Item as advertised, fits perfectly. would had given 5 star but processing and shipping took a long time. No communication indicating why it was taking such a long time. I had to contact customer service trying to get an ETA on the item after I saw it advertised at a lower price. Was told Ford Performance has once again pushed out the ETA on the item.

Ordered paint. Waited.. no shipment and no contact. Contacted them and they said it would ship that flday. Waited.....no shipment. Contacted them again and they gave me some story about the paint they had was defective and they just received new paint. What a scam place. Avoid..... A month waiting with no initiated contact from them.
I purchased the Ford performance calibration pack. Levittown Ford's service was excellent, including frequent updates on the status of the order. The product arrived quickly, and was well packaged. The product itself worked very well, though I did have to use Ford's technical support line for some steps, though that is a manufacturer issue, not a Levittown Ford error.
Purchased Ford Engine Cover 2.3L EcoBoost Part No. L1MZ-6A949-C for my 202 Ford Ranger, the Grand Total $196.95, Shipping & Handling $21.11, My complaints are the price was over $100.00 too much, and Shipping & Handling should be free for a part that weighs less than 10 pounds.
I had to return an item. I felt it was a poor quality OEM item with no fault to the company. They sent a return label and immediately refunded the total amount upon receipt. Hey man I am not going to lie, I Honestly thought that the website was a fraud because I bought the wheels on a Saturday and didn’t hear anything back until Tuesday evening. Then the rims wasn’t even in stock at the time. I reached out and they expressed that they had the shipment coming in and I would receive the tracking information as soon as possible. They were not lying. less than a day I Received the tracking number and one day later I received the wheels packaged up and all. Perfect wheels!! I truly appreciate them! Seriously. They pull through for me.
