Fast & friendly. Went in for wiper blades while teaching son how to drive and asked if he could show my son how to do installation of blades and was more than happy to do it. Highly recommend.
Showed up at 2:30 on a Saturday. This place has no parking first of all, had to park next door. Then doors locked, lights are off and nobody inside. No sign indicating why they are closed in the middle of a business day. Just mysteriously closed for no reason. Prime location, highly recommend.
Great old school spot. They didn’t have what I needed and thought I had to go to another store. Guy said we got it in the back. Not like the other stores that only stock their shelves.
Horrible customer service. Waited for 15 minutes at the counter, while the guys just looked at me and continued to take phone calls, like I wasn't there. Then, they were just full of attitude, like I ruined thier day by coming in and needing something. I will never go back here.
My flatbed broke down on the road and needed a part that most didn’t have in stock and I had to wait a day for it to come in then I called concord auto parts spoke to Henry who said he to didn’t have it in stock and when I explained my situation he took my number and said he would see what he could do well he did what no one else would he called me back told me he found the part and is sending his guy to go get it a little while later he said it was there and I was able to get up and running again. I just wanted to say thank you for your help and great service and helping a first time customer big time in my opinion he went above and beyond and I could get back to hauling cars.

Wow! 10/10 for CAR PARTS, Came in for a few nuts and bolts for my 03 Toyota Camry and Henry had them within seconds. Great by the whole crew. The kid who got it from the back was generous enough to put them all in a small bag for me so they wouldn’t get lost!
Hands Down, best customer service for auto parts on Long Island, called an hour and advance asked brake pads Rotors and hardware for my car, had it all pulled and ready to pay for it once I walk through the door......very speedy service
Inside of the store looks a little bit outdated, maybe needs a little bit of a refresh and some new tools that packages that are not fading. But other than that they were courteous at the counter and had the parts that I needed.
Absolutely awful. Went in and there’s about 10 guys in the back doing nothing on their phones and 2 guys actually working. Out of the two that were working, one was taking phone calls and taking care of customers while the other one was on his computer SMOKING A CIGARETTE. I swear I thought I stepped back in time 30 years. I wasn’t helped for over 30 minutes because they prioritize their incoming phone calls over customers actually there in the store and when I finally did get help... it was another 20 minutes to purchase what I wanted because I guess they see customers who are already in the store as guaranteed to purchase something. Excellent knowledge by the staff and good selection but other than that I’ll NEVER go back to Napa again
