I have been a customer at Reality motors for 2 years. This shop offers both collision Auto body repairs and Automotive repair so they can take care of any kind of car repair or maintenance your car needs! Always welcoming and accommodating, comfy waiting area with cable tv, water tower and Keurig. Always clean restroom. The shop always uses original parts on cars. Locally owned and operated! All employees are kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Jason is a great asset at this shop! This shop has always been honest and transparent with me and I appreciate it greatly! Reality Motors is top tier! Got into a fender bender and dropped my Durango off on a Monday night and it was beautifully done and ready to go by Friday! Honestly, I was worried when I wanted to pay out of pocket but Jason was honest and fair with his pricing. Will definitely use again and refer to anyone who asks!

In an accident? CALL REALITY MOTORS FIRST. They took incredible care of me when I got hit. They handled the insurance company with expertise, believe me, you don’t want to be making that call on your own. They are not on your side like Reality Motors are. They made sure I had a rental car while they worked on my vehicle and it was all covered. Best of all, the staff are amazing people. They should be your first call after an accident.
I brought my car in recently after having some issues with the suspension and brakes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was super friendly and actually took the time to explain what was going on in a way I could understand—no pressure, no upselling, just honest work.
They gave me a fair quote, stuck to it, and got everything done faster than expected. My car drives like brand new now. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job and keeping their customers happy.
