This is my second purchase with Collectors Watches and at this point I don't think I will go elsewhere. It is one thing to sell a good product but then follow up with service after is hard to find. I recently purchase a watch and the strap didn't fit quite like I would want. They are walking me through the process of obtaining a new one which can be extremely hard on the secondary marked. Worked with Daniel out of their Lynbrook location. Could not be more pleased with the experience. The communication was top class and he was very friendly and welcoming upon pickup. He held the watch for me, gave me a very fair offer on trade ins, and my new Rolex was in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future.
Would not use this shop for watch purchases. I made a purchase with them last May on a Cartier Tank. I asked about original parts and was told the piece was all original. Imagine my disappointment when I took it into the Cartier store for service and upon inspection, they inform me the crystal is a replacement. Either CCL was dishonest or were lied to by whomever they acquired the watch from but my gut tells me I should have known something was up when they failed to mention the spider dialing in the Chrono24 listing (details I only found after discovering higher res photos of the listing on their website). Technically I'm still within their 1yr warranty but so far have received no response from them on Chrono24.
From the beginning, Dan was great. He answered every question and concern I had and his communication was prompt and excellent doing business from out of state very easy and comfortable. I will definitely refer people to him and be looking forward to doing more business with him in the future great company to work with.

When Jason was at lynnrook location it was a pleasure to go in to store. Now they r no help at all, rude, and I don't even trust them to give me a fair deal. I won't b going back and I will make sure none of my friends or family go back. There are too many good places to go without putting up with nasty people. Jason, u need to ship these people to Jersey and come back here.

I recently inherited a nice bracelet and was curious how much I could sell it for. I went to four different coin/gold stores in Nassau County to get quotes. Unhappy with what I was being told and suspecting I was being low-balled I asked for some referrals and a person mentioned to check out Collectors Coins & Jewelry in Lynbrook. The Owner of the store is Jason and man was he top notch. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with a check (offered me cash if I wanted instead). He beat out all other quotes I received. Just to give you an idea we parted ways at $1,350, I had received a quote at $1,280 from another store and one quote as low as $1050.
