This driver was very rude and not professional at all. It doesn’t matter what the circumstances are if you’re towing somebody’s car you do not disrespect them. And he was also making jokes with the cops about me.
Terrible customer service. Especially with Nicole for dispatch/office who was nasty on the phone while I called with the issue of their driver taking my car to the wrong auto shop. She refused to help or even let me know where my car was erroneously towed to towns over before I asked her to be less nasty and just arrange for it to be taken to the correct shop. Now I have to wait hours for a new driver to come out and take the car to the mechanic I know and trust.
The service is prompt, the employees are extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The staff is also very friendly which only enhances the process as the make is fast and easy. I definitely suggest!
They were able to help me with my cars transmission. When other mechanics told us it would cost us $3k to get it fixed they did it for less than $2k! They are an honest shop and my new go to. Highly recommend.
Stanley was awesome! My car wouldn’t start and he showed up super fast. Even though I didn’t end up needing a tow (the car randomly started just as we were about to go), he was super friendly and helpful the whole time. Was connected with All County Towing after calling AAA. They found my location right away after my car broke down on the side of road and I had no idea where I was. The tow truck arrived in less than 30 mins. The driver Carlos was very friendly, pleasant and patient on the long drive in slow traffic from Long Island to the Bronx. Just got my car back after a month of having it in the shop. The work was fabulous and looks like it is from show room floor. Everyone is very professional. I would most certainly do business there again.
My mom broke down yesterday on the highway . They were busy but they got to her pretty quick. They put a battery in the car and followed her to the exit to make sure she was okay. When they realized she was still having an issue they got her into their shop. They stayed open late. They went above and beyond to make sure she was safe and back on the road. Great job!

My car died out on me on thanksgiving. I felt bad needing to call but Freeport All County towing helped me out in no time. Christian did a thorough inspection of my car, clearly explained what was wrong and quickly explained what needed to be done. He handled my car with a high amount of care. This place is the best. Had to have my truck towed from Hicksville to Ronkonkoma. Chris the driver was so helpful and kept me updated via phone calls throughout the whole process. He even performed the whole tow and drop off without me being present. Daniella in the office was very friendly. I would highly recommend them!
Unfortunately my car was totaled and fortunately it was towed to All County. Trisha was professional and compassionate. She listened to my story like she cared even though I am sure she hears sad and scary stories all day long. She not only loaned us a screwdriver, she expertly took off my plates. She got someone to help us get into the back since the car had no power to open the hatch. She also gave me a few tidbits on how to increase the amount my insurance company will pay for the car. Having my car totaled was a bad experience but Trisha was a light in that darkness. Thank you, Trisha!!!
The truth is the best workshop I have ever left my car in, highly recommended, first class service, I was very satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle, they delivered it to me as if it were an agency service and best of all is that they even sent me some stickers that I had on my doors that they had to remove in order to paint them, they glued them new to my house... a 5 service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in video you can see better the finishing looks like mirror.. nice work

Not only did he get to me in 15 minutes but the employee that responded, Erix, was fast, accurate and professional in putting on my donut! Had a great experience with them. Had a flat tire on a major highway in NY. Called AAA and they put us in touch with All County Towing. All County called for my location and in less than 1 hour my tire was changed. Gavin actually picked up the old tire,put it in my trunk and put extra air in my donout. Very friendly and efficient
Joe and team did a beautiful Job on my car. They all were so professional, great customer service. Trish kept me updated on the process and coordinated the rental so I was never Inconvenienced. It was repaired in a timely manner and my car looks brand new and would highly recommend!

Trisha, Rob and Henry at All County Towing & Auto Body were very professional and understood my concern over the repair of my Mercury Grand Marquis. Trisha was the first person to listen to my need to repair my car. She was friendly and listened to my story. The car had been in a front end collision and had been declared a total lost by the insurance company. Robb was instrumental in reviewing the damage and greenlighting the repair. Henry was in charge of the team who repaired all the damage so that the car looked like new! This company is totally ridiculous. They charged my husband $403 to tow our car 9 miles. Initially they wanted to charge more claiming it was 21 miles. My husband had to show them the screenshot from where the car was picked up to their location to prove that it was only 9 miles. They also charged an additional $125.to tow the car out of their parking lot. Can you imagine??? They said it’s liability if TripleA come into their parking lot. Be aware of the money sharks at this establishment. Definitely do not recommend this company for any reason whatsoever.
Great company arrived as they say they would and in time. I scheduled for 9:30 they came at 9:00. They also followed up with me the day off even tho I called 4 days ago to schedule. The transporter was very delicate with my car even tho it is lower than normal ride height and the fee was reasonable
I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. That is how great the service, and my experience was, I will never be able to recommend this place enough. They turned one of the worst days I was having into a great experience. All of the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and friendly. Iris helped me through the whole process and explained any questions I had and the men that worked with her were also the same. Carlos and Brian was two of the employees that were beneficial in the transition which helped the process go even smoother.
I hope I never have this situation happen again but if I do I know exactly where I am going to.
They do not care about servicing for AAA clients, I requested my car to be towed at 11:45 am, called AAA 4 times since the app kept showing me they will arrive at 1:27, 1:39 then 1:54 then ‘SOON’ the soon meant 3:25 pm. I asked the driver and he mentioned he came as soon as he got the call from his office 20 min earlier.
Wasted my entire day. AVOID THEM
I’ll recommend this shop to all that needs work done to their vehicle such as body work, mechanic, ANYTHING!! These guys are awesome and put care and time in taking care of your vehicle.
The roof on my jeep wrangler has been leaking for year's. It has been difficult to find a place that would fix it. Finally I stopped by all county and spoke with Tom and Norberto. They advised me that although it's not a service they perform often they would do their best to help me with my problem.
They understood my pain we spoke the same language, I needed help and they were there to help.
They worked on my truck and repaired my problem. Moral of the story this place does more than body work. They understand cars.

This is the second great review from me. They've did an excellent job repairing a vehicle I own that was in an accident.
Their bodywork and paint jobs are exceptional and their prices are easy to work with.
