The team at reality has been like family with how well they’ve taken care of myself and my family when we bring our vehicles to them. I’ve been unlucky to have a few accidents this year and none of which I was fault. After the first accident I didn’t stress the next steps form each accident because I knew I’d be in the right hands. Even better, I just picked my car up from them and it looks even better than the day I bought it! Finding reliable shops in this day and age is tough. Finding one that will be your go to is even harder. They make your needs a reality!
Phenomenal customer service! Upon walking in I was immediately acknowledged by the receptionist and also offered a beverage with a little refreshment. I went in for my inspection which was completed in 30 minutes.

This shop offers both collision Auto body repairs and Automotive repair so they can take care of any kind of car repair or maintenance your car needs! Always welcoming and accommodating, comfy waiting area with cable tv, water tower and Keurig. Always clean restroom. The shop always uses original parts on cars. Locally owned and operated! Reality Motors is top tier! Got into a fender bender and dropped my Durango off on a Monday night and it was beautifully done and ready to go by Friday! In an accident? CALL REALITY MOTORS FIRST. They took incredible care of me when I got hit. They handled the insurance company with expertise, believe me, you don’t want to be making that call on your own. They are not on your side like Reality Motors are. They made sure I had a rental car while they worked on my vehicle and it was all covered. Best of all, the staff are amazing people. They should be your first call after an accident.

My overall experience was great…at the end of the day the car came out amazing. It took some time but it was all worth it, they made sure to pay attention to detail. Dealing with the crew was good and I would do it all over again….trust in them to do the right job.
