Item as advertised, fits perfectly. would had given 5 star but processing and shipping took a long time. No communication indicating why it was taking such a long time. I had to contact customer service trying to get an ETA on the item after I saw it advertised at a lower price. Was told Ford Performance has once again pushed out the ETA on the item.
Levittown Ford had exactly what was looking for at an unbeatable price. My local dealership was trying to charge me double of what Levittown charged me. Shipping was fast and the staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely do more business in the future.
Ordered paint. Waited.. no shipment and no contact. Contacted them and they said it would ship that flday. Waited.....no shipment. Contacted them again and they gave me some story about the paint they had was defective and they just received new paint. What a scam place. Avoid..... A month waiting with no initiated contact from them.
I purchased the Ford performance calibration pack. Levittown Ford's service was excellent, including frequent updates on the status of the order. The product arrived quickly, and was well packaged. The product itself worked very well, though I did have to use Ford's technical support line for some steps, though that is a manufacturer issue, not a Levittown Ford error.
Edited: regarding to their response here below to my review, they are wrong again, i have attached pictures of another bags with the same part number by Ford & it says 2 pcs (last picture).
Ordered n802927-s, it supposed to have pair as they show in their website picture same as other websites which sold in pair. I ordered 2 of that part number & only received 1 pair. I'm supposed to receive 2 pairs, emailed them but didn't have my issue resolved.
The bag itself form Ford says (2X) meaning it's a pair that part number but they argue that it isn't.
I asked for them to send me the other missing item but they insisted on it sold individually, which is clearly not.
Purchased Ford Engine Cover 2.3L EcoBoost Part No. L1MZ-6A949-C for my 202 Ford Ranger, the Grand Total $196.95, Shipping & Handling $21.11, My complaints are the price was over $100.00 too much, and Shipping & Handling should be free for a part that weighs less than 10 pounds.
I had to return an item. I felt it was a poor quality OEM item with no fault to the company. They sent a return label and immediately refunded the total amount upon receipt. I was very impressed with their concern for customer service. A rare trait these days. Definitely a five star establishment. Thank you
Went to my trusted local Ford dealer who I have zero problem with and know everybody there. They did not have the part and it was much higher than what I thought it should be so searched and found the part here for about $80 less. It arrived in 2 days and I could not be more satisfied. Will definitely look here next time I need a part for my Ford.

Overall, Levittown did well with my online order and subsequent return. My order was easy, prices competitive, and communication great. One item had to be returned as it was not compatible with my F-150. The return process was handled professionally by the staff at Levittown. I will use their online parts and accessories again.
Ordered parts from them 2 months ago. Have not received parts and they’ve got my money. Listing did state up to 30 day lead time. It’s been 60 days and still nothing. If you order from them make sure the part is in stock before ordering because they are selling parts they don’t have and they really have no idea when they will receive them.

Levittown Ford is always my go to for parts. Their website is easy to navigate and if I have to call, I am greeted with professional knowledgeable staff. If I order the wrong part, I get a phone call or email on rectifying the order.
Awesome service, ordered a part and it was currently back ordered, they called to explain what had happen, since it said it was in stock. Long story short the parts in stock were defected from the factory, they informed me and sent me the new one as soon as it was available. Great experience, will use them for often.

Wheels fit perfectly on my F250 and look great. I would have liked to know that Levittown had to order them from Ford, prior to inquiring on the week plus delay. But at least they answered my inquiry quickly. Shipping was fast, considering it had to cross the entire country. Shipping costs were steep though, like $80/per wheel. Also, it’s impossible to contact anyone there except via sending them an electronic inquiry. Like zero phone numbers.

I ordered the Mach handling package rims, GT 500 rear spoiler or wing, the handling package wheel lip moldings and the front lower splitter. Everything came in package properly. Levittown Ford will have my business as long as they are in business. The parts are all fabulous , they are sturdy and what a great price. If I ordered these parts from my Ford dealership I would have been charged double. This is one of the best experiences I ever had in my life. I'm truly satisfied and just stoked with these OEM parts. Honestly thought that the website was a fraud because I bought the wheels on a Saturday and didn’t hear anything back until Tuesday evening. Then the rims wasn’t even in stock at the time. I reached out and they expressed that they had the shipment coming in and I would receive the tracking information as soon as possible. They were not lying. less than a day I Received the tracking number and one day later I received the wheels packaged up and all. Perfect wheels!! I truly appreciate them! Seriously. They pull through for me.
