a wonderful experience, even though it was a bad situation the other night in lindenhurst I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that was not my fault. The nice and kind people at Gold Coast collision were able to help me out and mitigate the entire thing for me when it came to Insurance, this was our first accident so we really didn’t know what to do and they were so helpful and they taught us so much about what to do and not to do when you’re involved in an accident. Goldcoast collision was awesome. I needed to have my left quarter panel repainted. Nelson was great - he gave me regular updates and got my car fixed in a timely fashion and at a great price. He even fixed some rock chips I had on the front bumper and some scratches on the rear bumper free of charge. Gold Coast Collision was amazing. I had a situation where I needed my car transported and I called in the morning and they were able to help me within the same hour. I requested a flat bed due to my car being able to drive and didn’t want to have it pulled and they were able to accommodate that with no difficulty. I was not so thrilled about the color of my new car, so I asked my dealership for a recommendation to have it repainted. They said they're "go to" is Gold Coast Collision & Towing. After the owner patiently explained all of my options, I decided to go with wrapping the car black, as well as "blacking out" the trim and wheels. I cannot be happier with the results. It looks like a completely different car! The staff is courteous and kind. They are perfectioninsts and spent time making sure the car was to my liking. The price was very fair as well.
