  I called to see what they would pay for my vehicle, I spent 10 plus minutes answering g questions gave all my personal info (prob so they can sell it) then they transfered me to another "company" who wanted the same info. Nope never got a quote. Save yourself a headache. Call someone else to junk your vehicle.

  Biggest waste of time ever. Offered one number got tow truck scheduled and they tried to change the offer price. I highly recommend choosing any other company but this one. 0/5 stars. Avoid this company at all costs I used T Town cash for cars and they are wayyyy better and more responsive.

  They DO NOT buy any RV. I have a 1989 Hi-Lo Bon Voyage and they refused it. Why? I was told "because we don't have a buyer asking for one so we aren't interested".

  ❌❌❌ I filled out and submitted the form on their website with attached photos on 07/17/2023 to sell a junk RV. I received a confirmation email with a order # and it stated that they would call me as soon as possible. Today (08/11/2023), I finally just called them and first was told they didn't take RVs and then was told they only take 1995 and newer RVs. First of all, I would have appreciated a call letting me know. And on their website, it doesn't tell this information. And to conflict this even further their website shows pictures of several RVs they've picked up. The pictures have the make and models. There are RVs from the 70's, 80's, 90's etc. Mine is a 1988. The form and website is worthless. Whether they want to buy it or NOT, they should call you. And the false advertising, that's bad business.

  Contacted for an RV removal. Website showed "Recent removals" that were earlier models than the stated year that they would remove. Website is dishonest and misleading about their ability to remove junk RVs. Don't bother calling them about it.

  My girlfriend used this place (or tried to) called a week ago to schedule a pickup that was originally supposed to happen 2 days ago.. they said it was going to be picked up today between 8am-5pm (broad range but ok) just for them to tell her nothing was scheduled for today and it was scheduled for Monday which we wont even be here... they said they left her voicemail yesterday to call and schedule (which she did, obviously) but these people just lack communication and professionalism, the lady said it wasnt possible to pick up today and what time are we available next week like bruh, my girlfriend already said we wont be here next week... go somewhere else because apparently they only have like 1 driver for all of long island and picking up a car less than 8 miles from them is such a difficult an exhausting task for them..
