I had the absolute best experience with All County Towing today, and it was entirely because of Iris and Taryn.
I unfortunately had a flat tire in the middle of the highway and was stuck for over an hour, completely alone. It was my first time ever dealing with something like this, and I was very emotional and overwhelmed. When I called, Iris immediately put me at ease. She quickly arranged for a tow truck to come to my rescue and even helped get everything approved through my car insurance so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket.
During our call, I briefly mentioned that I’ve been going through a difficult time and that in the past I would have called my dad in a situation like this, but I can’t anymore. I also mentioned that I had planned to treat myself to a coffee that morning before work, but of course that didn’t happen because of the flat tire.
Taryn, the driver, was incredibly patient, calm, and kind throughout the entire process. They drove me to my requested location, and everything was quick and seamless.
What truly touched me though was Iris’ thoughtfulness. She went out of her way to get me a cup of coffee while I waited for my car to be repaired. That small act of kindness meant more than I can put into words. In a moment where I felt overwhelmed and alone, she showed genuine care and compassion. The level of professionalism, service, and kindness from this team is unmatched. I am so grateful to the entire staff. I will never forget this experience and will absolutely continue to use and recommend All County Towing in the future. A huge thank you to Iris and Taryn. A few days ago, this individual almost caused an accident if he did, your company will be out of business cursing does not solve the problem tell all your drivers to drive carefully because I know as a fact y’all cannot afford a lawsuit

I mean they can have the best service ever but if you have your employees / drivers losing their mind on others, especially underage children during a temper tantrum while driving then no thanks, I’ll find normal people to hire. Do better
Professional auto body repair shop with very knowledgeable car mechanics and auto body specialists. Staff is quite friendly knowledgeable and reliable.
I called to ask about impounding questions as my vehicle was erroneously impounded by Rockville Centre PD. The girl I got on the line was rude and short with me. Almost had a laugh in her voice when she told me their impound lot hours were 9a-4p Monday thru Friday as almost as she thought it was funny that I would be unable to get my car out of impound. She was also unable to answer a simple question for me.
It’s shameful that when someone who is having a difficult time has jumped through the hoops required to do the right thing and then get laughed at on the other end like “you snooze, you lose.”
I had my 2024 Volkswagen repaired buy All County of Freeport, NY. What great experience from intake to delivery the staff & owner could not have been more professional. They even fully detailed the Tiquan fully. I highly recommend anyone involved in collision they are a rare find.
USDOT1303779 Operator: Jake This driver was very rude and not professional at all. It doesn’t matter what the circumstances are if you’re towing somebody’s car you do not disrespect them. And he was also making jokes with the cops about me.
Terrible customer service. Especially with Nicole for dispatch/office who was nasty on the phone while I called with the issue of their driver taking my car to the wrong auto shop. She refused to help or even let me know where my car was erroneously towed to towns over before I asked her to be less nasty and just arrange for it to be taken to the correct shop. Now I have to wait hours for a new driver to come out and take the car to the mechanic I know and trust.
The service is prompt, the employees are extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The staff is also very friendly which only enhances the process as the make is fast and easy. I definitely suggest!
They were able to help me with my cars transmission. When other mechanics told us it would cost us $3k to get it fixed they did it for less than $2k! They are an honest shop and my new go to. Highly recommend.
Stanley was awesome! My car wouldn’t start and he showed up super fast. Even though I didn’t end up needing a tow (the car randomly started just as we were about to go), he was super friendly and helpful the whole time. My mom broke down yesterday on the highway . They were busy but they got to her pretty quick. They put a battery in the car and followed her to the exit to make sure she was okay. When they realized she was still having an issue they got her into their shop. They stayed open late. They went above and beyond to make sure she was safe and back on the road. Great job!

My car died out on me on thanksgiving. I felt bad needing to call but Freeport All County towing helped me out in no time. Christian did a thorough inspection of my car, clearly explained what was wrong and quickly explained what needed to be done. He handled my car with a high amount of care. I feel completely satisfied with the service I got and would absolutely recommend this service to others. Thank you again for all the help during the holidays.
This place is the best. Had to have my truck towed from Hicksville to Ronkonkoma. Chris the driver was so helpful and kept me updated via phone calls throughout the whole process. He even performed the whole tow and drop off without me being present. Daniella in the office was very friendly. I would highly recommend them!
Unfortunately my car was totaled and fortunately it was towed to All County. Trisha was professional and compassionate. She listened to my story like she cared even though I am sure she hears sad and scary stories all day long. She not only loaned us a screwdriver, she expertly took off my plates. She got someone to help us get into the back since the car had no power to open the hatch. She also gave me a few tidbits on how to increase the amount my insurance company will pay for the car. Having my car totaled was a bad experience but Trisha was a light in that darkness. Thank you, Trisha!!!
The truth is the best workshop I have ever left my car in, highly recommended, first class service, I was very satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle, they delivered it to me as if it were an agency service and best of all is that they even sent me some stickers that I had on my doors that they had to remove in order to paint them, they glued them new to my house... a 5 service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in video you can see better the finishing looks like mirror.. nice work
Had a great experience with them. Had a flat tire on a major highway in NY. Called AAA and they put us in touch with All County Towing. All County called for my location and in less than 1 hour my tire was changed. Gavin actually picked up the old tire,put it in my trunk and put extra air in my donout. Very friendly and efficient
Joe and team did a beautiful Job on my car. They all were so professional, great customer service. Trish kept me updated on the process and coordinated the rental so I was never Inconvenienced. It was repaired in a timely manner and my car looks brand new and would highly recommend!
All county team was awesome. Nick was great assisted my family during the car accident from start to finish and Trish in the office was awesome and was updating all the way. The car came out Beautiful and they went above and beyond. 100% recommend again.
Great company arrived as they say they would and in time. I scheduled for 9:30 they came at 9:00. They also followed up with me the day off even tho I called 4 days ago to schedule. The transporter was very delicate with my car even tho it is lower than normal ride height and the fee was reasonable
I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. That is how great the service, and my experience was, I will never be able to recommend this place enough. They turned one of the worst days I was having into a great experience. All of the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and friendly. Iris helped me through the whole process and explained any questions I had and the men that worked with her were also the same. Carlos and Brian was two of the employees that were beneficial in the transition which helped the process go even smoother. I hope I never have this situation happen again but if I do I know exactly where I am going to.
They do not care about servicing for AAA clients, I requested my car to be towed at 11:45 am, called AAA 4 times since the app kept showing me they will arrive at 1:27, 1:39 then 1:54 then ‘SOON’ the soon meant 3:25 pm. I asked the driver and he mentioned he came as soon as he got the call from his office 20 min earlier. Wasted my entire day. AVOID THEM
I’ll recommend this shop to all that needs work done to their vehicle such as body work, mechanic, ANYTHING!! These guys are awesome and put care and time in taking care of your vehicle.
The roof on my jeep wrangler has been leaking for year's. It has been difficult to find a place that would fix it. Finally I stopped by all county and spoke with Tom and Norberto. They advised me that although it's not a service they perform often they would do their best to help me with my problem.
They understood my pain we spoke the same language, I needed help and they were there to help.
They worked on my truck and repaired my problem. Moral of the story this place does more than body work. They understand cars. Will I recommend their service,
it's a big hell yeah from me!
This is the second great review from me. They've did an excellent job repairing a vehicle I own that was in an accident.
Their bodywork and paint jobs are exceptional and their prices are easy to work with.
